This is one of the first places my wife and I went to when we moved to Chico. We absolutely love bubble tea so it was a delight to know there was a place so close to us now! The owner is extremely friendly and we got to know her right away. We come in so often--and see her on the Thursday night farmers' market--that she recognises us. Their selections of milk and fusion teas are extensive and she allows you to mix flavours. There are also about a dozen sinker options from the classic boba pearls to lychee bursts and jellies. Last summer, my daughter and her cousin ordered teas here that they very much enjoyed. My daughter ordered a unsweetened green tea with popping mango boba, even though I'm not a fan of drinks with any sweetness, I liked the contrast of the sweet mango popping pearls and the unsweetened green tea. Her cousin also really enjoyed her drink, we both tried it, I can't think of what flavor it was. Although we took the drinks to go, the interior of Boba Tealicious looked like a nice spot to hang out, brightly colored walls (in blue and green) with circular shapes on the wall. There is also plenty of seating and a variety of tasty snacks for sale to go with your beverage. Customer service was friendly, polite and timely. I had no idea my daughter and her cousin intended to pay partially in change, and even when they dropped a few, the employee helping them was very patient and kind about it. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty and affordable boba drinks, the girls really enjoyed their beverages, and I liked the sip I had. I have tried every boba place in Chico. This place is a million times better than all the rest! (I won't even go to any of the other places, only here. It's that much better). The boba is perfectly prepared every time. And the staff are exceptionally polite and kind. You can't go wrong here, seriously I love this place. Ive never been one to crave a drink but I feel like I only get an appetite for boba tea at this specific place. The fusion tea with BLUEBERRY AND HONEYDEW with CLASSIC boba is the best! Chico finally opened up a satisfying boba place and it's conveniently located downtown, right by campus. FINALLY!!! I love their milk tea and slushes. They have so many flavors to choose from and they never disappoint! They also have exploding boba in different flavors too. The owners are always so welcoming and hospitable and the place is always spotless! They also have a variety of Asian snacks and even green tea kit kat. Tried tealicious for the first time and it was not what I expected. They have all their teas premade and the taro tea i got tasted like it was a couple days old. It had absolutely no flavor, and I did not like how they charge 55 cents for boba. The boba was disgusting, it was way too mushy, i felt like i was eating baby food and it was also hot, I have never had hot boba. The service was meh, workers merely greeted me as I walked in and were very rude. I will not be returning to this boba shop, I rather drive all the way down esplanade to the Teazone and get a freshly made boba tea without that extra 55 cent charge. I was super stoked to find this place. it was kinda hard to find because the gps said its in the middle of the block, dont be deterred by it because it is in the middle of the block. go down main st and then you find a magical pathway and find it. the shop is cute inside. the staff are really friendly as well, AND they give free samples on the boba when you come in. the regular milk tea flavor is good, but id think it will be good with a small amount of ice. the boba is very soft, so I don't recommend it for the people who like to chew their boba like myself. It has popping boba flavors which are rare even for the bay. their fusion tea is good but a bit watered down, you can ask for a stronger flavor. they have instant noodles you can eat there which I love. overall it was a nice place and will come back when I get the chance read more

A wonderful hidden gem in downtown Chico. Tucked away in the middle of a non-obvious shipping center is an amazing milk tea shop with stunning bright decor and an array of asian snacks. I had the passion fruit smoothie in which they used real, fresh passion fruit, not phony artificial or packaged flavoring like I get at other places. That really impressed me. This place had a high yelp rating so I took my nephews here to try boba for the first time. I have a dairy allergy so I was careful when placing my order. They assured me that the slushes were dairy free. That was obviously not the case because I got violently ill right after I drank it & I've been terribly sick for 3 days now. Someone else in my party ordered a taro smoothie, which does have dairy. I think they must have made our drinks together since we ordered the same flavor (to save time/money?).
