Everyone is extremely professional & kind. The spa is very clean and even sells cute jewelry/clothes. Hanan(msp?) is AWESOME! So is Marlena the owner. All of the techs are excellent as well. I purchased a groupon for skin tag removal because it looked like a great deal. After purchasing I decided to read the yelp reviews of the business so I could prepare myself! Well all I can say is I was HORRIFIED to go because of all these terrible reviews. To my surprise I had a wonderful experience my aesthetician was professional, made me feel so comfortable and explained every step. I decided on 3 hours of a variety of services based on reviews prior to April 2016. I received a facial ($65) by Sylvia and eyebrow waxing ($9). This was the worst service I received. I arrived early and filled out 4 pages of paperwork. Then proceeded to wait when I was the only client in the building. So if you run late, shouldn't I receive the same time-allotted services? Not so, as the 60 minute facial was only 45 minutes. The eyebrow waxing was "meh" as she didn't even bother to pluck any of the stray hairs missed by the waxing. Maybe I expected too much, but I've received better services by qualified staff at Cost Cutters than what this salon is marketing. Don't bother on either of these services. I did receive a nice 90 minute massage ($125) with added foot reflexology by Rachel (I believe). But when I checked out Renee overcharged me by $15. I had to bring up their website on my phone to show them the quoted $30 price (not $45) for the added reflexology of the feet. So when you combine the negatives versus the positives, I couldn't give the "A-OK" 3 rating. It was overpriced for the services received. I have been getting the gel manicure from Vicky for several months now at Body Beautiful and they are fabulous! She is super friendly and passionate about what she does. She also pays attention to detail so there is no color smudged on the sides....they look great every time! I also get lash extensions and they are by far the best I've had anywhere. I like to get a B12 shot every now and then and with a new office location, I needed to find a convenient place to get an impromptu shot. Every time I call the spa the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to find me an available time to stop in. The spa is pretty with a boutique atmosphere and there is always more than one person at the front desk that greets you with a smile. I have had 2 different doctors give me injections and they were both great. I even asked if they could offer me a package deal for cheaper, and they did! Thank you Body Beautiful. read more

I booked Radiesse for my mom as a 60th birthday present. On their website it was $359 for One syringe, when I called they said they didn't have a special like that. when I pointed out that it is on their website she assured me that I would get the rate that was on their website. Unfortunately today I got a phone call from the manager who is extremely rude and said they cannot give it to me for that price because they would lose money and she is not willing to do that. I said obviously I'm upset and disappointed as that's the rate we thought it was and we were looking to spend more around that instead of the $600 she was asking for and she rudley replied to me well if people can't afford it then they should be getting these things done. What a great attitude for a manager to have. I have never had a company be rude to me for their mistake. I will never get anything done here ever again and neither will my friends read more

Today, I had a appointment with Melanie, and had my brows waxed. She got me back right away and did a great job. With military like precision, she had me waxed perfectly in less than 10 minutes, in the least painful way I've ever had. Alison, the RN was next. She did Botox for my crow feet and restylane for my under eye hollows, with the utmost attention to minimizing pain and also answered all of my questions. I have been going here for almost a year, and I have never left unhappy. Not all practitioners are comfortable with certain injectables (Botox vs dysport, juvaderm vs restylane) so if you have your heart set on a certain one, it helps to talk to management first, not the receptionist, so they can find the right injector for you. My only issue is regarding a new salesperson, Jane, who is overly aggressive and phony. She needs to tone it down a bit and try to be a little more sincere. I've been getting my hair done by Marina since she was at a different salon and followed her to Body Beautiful. Every time I come in she does a great job coloring my really thick hair and I'm been happy with the results every time. My friend really liked my color and went to see Marina as well. She was very happy with the end result and is no longer going to her previous colorist. The quality is great and the pricing is far lower than some other spas. My experience at this day spa was amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and easy going. I wasn't pressured to tip or to sign up for another appointment. The massage therapist Kristen was awesome. She used deep pressure and relieved the pain in my neck and arches of my feet. This is the best experience I have ever had with a massage therapist. This salon is the best! The people at the desk are super nice, and Ashley is very accommodating! I have been coming in to see Gail, who is very talented and knows what to do and when after many, many years of experience. I am in a position to compare since I have had the not so great pleasure of having been seen by doctors at top spas in the past. She is calming and caring as well. 10/12/2013: Paid for a power wrap and light therapy. The wrap was substandard, so loose it rolled up. I did half the work of the skin brush and product application, and wrapping. After the wrap, time for light treatment. Reception had double-booked my therapist, or at least that's what the therapist told me as she was leaving the light room. She said the receptionist would come fetch me in 20 minutes. ohhhhkay. I was left alone in the light room, no one checked on me at all the entire time. When it was over no one came in so I moved the equipment out of the way, dressed, and checked out. Fast forward to 11/12/13, when I get a call from Marlena, the owner. She said she'd checked the online reviews and wanted to know more, asking why didn't I say something when I left. She said she was sorry about the services and wanted to make it right. I told her by the time services were done, it was too late, and honestly what would that have accomplished? I was mad, felt that I was not a valued customer and just wanted to get out of there. The receptionist was nowhere to be found and I didn't feel like talking to anyone anyway, not after clearly being made to feel like a second class citizen. Sorry that I'm not dumping tons of money into botox and other treatments, sorry I'm not a 'regular', but paying clients should feel valued, not as if they are being rushed through their services. I am the sole income source for my family and don't have scads of money to spend...but I do like the occasional treat when I can afford one. Marlena offered to provide the same services to me, this time with another therapist who is supposed to be 'fabulous', and for free. I have scheduled it for the morning of the 23rd, so we'll see how it goes this time. If all goes well and I feel well attended-to and feel valued, as a paying customer should, then maybe I'll return. Update...the second time around was better. Please, please, please, Marlena, when PAYING CLIENTS book appointments, regardless if they are a 'regular' or not, whether they have paid for a 'package' of services or not, they have chosen to spend their hard earned money in your salon. Make them feel welcome. Don't double book your therapists or allow your clients to feel they are being left alone too much or not given the attention they feel they have paid for. It's all about perception .... if a customer has the perception they weren't treated well, they probably won't go back. You have redeemed yourself and I do hope that customers (new and ongoing loyal ones) are treated equally well. read more

