We invited guests to lunch here and none of us could eat the food! It was horrible. My guests asked for clam chowder and got a disgusting bowl of Chili. When asked the waitress said it was calm chowder. No clams just spicy beans and corn in a brown sauce. The prime rib wrap was filled with enchilada sauce. Not expecting that. Very uneatable. I know it only happens every once in a while but it would sure be nice to the staff and patrons to get a little shade while we enjoy our tasty food and drinks. Everytime I have been to this establishment in E. Wenatchee I have have a bad experience. There is too much to go into on what was wrong and how I was treated - that I am not even going to try. What's the point. I don't feel like management really cares.. I will just say that if I ever go back (becuase I need to for some family thing) I won't be ordering. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Twice in six months have I been to this establishment. Each time the tables are filthy, crumbs and streaks of unsanitary water all across their tables. The food is horrid, tasteless and junk you throw in a deep fryer. The glasses have been completely filthy each time I've ordered a drink wether it's a beer or just a soda. Honestly for the price and quality, you are better off walking across the street to Safeway and grabbing a five dollar bottle of wine and a steak. Cheers! read more

Well to start with the place is gross. Menu.. Hmmm ...nothing different or exciting.. And overpriced for the same things you can get cheaper elsewhere. Service...hmmm. Lousy is probably a good word to describe it. Kids menu... Limited..overpriced..and unhealthy... And if you ever try to make a substitution such as asking if your child can have buttered noodles they say oh we can't make a substitution but we can give you buttered noodles off the chicken alfredo and just hold the alfredo sauce and the chicken and if you ask how much that will be they will say oh that's the standard 1295 And if you ask to speak to the manager..because your quite sure he will have enough intelligence to make a decision knowing that he wants to keep a customer and then realize you have to ask for time to speak to a manager you realize this isn't a good operation poorly organized poorly ran with a poor menu. For those of us that were excited to have a new place to go in East Wenatchee the excitement ended quite rapidly on the very first visit what a disaster in more ways than one. We are excited now to watch the building of another Bob's called Bob's Burgers which is opening two blocks up the road it will probably have the same standard fare but hopefully it will be price right ran right and operated properly read more

I was really disappointed in my first (and probably last) visit here. I gave 2 stars because what I had was actually pretty tasty. But the service was pretty bad. And to top it off, I was charged 40 cents for a side of ranch to dip my fries!! Seriously?? The first time the waitress brought my order it was completely wrong. I ordered a Sauteed Mushroom Burger. She brought me a burger with bacon and guacamole. Ummm...not even close. I told her that was was not what I ordered. She said yes it is, you ordered a "19th Hole Burger." Nope. She took it back to the kitchen, and then I'm pretty sure I saw her take it to another table. When my correct order finally arrived...after a longer-than-it-should-have-been wait, she didn't apologize or offer to comp us anything for the wait (which I would have politely declined, but it's the principle...). Your money and time are best spent elsewhere. Their food is not fresh, or tasty. My friend received a burger where the meat had spoiled. The service is mediocre and slow. The only saving grace are the cheap drinks, but you can find much better cheap drinks at Joe's. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Go to Joe's. read more

I've gone to Bob's several times before and after the pandemic, by far tonight was the worst experience I've had. When we first arrived we sat down and waited for 5 minutes before we were greeted and brought some menus. We first ordered our drinks and appetizer. The server came back twice cuz he forgot to ask if we wanted fries, tot, or salads with our food. Then came back again to ask my boyfriend what type of bread.When our food came we received our main plates first and were missing fry sauce. I asked where our appetizer was, he forgot to order it and then before we could say anything else, he walked away. We ended up canceling the appetizer. My sautéed mushroom burger had no flavor, not worth $21!! My boyfriend's patty melt was decent but the kids chicken tenders was overall the best part. We rarely saw our server and when we did we asked for a box thinking he would bring the check as well. Got the boxes and didn't see him for a whole. I asked to speak to the manager. Explained the situation. The manager corrected the situation and ended up discounting our meal by at least half. I don't think we will go back into that location.​ read more

Ordered sour dough, was served plain white toast. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast. Asked for jam for toast and was brought a single prepackaged serving to share on our 4 pieces of toast. East wenatchee bobs classic nvr disappoints! Idk what the difference between that and the wenatchee branch but it's always much more satisfying! My husband and I go out about once a week and that's the one restaurant we always seem to to find ourselves returning to. Tonight we brought the kiddos and that worked out better than expected because of the size of the booths and the color books (2 & 4 yrs old) Roy hooked them up with. It was very busy in there for a Monday but we got dinner for all 4 of us and drinks for my husband and I all for $50(including 25% tip). Bob's certainly does a few things right - like their drinks on ladies night and the fried pickles. Their items with bourbon sauce and burgers are also pretty good. The rest is average at best. And whatever you do - don't bother with breakfast - they don't know what they're doing in that department. Completely over cooking an omelette (brown all over) is a breakfast 101 fail! Pancakes that are 'tough' to cut through because they've sat drying under a heat lamp are just stupid. read more

