Whoever is doing the order packaging needs to slow down and get the orders right. Ordered a salad, a couple of chicken dinners, and for the sides Mac n cheese with drinks. No flatware or straws. Left out one of the fries. The order of friends we did receive were overcooked and hard. Quality is awful. Chicken has a lot of breading. No part of the meal was good. I'm a huge fan of Bojangles and used to get it all the time when I lived in Tallahassee. My wife and I were excited when there was finally one opening up near our home. Entering inside everything was nicely decorated and clean. We got there on their opening day in the afternoon and ordered a good amount, we received great service and care. We understood it was busy so we didn't mind the little wait. The food that day was great, just how I remembered it. The chicken had great flavor, the sides were tasty, and the dessert we got was delicious. No complaints. Now we came back like 2 weeks later and it was a completely different story. Chicken was still mostly good but the sides were awful, no flavor, just completely not the same. Also the service, no where near the same. We left not wanting to go come back. We return only for chicken and skip the sides for now. Please fix this! read more

I would like to first start by saying, I love Bojangles that is located in the Carolinas, and Georgia. I knew bringing this restaurant to our Houston area would be good all the way around, however it has got to get better than what they are doing. The wait time is insane, and unbelievable long, although I do understand that it's a grand opening and everyone wants to try it, but when you come on a Monday morning with 2 cars in drive through, and it's still taking you 20 minutes to get your order is just crazy. I will not be back until maybe the summer, by then I think it may be staffed correctly, and everyone would know what they are doing. Good Luck read more

The food: maybe 2 stars at best. The chicken strips have a lot breading. You can do better in cook shack or chick fil a. The restaurant: being new I expected it to be very clean but it was a complete opposite. No one cleans the table so I had to clean one myself. The floor had a lot of trash and no one was cleaning it up. The service: the people in the counter especially the tall lady In charge was very rude and loud. Actually almost everyone was loud! The may have a recipe that can be very successful down here in Texas but the employees will run this one to the ground. I won't be returning. Food was ok, fries were more on the over fried side. There are literally about five chicken strip places within walking distance so why Bojangles would come here and only sell chicken strips is beyond me. If ppl want tenders they can go to Zaxby's, Caines, UrbanBird,Cookshack, Clutch City even Whataburger which is right by here has chicken strips. This was a stupid business and Bojangles is not known for chicken strips. The chicken tastes frozen and this is a limited menu compared to the real Bojangles in Georgia and North Carolina. the fries tasted like it had a full shaker of salt on them so I didn't eat them. The dirty rice was crunchy, the rice was undercooked and it wasn't very flavorful either. Neither of us liked the Mac n cheese side. The chicken strips were awesome crispy on the outside and tender chicken. The biscuits are huge, one biscuit was fluffy and the other one looked like a hockey puck.The Bo-berry biscuit was my favorite dessert. The peach cobbler did not have enough topping on it in relation to the biscuit size. My main problem is they have most of the entrances to the place blocked off. It is very inconvenient to get to it. This location needs to improve food quality served. Fries were stale tasting, grilled chicken sandwich was thin and smooshed, classic chicken sandwich chicken was dry and bottom bun was hard. We were super excited to try Bojangles since it's new to the area. We were greeted by a horrible attitude from a young lady and thirty minutes before close they have not bothered to make more sides. The lady that attended us was very rude, telling us " we're not making more French fries because we're about to close." The drink machine is also not working. The chicken tenders are actually pretty good. However, when I looked online I saw that they sell actual fried chicken and the sides include mashed potatoes and gravy. I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes with no way to leave because of all the cones, only to find out this location doesn't sell any of the things I went there to try. If I had known it was just another chicken tender place I would not have waited in that line, I would have gone to KFC or Popeyes. I wanted to see how Bojangles compared. The food was actually better than I expected, but not what I wanted, and not worth the wait when there's 5 other chicken places within a 5 minute drive from there. If I could give this place half a star I would. Terrible customer service. Took forever to even place my order, the girl at the speaker box was very rude. Shut this location down!!!!! Poor customer service. To many kids working this location. Unprofessional and time consuming. waited in line over 55 minutes only to not get the order right. The young lady with the pink nails walked off and told someone else to complete our payment process. Words were exchanged and no one came to the window. Upon driving up several young workers were out the back door with a garbage can laughing and playing and smoking while the line of at least 15 people was waiting. Very awful look for this location. Please retrain your staff and management. Needless to say, we had driven off. We were excited to see the new building and what it offers to our community but the only thing that stands out with this location is the lighting and unprofessionalism. You must do better. Worst service ever!!!! The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and then flowing out in the lanes of traffic in the parking lot. We decided to dine in because it looked less crowded and maybe faster. No problem with taking the order but it took 45 min to get our food. Numerous people were complaining about not getting their food. Walked to counter to check on our meal and thought the one being bagged up was mine. It was handed over to someone who came in after me. One of the employees started asking people how many meals did you order and just started handing boxes to them. It appeared he did not care who or what was ordered. He clearly said, its food, just take it. The woman that received the bag that I thought was mine, returned to counter and said, "this is not my order". He told her to keep it, so we had to wait even longer to get our meal. Your staff was not friendly, dining room was messy, drink area was messy and the restroom was filthy. I have no desire to return to your restaurant. The chicken was just chicken, nothing special. the management at this Bojangles is a god damn joke. They are overwhelmed because it's the first one in this area, even though they're overwhelmed there is still absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff. I ordered a number 8 at 3:11 pm, all it is is a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I then waited for 30 minutes and my food still wasn't ready. After 30 minutes I left and went to a different place to eat because I was starving. after that I came back around 4:10 and waited in a line for 15 minutes full of people wondering where they're food was. I asked the employee where my food was and I showed her my receipt. she then passed my receipt around the kitchen and drive through area asking where this order was. everyone who looked at it just shrugged and went back to talking to each-other not even working. while this was all happening I saw two employees just Standing by the door just talking to each other, never doing anything to help out. Since nobody knew where my order was and it had already been over an hour of waiting I walked out frustrated. The workers and management at the spring location right off 99 should be ashamed of themselves. It seems like all of them knew the overwhelming situation they were in but no one seemed to care. The establishment was also filthy with food all over the floors and sticky tables.
