This place is awesome! We go two or three times a week and everything has always been delicious. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food is fresh and tasty. The service is consistently warm, attentive, and friendly. We particularly love the chorizo breakfast burritos with green sauce, cowboy up omelett, shredded beef enchiladas with green sauce, the Saturday night prime prime rib special (with a price that can't be beat!)... even their coffee is excellent. Their sweet potato fries and burgers are really good too. Much of their menu is gluten free and they have gluten free buns and bread. Bochas is a great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... you gotta try it! read more

Drove over from our hotel in Camp Verde and was sooo glad we did. Had breakfast on a Saturday morning. Almost licked the plate . Wife had the Menudo and I had Chorizo scramble . Loved it. Got the Bill and was loving it more. Great experience and will go out of way to be back here. read more

We stopped by before heading back home to Phoenix. The food was authentic and my son with severe food allergies to egg and dairy safely ate here. He loved the beans and the carne asada. I had the spicy chilaquiles with over easy eggs and added chorizo. My husband had the huevos rancheros with chorizo. Our oldest son had the chocolate chip pancakes. Bocha's is one of the best places to eat in Cottonwood, Arizona. My partner and I dined there several times in the last three months. We ordered Clubs, Philly Steak Sandwiches, Patty Melts, and Fajitas every meal being outstanding in flavor. Just got back to our home in Cottonwood and saw this new place. Went in for lunch yesterday and there are no words to describe the outstanding food! I had the Kiddy Up sandwich: grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, chilis and I don't remember what else, but I ended up bringing half of it home because the servings are HUGE! Hubby have the Bocha Burger and I literally laughed watching him try to eat this thing! It was beyond delish and he ended up bringing half of his home, too! It is a family run business and the young man who served us was so polite and sweet. Oh, and we had chips and salsa while we were waiting. SO good! They advised us that they are going to have fish fry Friday and Prime Rib Saturday, so we will definitely be back. Can hardly wait to try something off the breakfast menu! The family owned and operated restaurant graciously provides an experience where you feel a welcomed guest enjoying great tasting food with good friends. Bocha's the owner and cook, provides a varied menu that tastes delicious, I understand both he and wife have spent years working in the restaurant business locally and now giving us the benefit of such experience! The service the family provides is friendly, courteous and attentive, you feel like a king. Ok, sorry I have to leave this one star review, since most of my reviews are great, but.......here's what happened. We are told to sit anywhere, since it wasn't crowded. The server came over, seemed fairly new, because when asking about the menu, he didn't know much. No chips and salsa for one thing. Odd, because most Mexican restaurant give you free chips and salsa. So I thought that I would keep it sImple and ordered a carne quesadilla. It came out QUICK!!!! The meat was still cold. So I left the whole thing and didn't eat it. We waited FOREVER and then finally asked for our check. The woman server/owner, not sure handed us our check and asked if I wanted a box. I said, no the meat is cold. She then, wanted to argue saying she sees them cook it and it shouldn't be cold. She then, sticks her finger inside the quesadilla and said, it still feels warm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! We were willing just to pay the bill and leave, but she wanted to go on and continue argue how they prepare it. We actually started looking for the candid camera, because that has never ever happened to us or to anyone we know. SHOCKED!!!! Husband's soft taco was good, shredded beef enchilada, meat was cold. Beans, definitely tasted like the can. We are the type that will just pay the bill, leave and just won't go back. This takes the cake!! read more

Wife and I were passing through Sedona on our way to Phoenix and stopped at this cute restaurant for lunch. The front porch/patio welcomed us with a pail of peanuts in-the-shell and container of fruited ice water- really quaint. It was obviously a family-run business and the food was great. We split one of their signature burgers and a soda. They were playing old Gun Smoke re-runs I remember as a kid- not sure if that just happened to be on or if they run them all the time to go with the south-western décor. read more
