    a variety of donuts

We stopped here because of positive reviews we read and we are glad we did! The atmosphere was excellent- cozy log cabin with lots of thriving (real) plants! I enjoyed the skillet #2- potatoes with peppers and onions, corned beef, eggs, and the perfect amount of gravy, not overwhelming. Our server was top notch- very nice and attentive. There were not many donuts left when we came in at 10:30 so I was quick to snag some and OH MAN the donuts here are the star! The yeast donuts might be the best ever but the cake donuts are VERY good also. Make sure you come here early for the best selection because they go quick!

    Welcome to BoJacks

Read the reviews so I decided to give it a try. If you are in the Bellaire area, travel the extra 15 minutes and go to Mancelona, you will not be disappointed. Not only is it a breakfast and lunch restaurant, it is a bakery. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Took home the raspberry pastry and custard filled donut. Wow, definitely will be going back.

When I think of this place, I think brunch heaven. They have an amazing breakfast menu with different classics, skillets, scrambles, and omelettes you name it! They also have a fantastic pastry display with tons of delicious donuts. We were shocked to randomly stop by here on our drive back home and have food this good. Excellent service here too, we were constantly being checked up on and they really enforced wearing masks and staying safe which I loved to see. This is a must for anyone driving in the area! Even if you are in Petoskey or Charlevoix drive here for breakfast, you won't regret it!

The best breakfast place in this area. Two days in a row made the trip here. They bake their own breads and delicious baked goods and donuts. Excellent nice friendly service. Super nice owner. Perfectly prepared eggs. Hashed Browns were out of this world - peppered, delicious. Excellent coffee - beans from Ferris Roasters. Couldn't recommend higher. Will hurry back. One of those places you want everyone to frequent and keep supporting this great local business - 18 years strong.

Beautifully prepared, wholesome, simple food served by a friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy fresh hot coffee and donuts (try the orange juice cake or an apple fritter) while you wait for your food. Everything was so, so tasty. Clearly a local favorite, Bojack's is the perfect spot for breakfast on the way home after a couple days spent camping. We'll be back!

Noon on Sunday. Cases empty lol

I understand that sometimes things happened but the the mean glares we reviewed from the women working there was incredible! Also the egg was in a square shape and had a weird texture. Their handmade bakery goods and other goodies are made fresh daily, sometimes hourly, are always delicious and you can tell they take great pride in only offering the very best they can. We have ordered 'Yule log' otherwise known as 'Bûche de Noël', Christmas cake several times, including this year & they are always delicious and very well received by our Christmas guests! They use locally sourced ingredients where they can and always seem to have a lively, fun, yet relaxed atmosphere of locals and seasonal guests either stopping by for an excellent cop of coffee & a treat or maybe lingering for a while enjoy a breakfast treat or sandwich and while hopping onto the Internet to check of email via their Wi-Fi network. You are always greeted with a friendly 'Welcome' or 'Hello, we'll be right with you.' if they are busy and you always feel welcome even if it's your first time! We loved everything we've tried including their artesian breads, pastries, cookies, Pecan Rolls (so good when they've just come out of the oven!!) as well as their made-to-order cakes, which are amazing!! Highly recommended & we love supporting locally owned & operated businesses & this one is definitely worth supporting!

Fantastic sandwich and pizza option if you're headed to or from Sleeping Bear Dunes!…read more We came across Shipwreck Cafe after stopping for gas next door on the way to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We wanted a kid friendly option and came in for the pizza, but ended up being blown away by the massive sandwich menu! Don't be discouraged by the line - it moves FAST!!!! The young people at the register and in the kitchen are efficient and so nice!!! We arrived about half an hour before the sign says pizzas are ready, and the lovely man at the register said "sure!" when we asked if we could order a pizza. The menu has something for everyone - Including plenty of vegetarian options (I think they even had a vegan option). I loved my Griffon, and the meat eaters in our group enjoyed the SS Noronic (a BLT) and the Fitzgerald. Our kids devoured their cheese pizza! They also carry Great Lakes Co Chips, which are some of the best potato chips we've ever had. Our sandwiches were all so inventive with delicious, fresh ingredients, amazing condiments, and the most freshly baked "pretzel rolls" ever. If this place wasn't a vacation stop for us, we'd be back all the time! Our kiddos favorite part, bedsides the pizza, were the tiny plastic swords that came in our sandwiches holding them together. When they each wanted one more sword, we went back inside and the staff inside was so used to kids asking for more tiny swords that their response to "May we have two more swords?" Was "Sure! What colors?!" Very different from what the response would have been where we're from. :) We even came back later in the day for the frozen custard!!! All in all, it was a great experience with great food, great service, plenty of outdoor picnic tables under umbrellas, and something for everyone to eat.

I will go as far to say this is one of my favorite spots I've ever been in the world. I was so happy and peaceful here. Our intention was just to grab lunch, and there aren't many spots in Kewadin. We pulled up and I was immediately impressed. Okay, I was immediately squealing with delight. The nursery was so beautiful. Perfectly landscaped with lots of thoughtful touches. This is more like an oasis you escape to, instead of a retail nursery. The grounds were so enjoyable to walk through. We made our way back to the cafe and I once again was giddy when i saw the antique and gift shop. This place was darling. Great mix of items and gifts- local handmade items, pretty things to look at. The cafe had a great little menu and the most adorable patio. I had the Italian sandwich and it was very good. Honestly, they could have served me a pile of dirt and I would have been just as happy. The tranquil atmosphere was the perfect break I needed on our vacation. It provided me with a wonderful memory that I have very much enjoyed looking back on
