The location is fine, but the customer service and cleanliness were disappointing. When I visited, the restaurant there was someone waiting for their order to go. One employee began taking my order and started preparing my sandwiches, but halfway through stopped to take a new customer's order. Instead of finishing with the customer already being served, my order was left unfinished while another order was started. The employee then spent time discussing work-related complaints with a coworker before returning to continue preparing my sandwiches. The sandwich preparation area was also noticeably dirty, with food debris and an overall lack of cleanliness around the station. In a restaurant where food is prepared directly in front of customers, this is something that should be addressed immediately. As a customer, it was frustrating to stand there waiting while my order was repeatedly interrupted. I understand that businesses can be short-staffed, but customers should be served in the order they arrive and food preparation areas should be kept clean and organized. What was most disappointing was the response when I asked to just checkout instead of continuing to wait questioning the process. Rather than addressing the concern, I was told, "Don't come in here telling me how to do my job, it's just me, I'm trying to be productive." Everyone has difficult days, but professionalism, customer service, and cleanliness matter. Jersey Mike's is truly *A Sub Above* and can do no wrong in my opinion! If I need a quick lunch and there's a Jersey's nearby, you can guarantee that's what I'm getting. I love the order online option through the app. Also, I'm addicted to the Shore Points. I get a free mini sandwich every couple months or so, and what a nice surprise it is! I've ordered from this location multiple times and my order is always ready when I arrive. My only issue is, the parking situation in this parking lot. There simply aren't enough parking spots to accommodate all the businesses in this complex and it becomes obvious when driving around in circles. It gets really annoying when you just need to run in and grab your online order, and have to park all the way across the parking lot. I wish they had designated spots for to-go customers. This location has horrible parking. All the businesses located here know it, too. Despite this, it is always full. It's been awhile since I ordered a Jersey Mike's sub. I grew up chowing down on hoagies and pop (which for the informed places me in a particular part of the country. Any guesses?). I was hoping Jersey Mike's with their fresh sliced meats would capture the sandwiches of my youth. Sadly, no. While better than Jimmy John's and Subway, the meat lacked flavor. And the price was shocking. A giant supreme (which weighed in a hefty 33 ounces), set me back $20 after tax. Ouch. In the mood for a grinder, sub, or hoagie? Jersey Mike's gets it done; just not the way I remember. Give 'em a whirl and judge for yourself. read more

I am a Jersey Mike's fan and was happy to visit this location while in the area recently. Although I love their subs this experience was just okay. I arrived shortly before 11:30am and there were only three people in line ahead of me. The the three is us stood for more than 10 minutes while they prepared online (pickup) orders before even taking one of ours. Once I finally was able to order the process went smooth, and like always, the sandwich delivered. I will say I think they increased their prices or changed things because I have always subbed the provolone cheese with swiss and have never been charged, at any other location, yet here I was charged $1.50. Why? I wasn't asking for additional cheese. Is Swiss more expensive then Provolone? I would think not. However, I definitely will continue to visit Jersey Mike's because they are definitely above Jimmy John's and Subway in my mind. read more

Had a tuna sub made today with a side of garbage unwanted attitude by an employee! Had no idea that cheese was added to a tuna sub but she asked and I said yes. When I got to the register I realize there was $1.70 charge for cheese. I had no problem paying it but it said "extra" cheese, so I thought that they may have double charged it. So I questioned it... And the girl with the braids that was making the sub initially Made a snarky comment to a CUSTOMER stating... "He knew that already, and it's not like I didn't ask him" Looking back, the whole demeanor and culture of the employees seemed off. Fix your people!! read more

Yall already know... Im a former New Jerseyan.... In NJ we have these things called... Subs, Hoagies, Papi sandwich... It really just depends on what section of NJ you live in. I am from sections that quantify the sub and the papi sandwich as one in the same... add heavy oil n vinegar, salt pepper oregano mami!!!!!! They are doing it. They have the magic!!! they have combined the oil and the vinegar into one container. Its magical. Especially if you have been looking for the Balthazar bread (they dont have it, but close). There sandwiches are really delicious and they taste fresh. I ordered a Tuna sandwich on wheat bread and my wife ordered a Turkey and Cheese. My was better !! :) of course though because I would never choice Turkey and Cheese at a sandwich that I am unsure of the grade of meat. Basically the turkey tastes a little slimy and was overall not very exciting. The Tuna was perfect... just watch i expected and I drenched it in all the necessary oils, salts and peppers... Overall, I would give Jersey Mike's a round of applauds. Its hard to recreate a regional taste without all the fixings... they do a good job thou. read more

I've been on a Jersey Mike's kick lately. The giant #14 with no swiss and extra jalapenos has been my go-to the last few times. Simple but delicious. The ingredients are super fresh. My only complaint would be the price. For a sub with no meat, it's a little over $13 with no tip and about $16 with 20% added tip. Add in chips and a drink and you're looking at an almost $20 lunch. I'd eat here 5 times a week if I didn't mind spending $80 on sandwiches though. This location is convenient to my work and very clean. The employees are really nice here too. The first time I came here, I didn't have the Jersey Mike's app downloaded but the next time I did and they were still able to give me the points from my first visit! Also, I've ordered online twice and both times I arrived a few minutes earlier than my pickup time and my order was still ready! So definitely download the app. When you collect 72 points you can redeem them for a free regular sub and 144 points gets you a free giant sub! read more

Whenever I order a cold sub from this location it's usually great...for some reason if I order the portobello mushroom cheesesteak w/extra mushrooms and extra cheese I seem to always get almost no cheese or mushrooms. I hate driving back to return food so I angrily eat it. I'm done spending over $20 for a sandwich just to be completely disappointed. Went to grab dinner tonight and one of the employees was wearing his mask on his chin. I let him know that his mask was not worn correctly and he said he was not going to put it in properly. Told him to cancel my order. He then got an attitude. Lots of issues at this store. This is the store closest to where I both work and live, and I've been coming to this store at least once a week for about a year now. It has progressively deteriorated over the past year. - Totally agree with Jeff M that their workflow is terrible. I often have to wait 20+ minutes to get through the line, even when they're not busy. - I frequently have to repeat my order to the worker, which is irritating. - The terms "light" or "easy" have no meaning to the employees who dress your sandwich. - Despite repeating my order, or even more so when I order online, they often get the order wrong (ex: forgetting bacon on the club sandwich). - I have also witnessed an employee not changing her gloves between dressing a sandwich, checking a customer out (including handling cash), and going back to dressing a sandwich. That's just plain gross. Pros: Friendly staff, manager of the store works really hard I keep returning because it's the only decent sub shop in the area and they get it right just enough to keep me coming back. That being said, when Potbelly opens in Piedmont Row, I will likely stop going to Jersey Mike's. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but this place is a joke at this location. I just walked out because of such bad attitude filled service. There were 4 guys behind the counter when I arrived. They just stood there not saying anything to me as I waited to order. Another Customer came in with a problem with the food he ordered. The met ignored him. I printed these ridiculously rude guys to address his issue and the guy that finally asked if he could help just rolled his eyes at the customer. Pathetic. I just walked out. Great food, unfortunately a terrible process at this location. Those waiting in line had to wait as other online and Door Dash orders were made in the same prep line. Most other sandwich shops have separate stations for sandwich prep that don't interfere with those customers who took the time to walk into the restaurant.
