I don't know what's going on Randolph Rd location but I just had the worst chicken supremes in bojangles history! I purchased my food around 7pm so there should be no reason for what I just witnessed. Tenders were cold, stale (HARD) and extremely chewy due to them sitting for God knows how long and it's obvious they had been sitting out for a while because I noticed I was given the small scraps of chicken tenders at least 7/8 of them . I ordered a combo and the only items I can honestly say I was pleased with was the drink and biscuit. I'm extremely disappointed because clearly the shift crew and management is not on top of their job. I go here almost every morning and whether I am getting just eggs, BEC biscuit combo or bo-berry biscuits the food is always fresh and made quickly. The biscuits are buttered and have a light crunch on the top (the way it should be). The staff are always pleasant and they actually pick up the phone when you call. I ignored this poor review for a long time in part to my loyalty. Every Bojangles is ridiculous on their service. People are nice enough, but I have waited over 20 minutes multiple times at multiple locations. I've been trapped in drive thru lines. I've literally had to stand in drive thru lines asking when my food would be delivered to my car ( let that sink in for a second) It's a business model problem ( and I'm not ordering some secret off menu fried Foie gras). I made a vow to not go back for at least 1 year. Time to switch to Popeyes or some other local fried chicken provider. My fiancé and i have been here several times the past couple months and it is consistently AWFUL! The staff is rude and they obviously don't know what customer service is. This is the WORST Bojangles. The food is consistently gross, undercooked chicken, undercooked fries. I've been once when they were out of what I ordered but didn't tell me until after I paid. I got fries with hair in it. Not just a strand on top that may have been mine, but hair THROUGHOUT the fries, and not just my fries either, my friend that I was with had the same issue. Drive thru workers are always unenthused and rude. Drive thru also takes forever, even when they're slow. I love Bojangles but I will NEVER eat at this location again. I would NOT eat here again. Not once but twice I ordered an egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit sandwich and the staff placed a biscuit sandwich with only bacon and cheese in my bag. Hah, Bojangles. Been here almost 4 months now and only JUST visited my Bojangles for the first time last night. At 10:15pm. The hours are only until 10pm, but we didn't know that, so they just gave us whatever was left over. 9 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, 4 containers of coleslaw, fries, and a jug of pink lemonade. The cashier thought we were crazy, but he was nice. Biscuits were good, super buttery, fantastic with some honey. Fries had a nice flavor to them, but too salty. I feel like as a customer going through a drive-through fast food chain, I should've gotten my food in less than 10 minutes. That was not my case today. I had to wait 20 minutes for two cars in front of me to get their food and the guy in front of me even left without taking his order! When I finally pulled up to the window, the employee was acting so flustered and then gave me my order with no apology. I asked for honey mustard and he said they were all out of honey mustard. My food wasn't even that great so I don't understand what took them so long. The customer service was just not up to par for what you should be doing it at fast food chain. I comprehend the mechanisms of being rushed, something going awry, and becoming flustered. That doesn't mean you should stop giving amazing service and apologizing. I almost left without paying and just driving straight food without getting my food because I was so angry and hungry. Years ago, this was once my go to Bojangles. In my opinion, it started to subside in quality and I've mostly ghosted it, the last couple of years. Despite, living only a five minute drive away. Over those couple of years, I've tried to reunite with this location by ordering from there, every rare blue moon. No improvement and there always seems to confusion among the staff. Still, I thought I would give it one last try, on this fine Sunday morning "7/18/2021". The chicken didn't even resemble Bojangles in taste, texture nor coloring. It was overcooked for Bojangles chicken. Looked like chicken at a gas station. Tasted as if the grease it was cooked in, wasn't fresh. I had to clarify with the very nice drive thru lady, how I wanted my two piece. After confirming, I heard the manager, out of view, remind her to charge me more, for preference. I will give one star for being open. I purchased a chicken biscuit this morning from the drive through. When I arrived at work and ate my biscuit I was very disappointed to say the least. Biscuit was very dry and hard and tasted like it was a day old which I think it was because it wasn't over cooked. When it was cooked it wasn't in the oven long enough to get brown on top.
