I've loved hitting up Bo's on my trips back east for years. When I heard that they were finally coming to Vegas, I was looking forward to my next trip. They did not disappoint. They have catered the Bojangles out here to the Vegas audience.. It has a typical menu with reasonable price but it also has a gift shop. It even has a bar. Bojangles with a bar and a gift shop? Back east, they are just a fast food chicken and biscuits joint. Welcome to Vegas. I had the breakfast meal with a chicken biscuit, their potato Bo rounds, and a soda. I also ordered a second biscuit with Taylor ham. The food did take a while to get there, and so as a way of saying, sorry about that, they bumped me up to the next size order of the bo rounds. They didn't just taste like your normal potato nuggets, they were seasoned very well. The chicken biscuit was very good. It was also very large. The breading had a bit of pepper in it, but it did not overwhelm the meal. The chicken was moist and tender. A very very decent biscuit. The Taylor ham biscuit was just as good. I love Taylor ham. It looks like baloney, but it has more of a cured ham type of flavor. A little bit saltier, and a more deep rich flavor than bologna. It was excellent. Two biscuits and the potatoes, and I was more than stuffed. The price was extremely reasonable. I will be back the next time I'm in Vegas. Thanks! read more

I've been gone for a couple of years, so coming back and seeing how many Bojangles locations have popped up was crazy. This location is definitely more polished and dolled up, but as a Charlotte, NC native who grew up loving Bojangles, something about it feels watered down. Bojangles was always something I looked forward to when coming home because it felt unapologetically Southern. Seeing it expand to the West Coast is great, but I was disappointed to see some of that identity stripped away. Even something as simple as the "Cajun Filet Biscuit" now being called the "Bo' Chicken Biscuit" stood out to me. That language was part of the personality and roots of the restaurant. I understand brands evolve as they expand, but for a chain that's been around since 1977, I'd love to see the growth happen without losing so much of what made Bojangles feel Southern in the first place. My bf was so happy to see a Bojangles so we had to come here before heading home. Came on a Weds lunchtime. There were a couple people in line. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. The place was clean and had lots of open tables. We ordered the 12 piece family meal with dirty rice and Mac n cheese. Also got a small side of coleslaw and the blueberry cobbler. My bf was super disappointed they didn't have pieces but only tenders. -tenders: it was juicy and not super salty. -dirty rice: it had small chunks of meat and slight Cajun spices. -Mac and cheese: it was creamy and chunks of cheese which was so good!!! Even good as leftovers. -biscuits: oh yummmm!! It was soft and flaky. Not super salty n oily. It just needed some honey -Blueberry cobbler: I could've passed on this. It's biscuit with blueberry jam n frosting. It was way too sweet. Small so good to share. -sweet tea: yummmm!!! The level of sweet was perfect! -Bo sauce: Yumm!!! Tastes like wasabi but went really well with the tenders. My fave sauce. -jalapeño ranch & honey mustard: these were really good as well. My first experience was very good! Had Bojangles for the first time. I think it's much better than raisin canes. Chicken is super tender and well-fried and crispy. The sandwich is also a good size. I also love how big the sauces are. I got the sandwich combo and chicken tenders snack. The tenders came with a biscuit and it's honestly one of the best biscuits I had. Bojangles is a terrific fast food restaurant located at Harmon Square on Paradise and Harmon. You'll find them across the street from Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, at the former spot of Fries N' Pies. There's plenty of parking. This is their fourth location. Grand opening was on January 21, 2026. Inside is clean and spacious with ample seating for a table, high top, and by the window. They play really good music. I was listening to Dirty Dancing "Time of My Life," it's a nice classic song! Menu offers a good selection of sandwiches, chicken tenders, salad, as well as tasty sides like biscuit, mac and cheese, bo-rounds, dirty rice, soft drinks and sweet tea. I ordered Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit ($4.49), very delicious! The housemade biscuit is baked golden crisp, soft, airy and fluffy, has savory sausage patty with perfectly cooked egg, and melted American cheese, it's really good! Baked Mac and Cheese (regular, $2.99) is light and creamy, and I love Bo-Rounds (regular, $2.99) which is pretty much a chunky mini hash browns