We stopped their on our way back to Cincinnati around 7:00am. Without a doubt, the worst Bojangles I've ever visited. Food was cold and uneatable. I should have taken a picture of the shriveled up sausage patty and the lack of cheese and egg on sausage cheese and egg biscuit. But that wasn't the worst part. The restroom was so disgusting. There was toilet paper everywhere in the stall, pubic hair on the toilet seat and an employee's apron on the floor under the sink. And flies everywhere. Obviously they hadn't cleaned from the previous day. Probably hadn't cleaned in days. I wouldn't have eaten there if I had used the restroom first. Horrible experience. Bojangles is dead to me. Guess I should have read the reviews first. What an unpleasant experience. First, I ordered to go from inside the restaurant. My breakfast biscuit was barely warm, the bo browns just tasted awful, like old, old, ooold chicken grease and I wouldn't even want to eat chicken that tasted like that. Coffee was old & bitter at 8:40 am. I went to the parking lot to eat, so there was no long drive involved. The cashier who took my order did not have a pleasant attitude at all. She behaved as if I were an inconvenience to deal with. Looking at the other employees (except the ones putting the food together in the kitchen) and possibly manager, I can understand why. I doubt I'll come back to this particular Bojangles again, as the experience was so disappointing. read more

When we come to Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina, we are look forward to get the Bojangle fried chicken. It is a southern thing to do when you come to this state. We do not have it at Florida. We got the family deal. It is whole chicken, 2 side, 2 biscuits, and a half gallon ice tea. It come with Panther Carolina team box. The two side we have is the dirty rice and the green been. The chicken was very crispy and mild spicy. It is good southern fried chicken. They also provide two cup you can refills any drink if you dine in. I like dirty rice. Service is good. Food is quickly assembled. Price is right for the meal deal. Definitely love it. read more

It is not my fault that you are short, fat and angry. in the 20 minutes that we had to stay in line, she had managed to piss off the two cars in front of me to a point where they were screaming in the microphone . There were only four cars in the restaurant, and we all had to park in the waiting area for some reason ?? Then SHE brought one order at a time out to us( another 20 minutes) And forgot my fries , Went up to the drive-through window & SHE Started to cop an attitude with me and blame me . Finally, when I told her to give me my damn fries She went and grabbed him, complained to her coworker with pink hair and threw a bag of small fries at me, mind you I order large. I ordered a two piece dark meat chicken dinner with dirty rice and Cajun pintos so my total was $7.46. When I got up to the window I asked if she could add a small coleslaw she said yes she then tells me my total now is $10.01 so that makes that coleslaw $2.55 and it is a tiny coleslaw and it's not even filled to the top this is very poor service from Bojangles. read more

Hit the drive-through this morning for a biscuit. I ordered a steak oh and the lady at the drive-through told me they were out. No big deal, it's been intermittent for months. So I ordered a chicken fillet biscuit bo rounds and a coke. I had asked for a pack of mayonnaise also. When I got to the drive-through the lady scowled at me and handed me my Coke. I gave her my card to process a payment and she handed me my food with my card back. I said thank you, and she just looked the other way. On our way back home to Ohio we stopped here for lunch. Had many people tell us that when in the south.... go to Bojangles. We both ordered the 4 piece tender box. Came with fries and a biscuit. I thought the fries were good. Not too big and not too small. And seasoned well. Im not a biscuit fan most of the time, but I can say that this one was pretty good. Was moist and flavorful. As for the chicken... It wasnt bad, it wasnt good. it was just kinda there. Nothing really special. Would we stop again..... maybe. But probably wont go out of our way. I want to preface this by saying a friend picked this place while on a road trip, not me, and after a recent poor experience at a different location, I tried to keep an open mind. However, my expectations were very low...and they were met. My first mistake was using the restroom. Not only did the aroma nearly asphyxiate me, but I could not use the first stall because the toilet seat was nearly black, it was so filthy. Then, (against my better judgment), I ordered (on a road trip). I got the 3 piece chicken supreme combo, which comes with fries, a biscuit and a drink for about $9. The biscuit was good, the chicken was hot, but definitely tasted like school cafeteria quality (dry, way too done). Felt like I was in 6th grade again. The fries were so overly seasoned, just smelling them made me sneeze. Needless to say I could not finish them. Now, the employees were fast, but appeared overwhelmed and frazzled. Had a brain freeze today. Spent the night in Hendersonville and decided to grab a bite for dinner. Went to Bojangles right down the street. I don't go to Bojangles much at all, and I walked in thinking it was "Popeyes". Too long a drive today! I asked for 3 piece chicken dinner and the lady at the register asked me if I wanted supreme or regular. I had no idea what she meant, and so she said Spicy or regular. She said the total was $8.63, so I gave her two fives. She hollered out that she needed some $1s for the register. I checked my wallet and I did have 3 $1 bills, so i told her to give the three ones. She said 'No, I don't know how to count change"! Go figure that out. So now I move down the counter to where you get your meal and she is walking down behind the counter, saying "It'll be 4 minutes for the chicken, but you can have all legs if you want". She has her head down as if she's talking into her microphone on the headset. She then gets down to where I'm standing and says it again. Sounds just like she's talking to someone out in the drive thru. I didn't say anything, so then she looks at me and says "Did you hear me?" I said 'Oh, you were talking to me"? I said I'd wait. Got my meal. Chicken was hot, but some of the worst I've had. Crispy crust, meat didn't seem to be done quite right, based on how it came off the bone. Popeyes and KFC much better. Have been to other Bojangles and have had good results. NOT THIS ONE! Even though the food tasted ok the place was FILTHY! The dining tables had so much dirt and grime on them I'm sure it's been a long time since they have been scrubbed! Went to the bathroom and it was just plain NASTY! Arrived at around 12:45pm and there is no fried chicken. They said fried chicken would be 11 minutes. In the fast food industry, waiting 11 *seconds* may be too long, never mind 11 minutes. I'm traveling thru town and don't have 11 minutes to spare. I drive to the Burger King next door and from placing the order to getting my order (for four people) it probably took one minute. This Bojangles had a sign looking to hire management. I have never seen such an apropos sign in quite a while. I am a Doordash driver and I pick up orders from this store somewhat frequently. I was in there this morning, waiting to talk to an employee to get my order. As usual, I was ignored for a couple minutes. the employee standing in front of me finally snapped "what's the name on the order?" I told him and heard him saying something, so I asked what he said. He said "you're just standing there not saying anything and you see I'm busy with customers." I usually don't say anything until asked because they are usually busy and when I've asked in the past, they've been rude to me. I'll speak up when I've waited too long. So I asked the employee for his name but he wouldn't give it. I told him he picked the wrong person to talk to like that. There had to have been a shift manager who heard this. I have called the corporate office. The employee is a short guy with a goatee. I am a retired 32 year military veteran. I am asking fellow veterans to boycott this restaurant. First time eating here. I was happy with my breakfast & so was my dog! As we are traveling America we stopped for breakfast to go. I ordered biscuit with egg, cheese & bacon combo. The biscuits are HUGE! And very tasty, although a little grease, but I knew it most likely would be. There was a lot of bacon on it & that belonged to my dog Bree who was super impressed! Service at this location is slow and unfriendly and the food quality is hit or miss. The last time I was there, I waited at the drive through window for over ten minutes and no explanation was offered, not even a "thanks for your patience ". They also have a tendency to mess up your order. I'd recommend that if you really want Bojangles, try another location. read more
