Yesterday I tried Bojangles for my first time and let just say I was wow'd! The service was really good, all staff were super nice and smiley. The food quality was excellent especially for fast food. The chicken sandwich is delicious, crispy, flavorful, and a good size. The seasoned fries were perfectly seasoned and the sweet tea was good. My bf got a chicken biscuit. He was wow'd by the size and flavor of his sandwich! When you walk into Bojangles, you can see staff making the biscuits from scratch. I highly recommend Bojangles. OK everybody we have a new place out there on rainbow in BlueDiamond right there on the corner across the street from Walmart. It's very good very good. It is in my opinion compared to a better version of Popeyes. The food was tender. The menu has a little bit more on it. The price was OK. The service was great. The guy behind the counter made me laugh, but they all worked together as a team now granted they just open you know, but I'm gonna say again in my opinion the team will be great. They kept the place clean. There's enough lighting. Everything was full And they answer questions which was great the ranch dressing though I don't know if that's made in house or where they got it from but their ranch dressing is really good. The chicken tenders have a kick to it the sweet tea it's great, but if you're not used to having that much sugar in it, they do have an unsweetened tea that you can mix it with. They have this dessert is like a blueberry muffin with drizzle on top. That's also something you should try the tater tots. You only get four. I forgot what they were called but I'm a call them tater tots and the french fries again those are good but ask for light seasoning if you don't want the heavy seasoning, the grilled chicken sandwich was actually way better than what I thought it was going to be for a grilled chicken sandwich but all in all I wish they would move one closer to Henderson but give it time. This newly opened place has right on the corner of Blue Diamond and Rainbow cannot be missed. Opening week has been busy and ongoing. My fiancé and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon 2pm and the drive thru was 20+ cars deep so we opted to go inside. It was busy too but the Line went by quite fast. Honestly for a place that just opened, the staff was quite helpful, quick, and super nice. Nobody was grumpy or at least they were very good at holding their composure because it was very very busy. Not a single chair or table was open. We tried the 3 piece tender combo, all sides, and chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh. The mac n cheese was okay, couldn't expect much and same with the rice but the coleslaw took me by surprise. It was fresh and delightful! Excellent crunch and all round delicious. The tenders were also very tasty and made to order as it came piping hot. All the sauces they offered were also massive but it is .59 cents and not free. We tried them all and I loved the buffalo and peach dip. This place is the first in Vegas so I know many were really looking forward to it and I'm so glad they're now available here in Vegas. We had so much excitement when we pulled up to their drive thru on a weekday morning hoping to avoid the crazy line. The first thing I noticed was the lack of joy and excitement on the employee's face as we were driving near the menu. We've never had Bojangles before so we had no idea what their bestsellers are. She did not even offer to tell us anything about their food. She seemed bored and when we asked her for the sauce options, she just pointed out the list on the menu. We ended up getting one of their family bundles or whatever you call that, their berry biscuit and their chocolate milkshake. Everything was a little over $50. First of all, I feel like that's a lot for what we got. The tenders were crispy and good. The berry biscuit was alright. It might have been better eaten fresh from the restaurant. The milkshake was meh. After the whole experience and eating it at home, I kinda wished I ordered raising cane's tenders, KFC biscuits and In N Out chocolate milkshake instead. I'm sure they would have been cheaper and I would have had a better customer experience. Would I try it again? I may try eating inside the restaurant but def need some time to get over that bad experience. read more

As a REAL southerner (I am from NC) I will be giving my unbiased opinion on the new Las Vegas Bojangles... YUM! As disappointed as I was that there is no bone-in chicken (they are testing the tenders to see how they do, and Vegas is a fast paced place, so food getting out fast is the goal. I asked an employee about this) I was still WOW'd!! We got a 12 tender family meal, 4 biscuits, 2 sides and 1/2 gallon of tea. Also got an order of Boberry biscuits. The regular biscuits were delicious, buttery and still heated up wonderfully after a night in the fridge. The chicken was delicious (make sure to get the honey mustard to dip) the dirty rice was not as spicy as it is in the south, but it was still yummy. The Cajun fries were just right. Boberry biscuits need more glaze, but they were tasty. I WILL be going back for breakfast to get some Bo rounds. The employees were super nice, friendly and excited to be there. I dropped in on Friday October 10, 2025 around 4:15pm and ordered a family meal to go. I like the food! Upon entering the establishment, there was shouting from a female who perhaps was trying to get the rest of the employees to welcome my family but it was awkward. Once they brought out the food we ordered, I asked if both teas were in the box and the male worker checked and said no. He quickly corrected the problem and that was fantastic. I wish I double checked my entire order because I was missing items and simply not what I ordered. Chicken tender places come a dime a dozen nowadays so I'm disappointed that they no longer sell bone in chicken at any Bojangles, The tenders are just okay but the real reason to come here is their biscuits. In my opinion the best main entree to get is the chicken biscuit along with the potato rounds, which they only sell until 2pm. The 2nd time I came the fries were salty. The only other standout side for me was the coleslaw, not quite KFC good but close. Dirty rice, mac & cheese and fries were mid. The size of the tenders varied and my 5pc order mostly came with small ones although the taste was good it's nothing worth waiting for. Nothin special about the sauces but I didn't get to try the jalapeño ranch so maybe that will be good, The customer service and friendly employees are great. We were excited about trying the Bojangles that just opened by our house, took it home, and my wife found one of the fried chicken tenders was ACTUALLY a piece of empty plastic wrapper, battered, breaded, and fried. Service was pretty fast. As this was my very first time visiting this franchise, I was surprised at what I did not know about this place. I just assumed that they served all kind of chicken and was surprised to find out they only sold tenders and sandwiches. I ordered the tenders with a side of honey mustard and cole slaw. Was disappointed that the sauce was prepackaged. The tenders were good but not great. The cole slaw was okay. The best part of the meal was the biscuit. It was light, fluffy and buttery. I've visited this location a few times, but after today's experience, I will not be returning. First, while waiting in the drive-thru, I noticed an employee scratching their scalp through the window. They were not wearing gloves and did not wash their hands afterward, which is a major hygiene concern. Second, the customer service was unacceptable. When I pulled up to the second window to collect my food, the employee rudely told me that I had not paid. I calmly explained that I had already paid at the first window but declined the receipt. To prove it, I showed her the charge from Bojangles on my mobile banking app. Despite this, she continued insisting that I had not paid and, with an attitude, stated, "I can take your payment at this window." Even after I reiterated--three times--that I had already paid and provided proof, she became increasingly argumentative. When I questioned why she was being so dismissive despite clear evidence, her attitude worsened. Eventually, another employee and a manager intervened, but by then, I had lost my appetite and requested a refund instead of my meal. Despite my request, they kept trying to give me the food I no longer wanted. Then, reversing the charge took far longer than it should have. In the end, they were unable (or unwilling) to reverse the payment and instead gave me a cash refund. This entire ordeal was over a meal I had already paid for. 1st day grand opening and running smooth. Everyone is so nice and everything is well organized. We showed up for breakfast and had the Bo's Chicken Biscuit and the Steak breakfast sandwiches. The chicken biscuit was well seasoned with a hint of hot sauce. Juicy and tender, not over fried. The steak breakfast sandwich was tender and had a nice black pepper flavor that I expect of a chicken fried steak. This would pair well with the gravy. I'll be back for lunch! read more