that's nicely fried golden crispy, it's very good, and both side dish are excellent, would highly recommend! Dirty Rice (regular, $2.99) is also yummy! It has ground sausage and the rice has good seasoning, I will definitely order this one again. Seasoned Fries (regular, $2.99) unfortunately was very salty. I mentioned this to the manager Octavio, and the staff is so nice to make a new batch of fries with no salt, it was served hot and crispy. The fries needed a dipping sauce and they offer seven flavors, each sauce is $0.59. Makayla recommended Peach & Honey Pepper, which is similar to sweet and sour sauce, it's a delightful sweet peach flavor with a nice kick from pepper, and actually pretty good but a little spicy. Service from Octavio, Courtney, and Makayla is very kind, welcoming, attentive, helpful, and friendly! Everyone in the staff is so nice and accommodating. I was finally able to try this place since they finally put one closer to my house Came in about 1 PM on Tuesday.... as soon as I walked in the people greeted me right away, super friendly and energetic !!! the cashier's name was NEENEE she was super sweet and friendly and very helpful This is part of why they definitely get the three stars. As for the food, it came out quite quickly. It wasn't busy in there. It was only a couple people. I decided to get the three piece combo tenders and instead of fries I got the mac & cheese and I also ordered a bo berry biscuit I had asked for the peach honey sauce, and also a Bo sauce I got my order quickly and drove home was super excited to try Upon opening, I noticed that they forgot one of my sauces the both sauce so that was disappointing because they do charge for extra sauces smh .... The mac & cheese was lukewarm, but it was disgusting. I don't know how people think it's good. It's absolutely nasty to me, but that's just my personal opinion. The tenders were tenders. They weren't bad. They were pretty good. Actually I would've liked to have the other sauces that I paid for to try the sauces. This location is somewhat close to the Strip and have plenty of parking available. It is in a plaza with other restaurants like Teriaky Madness, Subway, Sbarro, and Dunkin' Donuts. You order at the cashier and they will bring the food to you. Unfortunately, the person taking our order didn't seem to be in the best mood which made the experience a little less enjoyable. Bojangles has opened another location at the corner of Harmon Ave. and Paradise Rd. and it's awesome! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible from the street ,very busy shopping plaza and unfortunately this location doesn't have a drive-thru. The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a bar area ( this is their only location with a bar). The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The grilled chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The chicken tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. Their Bo' berry milkshake is a MUST HAVE!!! So yummy ! With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the area. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane's . I am new to the Bojangles franchise, but my daughter and I have been having back-to-back exceptional experiences. We recently came in for lunch, and what an absolute dream team was working that day. Thank you so much to the cashier, Chibuike, for being so welcoming and professional. The restaurant was also extremely clean, and I noticed a young woman named Chinelo consistently cleaning and making sure the environment stayed comfortable for guests, which I truly appreciated while we waited for our food. I also love that this location makes everything fresh to order because there is truly nothing worse than cold fries. Every detail stood out to me. This is a stellar location with employees who genuinely go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience. In a time where great customer service can be hard to find, this team made the experience feel effortless, welcoming, and memorable. I stopped by for lunch and was warmly welcomed by the staff and grand opening balloons. I was surprised at the size and set up of this store as compared to the first location I tried. I was also surprised by the berry biscuit sample that they offered. FYI, it was very good and very sweet. Anyhow, I ordered a chicken sandwich done up BLT style with a side of dirty rice. Iced tea for the drink. The restaurant was kind of busy so I took my food to go. It was ready within a few minutes. It was still hot when I got back to my office. And the bacon on the sandwich was perfectly crisp. Two small complaints probably based on company policy. 1) Sandwiches don't seem to come with a biscuit. I know, biscuit and a bun would be excessive. But their biscuits are really good and I felt like I was missing out. 2) There are a few different sauces here. I was asked if I wanted a sauce. I asked for honey mustard. Apparently there is a charge for honey mustard. So I passed on that. The sandwich had mayo anyhow. read more

