Hokkaido Milk Tea & Hokkaido Slush :) Delicious!

We initially was going to try one of their Halo Halo options however we still felt full from lunch and because our coffee from Whole Foods was a disappointment we decided to get drinks instead. Items tried and liked (so far): Hokkaido Milk Tea Hokkaido Slush Both drinks were sweetened perfectly and didn't make us feel jittery. This was my first milk tea since my medical episode and will be a once in a while treat. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Interior is cute and clean. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)

I love the drinks here. I wanted a slush with boba on a hot day after hiking and this was the perfect treat. Love that most of the items already come with non-dairy milk. Service was fast even with several customers. The inside was okay with a few places to sit but definitely needs some upgrades.

Nice little Boba place. Good selection of drinks and some desserts. I went with the Thai Milk Tea with Boba and it was TeaLicious! The cashier was pleasant and my drink was made quickly. For desserts that had several flavors of macarons, two types of honey toast, and flan. There are a couple of small tables if you want to hang out. First visit and I will definitely be back.

Really liked the interior and decorations and the customer service was good. Our drinks were all good, but I do wish it was in a different area. All in all, I would say it was a good experience and I definitely would recommend checking this place out.

Since trying out boba tea for the first time at Mochinut three weeks ago, I now have a huge passion for it. I finally stopped into BobaTeaLicious after driving by it a multitude of times. It's close to my boyfriend's house and I wanted to introduce him to the world of boba tea (he has never had it until now). The building the place is in is interesting. On the first floor are three other businesses and it looks like they have little apartments up above. There's also a smog check station out front, which I also found interesting. The parking lot is super small, which can make it difficult to maneuver around when it gets busy. We walked in and studied the menu. I decided on the coffee matcha tea and my boyfriend had the flamingo slush, both with boba added into it. They have a machine where a plastic lid is slapped onto the cup, which I've never seen before. You can just stick your boba/regular straw through the lid afterwards. My coffee matcha tea was pretty good, it had a mix of big tea and coffee flavor to it. My boyfriend said that he had a love/hate relationship with his drink. He loved it, which had a taste of strawberries and peaches, but at the same time he didn't. I think he liked the drink alone but didn't like the boba. The reason for the four star was the long wait time. I understand staff shortages these days, but there were only two people working there. One was taking orders and the other was making the drinks by himself. There were four other groups of people that were there before us and it took almost a half hour for our drinks to come out. Overall, exceptional service and tasty drinks. I would try them again in the future.

This was the first time I've had to wait 20 minutes to get a simple fruit tea boba. The employees were not very friendly and seemed pretty apathetic. It wasn't too busy so I'm not sure why the orders were taking so long. My tea was pretty standard and what I would expect.

A small typical boba shop with the usually drinks. Ordered and you're out of there quick. There are few seating tables inside. The prices were average like boba shops in the area. I have no complaints my drink was good. I got a jasmine green tea with sea salt cream. You can adjust the level of sweetness, I always order 50% sweetened. This seems like a new trend all tea boba shops do this now.

This boba shop has become one of my favorite places to go! The drinks are fantastic (I recommend the Elemental fruit tea!) and their boba is cooked just the way I like it! I also enjoy the vibe of the place. The decorations fit my aesthetic and it makes me want to keep coming in. I enjoy the fact that they provide board games to keep you busy while you drink your boba! Adding onto the aura of the place, the worker are lovely and always have a smile on their face when you walk in. Customer service is 10/10 and I love their friendly staff! read more

Always courteous staff, good taro slushy and I can order ahead and pick them up on the way home. The location is not so great, since it is quite hidden if you don't know the place. but I feel like it is within reach by locals who knows the area. The interior of the store is clean, equipment are modern and again, friendly staff! Overall great boba place read more

My boyfriend wanted brown sugar milk tea so we found the highest rated location near the mall we were at. I ordered the Bird House tea (black milk tea with brown sugar) and my boyfriend got the Caramel Brown Sugar. I guess our mistake was not realizing that brown sugar milk teas are universally the same. But our drinks were almost identical and tasted like a regular black milk tea. They weren't bad but not exactly what we were expecting. read more

I went in with my two kids and it was our first time trying Boba and the gentlemen who took my order took the time to explain the items on the menu. The drinks were really good & my kids loved them. I doubted this place because of the exterior, but the interior is really nice and the employees are just as nice too! The first time I went they were playing Naruto and the second time they were playing Hunter x Hunter! I've had their elemental tea, but I really love the Oolong Tea :D read more

This place may be pretty hard to get to, but it's pretty good! I went to get a smog check in this plaza, and this was here. I've always driven past it and was curious, so why not? I went in here, craving a fruit tea, and asked what was a popular choice, and one of them was the peach berry. I actually got it at regular sweetness and it wasn't too sweet! Pretty solid place, I'd come back whenever I get the chance! read more

Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed !! The staff was super friendly and helpful and didn't mind accommodating some changes to the order ( like sweetness and milk substitutes). I got Thai tea with almond milk and boba half sweetness and it was perfect. Definitely recommend:) read more

I called this store at 9:10pm on a Saturday. They close at 10pm. I asked if they have halo halo. The guy on the line said yes, they do have halo halo. I asked if I could order 4 halo halo for pick up. This guy tells me, "unfortunately bc im the only one here I won't be able to make it. We stop serving at 930pm". What a joke, whoever owns this place should man your store better bc you are losing money. And really, you cannot make 4 halo halo in 45 minutes? What a shame. So I called the halo halo filipino kitchen and they will hook me up. read more

