We were seated quick and our waitress came by to get our orders right away. The place was clean and everything was quick. Food was amazing too! The broth is very tasty and soup came out really hot. Awesome for a noodle dish.

The PHO was good but the broth was wayyyyy too salty for me. Service was good and he was very attentive. I also had a green tea passionfruit boba but it was also way too sweet like if they put too much syrup in it.

The owners need to visit or re-visit a Pho restaurant in California. If you made Pho at home. That's the quality level.

A little pricey but good. Pho just doesn't fill you up. Like drinking a lot of water and hungry 20 minutes later.

The food came out piping hot and fresh. Both dishes were tasty and reasonably nice portions. The Pad See Ew did not have a lot of pork, however it was fresh and good flavor. I ordered medium spicy and it came out perfect. The Basil ground pork dish had a lot of green beans and not much of the basil flavor I expected but it was fresh and flavorful. I would probably hold the green beans next time but that's my preference. Overall, everything was very good and hit the spot. I would like to try some other dishes next visit. I would give it a strong 4.2 if I could rate in between 4 and 5. Also note our service was excellent and the server made numerous visits to check on us. Thanks

Pair it with the cheapest quality of rice on the market (Uncle Ben?). Call it Panang curry. I had to throw it away, and for me to throw away food it must be absolutely stomach-turning. The young lady at the register had a slight accent, and in order to do pleasant small talk I asked her where she was from, having an accent myself. I thought we may be from the same country. She said she could not reveal private information. That was absolutely weird, also considering that customers receipts, including their signatures and how much they tipped, are pasted by the register. An absolute and far more serious violation of customers' privacy. But, if we stick to the food only, it's an absolutely must avoid. Minus 10 stars. That bad and worse.

The owner is very friendly but the Pho is unfortunately the worst I've ever had (I've had pho more times than I count across more than 7 different states) and our experience, aside from our interaction with the owner, was subpar. To start, the restaurant itself is very hot, no AC, just fans. The walls and tables were dirty and greasy. Looks like a hole in the wall place, which gave me hope that the pho would taste authentic but I was severely mistaken. Also, because of the no AC they had the doors open which led to flies landing on our food and water as well as being splashed by the pouring rain coming into the restaurant. Our waitress did not pay much attention to us and when asking her the difference between some of the pho options she said "I don't know because there's nothing on the menu that I like" LOL she also complained that the owner was "cheap" when explaining that they don't have an ice machine and she would have to crush up ice in a towel using a hammer. Anyway, my husband and I were willing to overlook all of this if the Pho was worth it. We both got the Pho Bo (beef noodle soup) and he got his spicy. If you've never had authentic pho, you might like it. However, if you've have good Pho before, you will most likely not enjoy this. It was the blandest greasiest broth I had ever had. It didn't even taste like pho. At all the pho restaurants I've ever been to, they provide extra garnishes like lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts etc. We did not get anything other than the limes I asked for my water because they didn't have lemon. They didn't even give us spoons for the broth, I had to ask for them. Both my husband and I ate less than half of our small bowls before we decided to just leave. It's a shame because the owner is incredibly friendly but we will not be returning.

I set off toward the Southside and happened upon Pho Today, conveniently situated right next to Jersey Mike's. Arrival was entirely effortless, as I secured a lovely private parking spot right outside. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by how pristine and fresh the atmosphere was, delightfully accented with lush green plants that lend a serene, tasteful touch to the decor. The service was prompt and exceptionally courteous. To begin, I ordered my absolute favorite, an Iced Thai Tea, which was prepared to perfection rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying. For my main course, I selected the P1 Pho Special (Bún bò Huế). When the steaming bowl arrived, it was a lavish, extraordinarily generous masterpiece brimming with steak, flank, tendon, tripe, and beef meatballs. Every single element was tender, incredibly rich, and cooked to absolute perfection. It made for a delightfully hearty and comforting luncheon that exceeded every expectation! Pho Today has firmly established itself as a top-tier five-star favorite of mine. Full marks for exceptional flavor and wonderful hospitality I shall most certainly be returning!

The appetizers came out less than 5 minutes after ordering. Our server was straight to the point and checked up on us an appropriate amount of times. Fresh salad rolls with shrimp was a 3.5 out of 5. Yummy but would be even better with less noodles and more veggies. Salt and pepper calamari was a 4 out of 5. Pairs well with the sauce and peppers. Wish there were different parts of calamari, and that it was a little bit crispier. Roasted duck egg noodle soup was a 4.5 out of 5. Best thing I ate here so far! Generous portion of duck. The broth was the my favorite - flavorful, not fatty, and perfect temperature! I love that it came with bokchoy, cilantro, and green onion for a fresh reset. Egg noodles paired very well. We came here looking for a cozy meal on a rainy day, and we got just that! I will definitely return for a bowl of pho next time.

Oh my god, I took a single bite and didn't speak to my friend for 15 minutes as I continued munching it down. It was amazing. The vermicelli comes underneath this mound of pork holy grail, and while I'm used to having my vermicelli with these bowls cold and a bit thinner, and there being significantly more noodles than meat ratio, I'm thrilled to say that not this bowl - this bowl was 60% pork, 30% noodle, and 10% veggie. I'm taking every bite with 2-3 pieces of pork. I'm soaking up the juices with the noodles. I'm crunching on a few cucumbers to balance it out. I'm savoring every piece. Absolutely wonderful. I'm so excited to go back and try every one of their dishes. The restaurant itself is small, located inside of a shared mini-food court place with a pasta-to-go restaurant and a boba tea shop, and has a really cute sitting area. I stopped here around 2 PM and there was no one inside. Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.