We will NEVER go here again! If I could give no stars I would. We have been a loyal customer to Bob's over the years, taking our out of town family here for breakfast, we will not do that anymore. My son found a hair in his hash browns, we promptly told our server, her response was" sorry that happened". Didn't even offer to take the meal off our bill, I asked her to please take it off she said " well since he ate his omelette the only thing I can do is take a few dollars off. WHAT? I have worked in the restaurant industry, the more customer friendly and best business practice would be to take the meal off the bill or offer a free meal next time. My family and I were appalled how this was handled. I feel who ever the owner of this establishment is needs to have a better training of the employees that work there on customer service. read more

This place has gone down hill fast. You can seat yourself but if you go into the restaurant no one will see you and you will have to go to the bar to get water. Only 2 wait staff give a crap and check on you oh and wait even speak! The staff our to busy talking amongst themselves, about the party last night. Some look like they rolled out of bed. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We went for a birthday AND made reservations beforehand and it was still bad... We are local and support local. Seems as if they lost their momentum as soon as a month or so went by after opening. We haven't had a good experience since and won't go back. Ordered a Prime Rib dip...must have dumped all the salt they could on it and couldn't even eat our fries due to so much salt. Ordered a kids "chicken strip" meal...got a grilled chicken breast cut up into strips. While their kids menu says "2 crispy chicken strips". Our food was completely smothered in salt. Customer service was "ok". Our main waitress was a sweetheart but the others that came to serve our food kinda just tossed it in front of us. VERY unimpressed. Had a friend have an incident where they didn't ID their child a few months back and when they called the complain they were laughed at and refused to admit that they were wrong in serving a 19 year old. You seat yourself per the sign. After 10 minutes or so I had to go find a waiter. No one was watching the front as customers come in. Music was a bit too loud. Was informed that the owner likes it that way and the staff is not allowed to change it. Food was OK, but the (little too loud) music was a distraction affecting the overall meal experience. Ordered 2 Burgers last night. The 3 finger jack and the 19th hole. Not sure if they cook has changed since the last time we've ordered food, but the quality has gone down the drain. The Oil for the fried foods needs to be changed, our fries and onion rings were disgusting, the Grill needs to be cleaned, the bacon on the burgers were so dark and nasty. I've never seen or tasted bacon so gross before. We spent $33.00 on food and I'd rather have eaten at McDonald's. So disappointed read more

The decor is amazing. The biggest bar I've ever seen, dwarfing the 70" flat screens. We ordered the appetizer sampler plate for starters. It was huge, filled with deep fried green beans, mushrooms, pickles, and onion rings. The crust was fantastic, thin, crunchy, and not greasy. There was enough for all 6 of us. The entrees were much better than one gets in a bar setting. The kobe beef burger was excellent, and the wraps were very nice as well. What a great beer selection on tap too. We also had a glass of the house red wine which was quite good, and a very large pour in unique wine glasses (too big to steal one!). The service was spot on. Our waitress spotted me admiring the empty wine glass, holding it up to the light, and brought me a refill as a result, now that's service. Hard to believe one would find this place in Wenatchee. We were visiting from Tulsa, OK and this place would be a big hit back home. read more

As per usual, there were several employees sitting at the bar who had apparently gotten off work. As a whole, regardless of which Bob's you go to, the food is absolutely sub-par, with a solid bar and beer selection. Service can be decent at times, but is also hit and miss, all depends on who's staffed. I would strongly recommend sticking to starters and drinks, while watching a game. I went with a group of six on Sunday September 27 . The restaurant sports bar has a fresh new look on the industrial sports bar atmosphere. Most of the group were disappointed with the quality of their food, especially, the expensive prime rib dips. I've also tried the French dip, it taste like it was frozen and microwaved, very dry. The food we had was not impressive. We sat in an area with a clear view of the kitchen, where I clearly saw a waitress pop a French fry in her mouth off the customer's plate while taking it out to the main bar. Four of us had dinner here last nite. Two of us had cod fish and chips, one had ribeye wrap and the other a hamburger. We started with fried pickles. The food was delicious and the service was very good. My friends live here and I'm from Portland Oregon. I have to say the fish was the best I've had in a long long time. We went here for dinner last night after we heard great things from friends. There were a ton of cars in the parking lot so we expected a wait, but there was a lot of seating in both the bar and the dining room. We chose to sit in the dining room, which was loud but quieter than the bar - even though it was quite loud (talking, not television or music noise), I could easily hear and have a conversation across the table. I odered the Wild Raspberry Chicken Salad and my wife had the ribeye. The salad was delicious and fresh, my wife said her steak was cooked perfectly! The staff was friendly and fast. Tried their Prime Rib dinner and it was THE WORST we have ever had. It was like shoe leather and had no flavor other than too much salt & pepper on the crust. We didn't finish it, it was so bad. We decided to order the cheesecake for desert and it was so frozen we couldn't cut it. The waitress didn't care either. We will never go back and don't recommend it to anyone.