Wow, best boba tea spot! So glad we finally stopped in to try it. There are a few others in the area and they just don't compare. Not impressed at all. My order of 2 'slushes' were just juice and boba was hard. Really watered down (too much ice) and not enjoyable. Really surprised as I saw all the reviews. Prices on the website menu are different than actual prices. First and last visit to this place. read more

I don't like putting bad reviews but this place nearly killed my dad. He is diabetic and I specifically asked for a stevia to be used. I called them up and the reassured me they put stevia but stevia doesn't make my dads sugar go up to 500. I did taste his compared to mine, and it did taste similar, if not the same. I didn't know what to expect from the phone call but the 'manager' kept having to pause me so he can finish blending someone else's drink. He really wasn't concerned about nearly killing me dad. If any of your loved ones are diabetic please dont use this place this don't seem to care about killing people. read more

Highly recommend. I have been to LV 4 time this year. And went for boba 3 times and 3 times I came here. Not bad. Close to my hotel where I'm staying. Servers are friendly. All the drinks I got are good. =P read more

This was such an unexpected stop for us. My husband and I just finished having korean bbq and were gonna go straight to a party. On the way, we saw this place and my husband knew I can't turn down tea. It was probably around 9pm on a Friday night so it was almost empty inside. I ordered a small earl grey milk tea and my husband got a large passionfruit green tea. We got our drinks pretty quickly, but the boba baristas suggested that we stay and try the drinks first before leaving, in case the taste wasn't to our liking. That is so sweet that they suggested that to us. My earl grey milk tea was SO GOOD that I regretted getting a small. I should have ordered a large. My husband liked his drink, but just wanted it a little more sweet. They offered to remake his drink for him, but my husband said that wasn't necessary. He just wanted them to add a little more sweetener to his drink, so they did. We absolutely loved our drinks and the service here. We definitely want to come back! read more

I really like this place! To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. The boba was super soft and a lot chewier than I expected. As for the service, the staff was very nice. They did an awesome job at helping me pick a drink because I am super indecisive. It's actually super cute inside! I dig the nice bird nature cafe theme they have going on. I can only imagine how cute it must look at night with the little lights. They have these really cute fake vine leaves that decorate the shop and nice geometric lights. They also have board games for you to sit and play with your friends or family which I thought was really great. My friends and I pulled out the cards against humanity deck and shared so many laughs over great boba. I got the wintermelon black milk tea with boba and egg pudding. I recommend it! One of my friends got the peach berry tea which tasted so good that I'm for sure going to get that next time. The parking is very very small though, so it might be hard to park if it's crowded that day. read more

I ordered the hokkaido milk tea and usually at other shops it's super sweet but it's spot on at this place. The boba is soft and chewy, I'll definitely recommend anyone to check it out. I saw this small shop from a distance and decided to stop in. Ambience is clean and fresh, nice decor. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I got a fruity slushy boba drink and it was delicious. Soft, chewy tapiocas in a perfectly balanced fruit slush. I will come back whenever I'm in town. read more

We went right at opening, so service was quick and friendly. There were actually already 2 groups when they opened. The shop itself could use a little refreshing, but the desserts definitely made up for it. We ordered the Ube ice cream, Cookie Monster ice cream, and Halo Halo. The Ube was my favorite--it was creamy and full of flavor. My daughter absolutely loved the Cookie Monster ice cream, and my mom really enjoyed the Halo Halo. I'm happy we decided to give ScoopLV another chance. The service has improved, the desserts were delicious as we remembered, and I'm glad to update my review to reflect our recent experience. Even their employees must not have a break room, so they sit in a roped off area at a little table with their back to the customers for added privacy. It's really not private though. I heard my name called and I scooped up my cup of green delight. Oh I do adore warm boba. The cool creamy honeydew sweetness enveloped the chewy anise pearls and it was a decadent treat I absolutely savored. I didn't feel rushed and I lingered just a bit while I enjoyed my honeydew boba. But recently, it's been consistently bad. I've been getting watery tea, and I always request for less cream (more tea base). I'm not sure what's changed at this location, but please make your tea base strong again, it's what I used to love about this place over all other boba shops. todays orders (pictured): jasmine milk tea no ice (there was ice) less cream regular sweet smokey oolong less ice less cream less sweet the last time we ordered: they gave mini boba instead of regular boba in one of the drinks, no tea flavor in both jasmine milk tea orders, there seems to always been something wrong or off in our orders.

The young guy ringing me up said the coconut mousse isn't $8.50, its $9 - but the menus hung overhead as well as the to-go menu pamphlets all said $8.50. I know its only 50 cents, but its the principle of the thing - you have to honor the price you advertise to the customer. The young boy and even the manager kept insisting on how that's for the old menu, I don't care - that is your mistake, not mine. Update your menu then - and he showed me how the laminated print out menu said $9, but I showed how the wooden boards hung up and the pamphlets both say otherwise. Took way longer than it should've. The boy didn't know how to manually override the price, so I had to ask him to get his manager to. These people don't understand proper business etiquette. Hope that experience taught them something. Aside from that pricing issue. Food was good, and ambiance was nice. Plenty of picturesque spots inside to snap photos at. Would I recommend them? Maybe. Will I come back? Maybe, but to their other location next time.

This was my first visit, but definitely won't be the last! We ordered taro milk teas, which definitely met our expectations. I was looking for a honeydew milk tea, but it wasn't on the menu. The employee was more than happy to make one for me regardless. Come to find out, two of the employees were ex-students of mine, so I had wonderful customer service, but even before they recognized me, my family and I were greeted with a friendly welcome along with everyone else who entered the building following us. My favorite is taro slush with boba. You can adjust the sweetness and also they have non-dairy milk to offer to customers who are lactose intolerance. For fruit teas my favorite is lychee.