ok, I will write about my specific experience with you. I purchased a laser package (for my upper lip) which I only had used once because of how poorly I was treated. I had to wait over 45 minutes after my scheduled apt! Unacceptable, my time is just as important just as yours is. The lady who came out, Melody, was obvlivious to my long wait and didnt even appoligize. So, off we are to the room. I tried to explain to her that it was supposed to be my upper lip. She sucked her teeth, threw her materials on the counter and stomped out of the room. So, now about an hour after my scheduled apt time. She storms back into the room a few minutes later, no knocking to continue. I was so scared she would intentionally burn me I just tried to get though the short treatment. After, i tried to talk to the receptionist about it and wasnt even offered to have a manager called. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and said we get behind sometimes, nothing we can do. So, because of this horrible service I have not been back to finish, nor do I want to. I am not attacking anyone, just simply sharing my experience/ opinion. That is the point of this site is it not? Somehow I just couldn't feel relaxed here. The wait was so long that I didn't have enough time for a full session massage so maybe it was under rushed circumstances that I form this opinion. Still this "spa" doesn't have ambiance in the way I would expect. The style of customer service, massage technique, atmosphere make this average at best. The reason for 3 stars (airing on generous side) is simply because I haven't tried other services here i.e. eyelash extensions that others are raving about. I have been going there for years, and now they have 2 new doctors who are "botox bullies." They try to get you to get more botox then you are comfortable with and they treat it under "medical advisement." I had to remind them it is "botox" not medical. I can see when you want too much and they use that phrase, but not to inject you more than you are comfortable with. They tried to intimidate me, and I did not appreciate it. I didn't do it "their" way so they punished me and didn't do it "my" way. The customer should always have the right to say how much botox they want. I alerted the owner and she said she would look into it and call me back. No call back what so ever. It makes me wonder if she is part of the "quota" of how much they are trying to make off of each customer. Shame on them for trying to force more botox on me. I write this only to warn those who are not strong enough to stand up for themselves, and to warn you of this spa. Don't ever let anyone, even a doctor, force you to inject more botox than you are comfortable with. I will never, ever go back to this place unless they get rid of those two doctors. Shame!! Highlights from hell, I went to the spa and recieved a partial highlight, which in the end she charged me for a full, $75, then with tip, $95. I could have done it myself at home they look HORRIBLE! It took so long that I just wanted to get out of there then got home and realized the orange, white, and red that was in my hair, large chunky highlights! I am a working professional but still struggling in the economy so I will now have to spend an additional who knows how much to correct this long hideous highlight job. It was seriously the worst experiance at the salon I have ever had. I ended up looking like a teen with different colors in my hair. Spa maybe ok but I would NEVER step foot in that place for color AGAIN! RUN AWAY if you are thinking of it, or just be prepared to waste alot of time AND money! read more

I have the worlds most difficult feet and I've been trying new shops and technicians most of my life. Some were ok, most just gave up on my nails and half did the job for fear of hurting me. During this time the bottoms of my feet kept getting dryer and sharper. Vicky at Body Beautiful is the first I've found that can keep my toes beautiful without pain and she's just about cleared the problems with my feet. I finally decided to stop in and get a appointment for the HCG diet last saturday i had my consulation with Janet she explained the program to me and I started that day on HCG injections they even include B12 shots as well. I did the 1st phase that weekend then started the next phase on monday threw out the week i started dropping the weight i even thought my scale was off lol, but today i had my 2nd check in appointment and weighted in. I lost 12 pounds really in only 6 days I was losing 2 pounds a day. I am so more motivaetd and excited with this program and im on my first week of 6 and Janet provides everything you need she just didnt send me home with HCG and empty needles like many others i heard that do , the staff is so nice. I would just say anyone thats ready to drop the weight come in and get started. also they use the highest grade of HCG too. I was given a gift "$100.00 certificate" for a facial at this location. Customer service was POOR. The person performing the facial did not explain any products or what she was doing. Put me under the lights for 20 minutes, again ignoring me as a person. She made no conversation or explain what was expected. When I called today, I asked for a mgr and a gruff person who did not identify herself came to the phone. When I asked who I was speaking with the female replied "SOMEBODY" and asked what I wanted. When I again asked for a management person, the person hung up on me. This was one of the worst spa experiences I ever had!