Simply put, it's unfortunate that this Bojangles experience was my first one ever, and I really came in expecting to enjoy myself because I have a friend from NC who always raved about Bojangles, so when we got locations in Vegas I new I had to finally go. When we first got to the location, the front counter and kitchen looked empty. There was a couple in line before us and no one came to the counter for maybe 3 minutes? I then realized you could place an order at a little kiosk that was off to the side so I proceeded to do that instead. There was virtually no one in the establishment waiting for food other than myself (and partner), the couple in front of us, and then another individual who joined the line afterwards. All of that to say, it took us about maybe 20-25 minutes to get our order? We quickly realized that there was only 2 workers on duty, and all of a sudden of an influx of people came in. I'm not sure if they were all various mobile orders or if they placed their orders in person after us - but everyone who appeared after us got their food before us. When I finally saw our order being worked on, it just sat on the kitchen counter for I'm not sure how long, but the employee assembling it seemed like they kept pausing or stalling, and would only continue assembling it when the manager would step back from the cash register to go see how they were doing. Once we were finally given our order I had to also ask for our beverage cups because we were not initially given them since we ordered at a kiosk - and the manager had to then go elsewhere for a hot second to pour one of the drinks since we had gotten strawberry lemonade and that wasn't available to pour on our own. Once seated we realized that the sides within our meal boxes had been swapped and we were also missing one of our dipping sauces. Flavor wise the food was decently prepared (the only reason I'm giving it ANY stars) but the establishment itself (felt way too warm inside) and the service provided is what will keep me away from this location. Hopefully the other locations don't deal with this as well, but I'll definitely be going elsewhere for my next Bojangles experience. read more

What can't I say about bojangles!! My girlfriend and I tried it for the first time and INSTANTLY became fans. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the sides are good, and the price is reasonable for what you get. I'd say this is a crispier, more flavorful Popeyes. I just came to this location and soon as I walked in all the staff welcomed me (put a big smile on my face ) Charlay took my order and she was super friendly, smiling the whole time! I could tell she really enjoys working there. After I ordered my chicken biscuit tho I asked for honey and they told me that they had just ran out. 1st, all these YELP ELITE reviews are from FREE FOOD events Bojangles threw and no wonder everything was perfect for the 60 YELP ELITE that attended 3 events, got free food, drinks and merchandise, ironically only a half dozen wrote good reviews LOL. 2nd, they have another listing under YELP that had so many bad reviews in such a short time, they created a new YELP page. That tells you all you need to know about this place. THE REALITY, I ordered, no other orders going on, large mac and cheese and 6 plain biscuits. After watching 7, yes 7 employees shoot the breeze for about 5 minutes someone decided to start my order. 5 more minutes to take the mac and cheese (already in container) out of a warming bin and the biscuits off a tray and put in a box. 15 plus min to get my order of already cooked and boxed food. Then it was sat on a counter for a few more minutes before an employee walks into the dining area to give me my order. I have worked in this business my whole life and I have never seen such horrific complacency with BAD service. It was like nobody actually wanted to do work there. NOW, the mac and cheese, the worst I have ever had in my life and my 2 buddies agree, one bite and we tossed it out. It tasted like it was in that hot box for hours and the biscuits were hard and were probably baked hours earlier and sat in a box as well. Good thing we made our own chicken, I can only imagine how long that sits in a steam box before they serve it to you. The only good thing about the place is that it was clean, or just new and they haven't messed it up yet. She walked up to the counter and said to me, "are you paying cash or card?" I responded with "card, please." This woman looked at me and said, "oh nice we have a kiosk for that, you can use it."
