The usual house special and beef. It's good and it hits the spot. Went during your lunchtime, so it was pretty packed dining in! We enjoyed the amount of protein that they provided.

We came here on my husband's birthday for a late lunch but didn't realize this location closed at 2:30 (and reopens later). Even though we came in at 2:20, the staff were very kind and still seated us despite closing so soon. Food came out quickly and it was delicious. Thankful to the staff for the delicious meal and hospitality

We love boiling point overall. The beef hot pot is my good to and constant with flavor and topping. Spicy level may fluctuate though. You can ask for extra broth to tone down the spicy. This location is small and extremely busy even on a weekday. It was an hour wait for 3 people and minimal space to wait inside. Free parking is a plus and shops like target near by to wander.

At the end, the check comes with this jelly

I went here for lunch. The wait was 0 minutes. This place is casual. Smell is quite smoky. The wifi is BPguest password is ilovebpg. Btw, this place uses QR code menus. A good thing I noticed was that this place has Chinese translations. The people give us noodle packets before hot pot arrives. I took the house special. The house special was light and the meat was very good, the egg and rice cake was hard, the veggies were ok, and the noodles were delicious. Tip: lunch prices are cheaper than dinner prices.

Disappointing dry and tough lamb slices. Hasn't been like that before...

I've been here many times, and always order the same thing (lamb hot pot, weekday lunch), and it's usually good, but this time, I was very disappointed. The lamb, instead of the usual tender, slightly-fatty thin slices, was very lean and tough. I couldn't even finish it and brought it home, hence the picture on a plate from home. I at first wondered if it was even lamb, but it did taste lamb-y... Service was fine. Just disappointed in the meat. My friend, who ordered her usual beef hot pot, also said it wasn't as good as usual. I did try some of hers, and it was at least a bit better than the lamb!

Just had our hotpot fix at boiling point in Redmond location. Parking: much better than bellevue location Restroom: 1 gender neutral restroom Capacity: 40 max Check in: via their tablet in person check in We decided to come today due to their promo of buy 1 pot + 1 drink, you get the voucher for 1 pot + 1 drink, that can be use starting next day till up to 1 year. Location and dates varies. See their website. We ordered our usual pot beef and house specials with rice, and of course drinks. The lines was super long. Wait for about 1hr. Originally we went to bellevue, the tablet says we are number 14 as for group of 3-4. We left to redmond one bec I checked on bp app, the redmond one us only have 4 group of 3-4 waiting. But when we got here, we were number 8. Remember redmond location is smaller. Service is amazing. Thanks, guys!!

    #9 Japanese Miso Hot Soup

Ordered the Miso which is my usual at the Bellevue location and it tasted very off. As I continued to eat, I noticed a string which was tied around the leg of my crab. The server told me it was normal and I was fine with finishing the rest of my soup but it was a thick piece of plastic string. They didn't apologize but at the end comped my meal, still no accountability. Service was pretty bad as well, my table had to keep calling them to ask for help and water refills.

Came here on a Saturday with five people and the wait wasn't too terrible. The food was tasty and flavorful. The dishes are deep and you get a lot for your money. Overall it was a good experience.

I visited this BP at 1pm on a Friday for dine-in and the restaurant was full. There was a waitlist to be seated, with two groups ahead of me. After ~30 minutes of waiting and no progress on the waitlist we decided to just order for takeout. The order took 10 minutes. Beef lamb hot soup with vermicelli was savory and delicious, with various filling ingredients. The soup comes with tea (green or black) and konjac jelly. I ordered non-spicy soup and it came with chili oil on the side so I could control how spicy I wanted it to be. 4 outta 5 due to our dine-in experience; they need a larger restaurant.

The house special broth was really, really sweet. The toppings were very generous, and serve was fast.

This location has a shared parking lot with plenty of spots and there were plenty of tables available 6:30 - 7:30 PM on a weekday. Beef Noodle Soup (2.5/5): Just every aspect was a mid. Beef could be a bit more tender, noodles were too soft, and the soup was just okay. Definitely a skip. Minced Pork (3.5/5): The flavor of the meat is actually solid: super savory, fatty, and slightly sweet. I wish that there was more of the sauce to soak into the rice, but it's not a bad rendition by any means. Popcorn Chicken (3.5/5): Chicken was actually cooked really well - great crispy crunch and the meat was juicy and tender. However, the actual flavor was super bland. With more salt and more seasoning, this could have been a really solid dish.

Absolutely AMAZING. First visit today and already started planning our next one before we even left…read morethe table. We were craving soup dumplings and wanted to venture somewhere new outside of our usual West Seattle orbit. So naturally, we chose to make the drive during peak rush hour. Completely worth it. The vibe here is ridiculously cute, and the playlist had both guests and staff singing along lyrics to songs I probably haven't heard in a decade. (Hellogoodbye & all American rejects?! Yesssss) And for the food we started with FULL HEAT: Szechuan Spicy Xiao Long Bao -- AMAZING flavor and definitely packs a punch. So hot, but so addicting. Far exceeded expectations. I want to live inside one of these lil fire balls of magic Hot & Sour Soup -- We added extra spice and it was perfect. It's also a generous portion which is shocking for $7.50. It came out first and we knew after the first bite that the rest of the meal was going to be awesome Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wontons -- not too spicy, great flavor and very meaty. At one point, our server came by to refill our sodas and asked, "How is everything, spicy?" And yes. Yes, it was. Though nothing lingered too long and the heat did not overpower the flavor of any of the dishes. All was perfectly balanced. Our server came to the rescue with her recommendation for the Mini Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings. Imagine a soup dumpling that decided to put on a crispy little jacket. SO GOOD. And a huge shoutout to Melyna, who was absolutely phenomenal. She knew the menu inside and out, was incredibly sweet, and was somehow always two steps ahead when it came to service and prebussing. She was attentive and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Honestly, this was easily the best service I've had in Seattle since moving here from Los Angeles. I know there's a location closer to where I live, but after this visit, we definitely fell in love with this spot. Thank you Melyna for making an already great meal even better!

They didn't even put me back on the top of the list, they just put me back as someone who just arrived. Staff didn't apologize or anything which is why I am giving 3 stars for this location. Also parking can be bad since parking lot here is full all the time. Food is great though. I usually get sichuan xiao long bao, truffle xiao long bao. I tried wagyu xiao long bao this time which was just okay for the price you are paying. I would prob skip next time. My go to is dan dan noodles and egg fried rice and chili wonton. I tried their spring beans and they were pretty decent! I would say all the food i've tried so far is pretty good, and I would like to try different dishes.
