    Strawberry Waffle Meal
    Mya R.

not bad! food was prettier than the quality of it. I had the strawberry waffle meal. My food was very cold but the eggs were delicious! The little salad seemed like an afterthought. My boyfriend was only able to eat 1 of his super scriddle pancakes since they were so dense and little hard to chew. The restaurant itself and service were great. Lots of potential here

Let me start off by saying i loved this place! I took my mom for her birthday and it was our first time, we got in right before the crowd which was great. I think a reservation is recommended but not mandatory i could be wrong tho! The inside of the place was super cute as well it matches the name. It is a little cramped inside but not too bad. Onto the food... amazing! Everything came out so hot and fresh! The price seems a little pricey but it's definitely worth it! Not to mention the portions are pretty big if you ask me. We all left with to go containers! I highly recommend and i will be back again to try other foods!

Great spot! The menu is huge and has lots of options. Plus, breakfast is served all day! (Which instantly wins me over) I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Waffle meal and it was great! The waffle is super thick, and the cream cheese frosting is too good. My husband had the Juggernaut and was also a big fan! Chicken was slightly overcooked, but the overall flavor and presentation was still great. We both agreed the breakfast potatoes are the BEST we've ever had. Definitely a must! Service was fast and attentive. We will be back for sure!

This Black owned restaurant was on my Huntsville bucket list so I was excited to finally get a chance to stop by. I love the comic style decor, there's portraits of the chef and staff rotating in digital frames. The menu is stacked with breakfast and lunch dishes. I was happy to see they also had vegetarian and vegan options. I started with a raspberry mimosa and the eggrolls stuffed with greens and mac n cheese. The eggrolls were okay, everything inside was kinda one note flavor wise. The sweet potato dipping sauce was good though and unique. I loved my omelet! It was stuffed with spinach, bacon, sausage, and cheese. The potatoes were also hot and crispy. I'd love to come back when I don't have to drive myself so that I can try more cocktails and the wings.

We have been twice now. The staff is always super friendly with positive attitudes. We've been taken care of by Bri and Bell. The avocado toast is not my favorite because the mustard is pretty strong but the steak and eggs was great and my husband has had two types of waffles that he loved. The home fries/ potatoes are soooo good. Great drinks. The icy lemon drop is nom nom. Always really busy, probably best to make a reservation.

My first time dining here at Superhero Chefs, I had some family visiting from out of town who joined me for brunch. We had a pleasant experience, and the staff was nice. The Southern Egg Rolls really excited my Soul Food palette. They were really tasty and reminded me of Sunday's dinner in one bite. Additionally, We ordered the Bang Bang Cauliflower, Catfish & Grits, Waffle Bites, Wings & Waffle, and Avocado Toast. Everything EXCEPT the Avocado Toast exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint. The Avocado Toast was a bit wet from the guacamole spread and fixins. This has much potential if prepared with sliced avocado and not guacamole. Inside is superhero themed as indicative by the restaurant's name, for those into that and appropriate for families with kids. Plenty of parking available within Plaza.

Awesome food! Superheroes decor everywhere. Service was great. All the servers are wearing different super hero shirts. We ate breakfast but will definitely be back again. All the dishes have superhero names.

This place was awesome! Key was super kind the whole time I was in there, the rest of the staff was also super attentive. The theme of the restaurant was SUPER fun too. I even got to catch some of ant man and the wasp while eating. The food was even better than expected from the cool pictures. As a vegan it's rare to find good spots to eat, and even rarer to find good breakfast. This place far exceeded expectations and I am very excited to come back next time.

Cute concept and tasty food... I had the Juggernaut which might look different seeing as it's a red velvet waffle with egg and cheese, but it's a combo that is surprisingly good. I did not love the sauce that came with it, but those who like hot sauce may enjoy it. I preferred using syrup. I like the mimosa options as well.

Food was amazing! Service was on point! Definitely a unique place overall! We made a reservation and they were so busy we did have a wait but it was worth it!

The taco flight was awesome, super tasty, and the drinks were fantastic too. My bartender and waitress were really accommodating and pleasant, especially since I rolled in at 10:20 on a Sunday night just before their 11 PM close. The only thing keeping this from a five-star for me is that they were already breaking everything down to close, so there were tons of dirty cups and plates sitting out from the earlier rush. I used to wait tables and bus at Bennigan's, so I know the drill, you're supposed to hustle that stuff to the back quietly so customers don't see the teardown.

