    Special almond banana pancake combo
    Michael B.

Better than typical diner experience with good food, great portions, and decent prices, but the service could definitely be better. We had the pancake combination breakfasts, one special and one slam. They were both very good and the pancakes are big and fluffy! I must also note that they actually know how to cook bacon here! You're not just served a limp piece of fat; it's actually cooked and close to crispy! The down side... We waited almost an hour for a table since we requested a table only, not the bar. The unfortunate thing about this place is that it is very small. There's a total of about 7 or 8 tables and it is very popular so it gets crowded with wait lines quick. The big complaint I have about this place is that even though it's a small place, and has 2-3 waitresses that we noticed serving tables, the service is slow and inattentive. The staff are all very nice, but we had to catch someone and ask any time we needed a coffee or water refill, and the check; things you should never have to ask for. I've seen staff at bigger restaurants handle way more tables more efficiently.

Amazing in every possible way. Food is perfection. Nobody can ever cook an over medium egg properly. They can here!! The pork green chili is fantastic. The decor is so adorable and clever. Servers are all wonderful. Can't say enough good things.

My brother lives right on the edge of downtown Louisville & is within walking distance of everything. He rarely dines in and likes to walk to his favorite spots to eat every day. The crazy thing is that the quality of the food in Louisville is somehow far above that of other small towns. I realize that all the places I've eaten there have been well vetted by my brother and his family but I'm not used to having such a great concentration of fantastic places to eat. this was my first trip to Bob's with him and it didn't disappoint. My brother is a burger and fries guy and I'm a Reuben & rings person. I can't speak to the burger but my Reuben was top notch. I loved the marble rye and the onion rings where perfect. I also ordered a short stack of pancakes since we were there before noon and those were also great. Our server was excellent and knew my brother's order without him even needing to give it to her. if you're int eh neighborhood, this is small town excellence!

Consistently good food, substantial portions, efficient service, reasonably priced neighborhood diner with outdoor seating in downtown Louisville.

Fantastic Diner! How is it I've lived in Boulder County for so long and missed this GEM! The pancakes were fluffy and fabulous. The corned beef hash was yummy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. The service was awesome. Zoe is great! Coffee was kept full and hot. Hot chocolate was epic. Definitely will be going back to try lunch next!

Taste: 4 Service: 4 Price: 5 Quality: 5 Quantity: 4 I really liked bobs. It's got a great atmosphere, really making you feel like you're in the 60s. Bobs is a pretty consistent breakfast spot with good prices, that never disappoints. We ordered the light breakfast, pancakes, and breakfast special, which were banana pancakes with vanilla frosting. There's typically plenty of parking and it's too hard to get a seat. I'd say, maybe best to avoid Sunday after 10. Common sense to avoid crowds after church let's out. Even still, worth the wait :)

Consistently good food and friendly service in this charming diner downtown Louisville. I love that they keep a limited breakfast menu during lunchtime. Inside it's small but when the weather gets warmer there are a few tables outside, which is very pleasant. No wonder we keep going back!

Excellent service and food! Server was attentive and helpful. Had good recommendations on food and helping me decide. Food came out quickly and delicious. Pancakes are large and very fluffy. Breakfast shot is delicious and a good way to start the day! Went early in mid week, it wasn't super busy and had seat options.

It is a great place, but a real bummer when restaurants don't adhere to their state operating hours and randomly close 20 early.

So many places just use cheap cuts of meat and processed everything. I love the freshness and quality that Organic Sandwich Company brings to their menu. They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick. Really nice people working there and this location is quaint, but lovely. I especially love their little herb garden box out front greeting you with a refreshing aroma as you walk through the door. I'll always support this business doing it right and feeding the community wholesome, delicious food.

The Sicilian sandwich spread is a little bit spicy but the bread tones it down well. I really liked the Le Club sandwich with turkey and bacon. Both were dressed with fresh salad greens. We tried the toffee pecan and ginger molasses cookies, which were great, and only $3.75 a piece. I also got an iced salted maple latte with oatmilk. Also very good! He looks like Superman flying over the dirt! Trying to make sense of the wall menu was difficult. Almost too many as to be confusing because several sandwiches are similar in content. The huge menu on the wall doesn't give prices for all the items and it's very deceptive in my opinion. Our bill for a Chicago dog, a pastrami sandwich and a Cuban sandwich with one order of fries and 3 drinks came to over $50 which is stupid pricey IMHO. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter and our order came out fairly fast. I felt the sandwiches were very skimpy on the meat and nothing came with a side included. The Cuban sandwich was underwhelming and not much flavor. If you want a wonderful deli sandwich go to The Bagel Deli off Hampden and I-25. The absolute best in my opinion.