Haven't been to Bojangles in quite a long time and was very surprised to find one in Las Vegas! Good food, just as I remembered it from the East Coast. Employees seem like they want to be there. The place is new. Everything is nice and clean and the food I ordered was just as good as I remembered. Order yourself a "Steak biscuit", you can't go wrong with that one! Of course we went on opening day which landed on a holiday. We waited in line for an hour and after we ordered took another hour to get our food, but I do have to say it was delicious and hot still when we drove it home five minutes away. I would recommend the tenders, lemonade and Bo'berry biscuits. The coffee was just okay. My favorite of all the sauces would have to be the Bo sauce. (It does have horseradish in it) but so good. I forgot to take pictures so only had the one of the Bo' berry biscuits from my second visit a few days later. I went for breakfast around 6am and didn't wait long at all maybe 10 mins in and out of the drive through. I had the steak biscuit and thought it was good with ketchup. I'm from the Carolinas and grew up with Bojangles. Was super excited to get my favorite item. The Cajun filet biscuit! The biscuit was very good with a little twist. A little more crunchy with more breading and a touch of pepper. Overall I thought it was good and the biscuit was perfect. The dirty rice tasted just like it did in the south. Not mushy or to dry. Fries were seasoned nicely. I tried the tenders (which are not supremes btw) and they were really tasty. My only suggestion regarding chicken would be that everything is just a hair too salty and to reduce the heavy handiness. (Also - If you don't like Cajun seasoning or seasoning on everything, you might want to stick to Canes btw!) Obvious disappointments that there is no bone-in chicken, string beans, and the best of the best - country ham. Hopefully at least the country ham can make an appearance later. Service was quick, not faulting the staff currently for anything due to the extreme demand and they are doing a great job! Ready for more to open soon to not have to make the long drive! read more

Everything is good except for the fries. They are a bit soggy and a too much salt. The fingers are amazing. I love the spice and seasoning of the chicken. Has a bit of a kick. The biscuits are so fluffy like southern homemade. The staff is amazing. They not only welcome their customers in with a great greeting but when employees come into work they get so excited with an amazing greeting for their staff. Now that is a good place to work. I was so happy that a Bojangles came to Las Vegas. Waited in the drive thru line for over 2 hours to try this place and was disappointed to say the least. They do not serve bone-in chicken, only strips, chicken sandwich's and biscuits. Big disappointment. Yet they advertise bone in chicken. I can get chicken strips from Raising canes if I wanted chicken strips. The strips were just ok, under seasoned, the baked Mac n cheese was a total disappointment, no taste and way too creamy to be baked. The Bo-Berry biscuits were the best on the menu. The dirty rice was too salty. I ordered their legendary Sweet tea and it was weak, tasted like water. The service was friendly though. First time trying bojangles after hearing about it for years. Got two sandwich combos, one with dirty rice, one with the wedges/fries. Sandwich- good. A little salty but juicy and a tiny bit of heat. Similar to a popeyes chicken sandwich(non spicy version) Dirty rice - very good. Best item I tried. Wedges/fries - horrible. So salty I couldn't finish them. Sad because that's the one item I've heard people praise from Bojangles. Pretty disappointing. Almost rated a 2 but the rice saved them! read more

Customer service was excellent upon entering a nice welcoming ... i got the chicken breakfast sandwich it was good I didn't eat it right away so I wouldn't be harsh on judging the tots were ate immediately in route back home. They don't offer bone-in chicken and they don't know if they will bring the full menu to this location, which would be a shame. Didn't have the best customer service experience. We got skipped at the drive thru and 2 others cars were able to order on the other side. We drove up to the window and explained what had happened and no apology was given and instead was treated like an inconvenience.