Everything we ordered was fantastic, and the food looked like the pictures on their website. IYKYK, that's a rare experience. We had a few mixed drinks, not omg, but well made and tasty. Wife second was a better tasting than her first. (She ordered something different, it was much better.) We did the pick 3 from the queso's, and salsas. Pimento cheese, Ghost Pepper salsa, and Queso w/ Andouille sausage. Tacos were fabulous, wife and I both did the pick 3 flights. We both had one of the Big Thumpers, I also had Cats Meow, and a Filthy Fajita, she also had The Yoda, and the Bayou Baddie. All of them awesome. So why 4 stars and not 5 you ask, pricing. This was not a cheap lunch, but........ Yes I would go again if I was in the area. We would come again in a heartbeat. Food was fresh/delicious. Highly recommend

I walked in a little past 1pm, having studied the chalkboard outside with a delightful-sounding selection of spring specials. As I'm ordering, the barista and I alike see another group walk in. And another. And another-- I'm not seeing anyone else in the rather small physical establishment, and as a former barista am beginning to sweat a bit for this Greenroom employee and all of the orders he is about to have to deal with, seemingly by himself (cue the cheerful chime announcing more customers, and more customers). As I wait for my order, grateful to be the first in this long line, I sit to casually read a book and take my opportunity to observe my fellow patrons of this fine little spot. I hear the barista asking customers if they're okay with waiting, and he begins to ask customers if they're okay with waiting a minute for their orders. I'm content, as I have no urgent arrangements, and the now plastic-gloved barista comes up to me, informing me that they have no lime to garnish the avocado toast I've ordered and asking if that was okay. I assert as much and he returns to the line; I think to myself that he could have saved the time and not told me and I wouldn't have known the difference, but I'm pleased with his attention to detail. I get my to-go box of avocado toast with an egg and am pleased to open it and try a bite. I feel that it could have done with red pepper flakes (my favorite), but the everything bagel seasoning added a nice texture and the overall flavor profile was delightfully savory. As for my drink, which came later, it was the Good Riddance: a vanilla cold brew with lime pie cold foam (which lived up to the name tremendously). It also had what I believe to be graham cracker or pie crust crumbles on the top that were delightful! The drink was delicious and perfect for the spring weather. I sit upstairs as I always do, but specifically on the patio where I can see all of MidCity and the surrounding businesses. There's nonintrusive and enjoyable music presumably coming from the Camp itself? After an hour or so of enjoying my spoils, I return to the counter below to see if the barista is still there now that the rush is over. He is now accompanied by another coworker, blessedly, and I learn that his name is Caleb. We chat for a few moments and I introduce myself before leaving, but not before taking another picture of all the event calendars for the week and month. Now I'm positively fueled for my afternoon and grateful for the relaxed atmosphere. (Thanks for reading this far if you did, and shoutout again to Caleb for doing his job tremendously! He informed me that he enjoys a good rush of customers, and I replied that I would have cried to have been in the situation that he handled with great poise and dedication. The great service alongside the excellent product left me wanting to return quickly!)

A bit pricey for some things, but they have some great meat replacement and specialty items. And everything is vegetarian. Lots of vegan options too. The bistro however was disappointing. Service is super slow. I stood around for ten minutes under the "order here" sign with the two bistro workers actively ignoring me before one of the cashiers told me I had to order with her. It was then another 15+ minutes for them to take a pre-made wrapped sandwich out of the fridge, stick it in the toaster, and pour me a cup of soup. I came at an off time and there was no line either. The soup was really good. The sandwich however was not. I got a chicken pesto sandwich which I thought would be a "chicken" cutlet or slices with pesto and other toppings. They used their chicken salad as the chicken in the sandwich. I guess I should have asked first, but I never thought that is what they would use. It didn't taste like pesto at all. It just tasted overwhelmingly of mayo and vegan or not, I hate mayo. I came back and got a smoothie. It was overly sweet and tasted like stevia. The pizza looked good so I may be back to try that and pick up more stuff at the market. They do have a fabulous outdoor seating area with a pavilion and fountain.
