First time trying Church's, I'm a big fried chicken fan but this one always seemed to be out of the way. I gotta say the prices are excellent some of the cheapest food you'll get around here for sure. I was not a fan of the chicken unfortunately both pieces were overcooked, dry to the point of the meat dissapating into dust. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the biscuit, the seasoning, and the jalapeño bites I got were actually solid fast food fare. In all fairness to the business I can only speak about the Drive Through experience. I can't speak on the ambiance inside. I missed the entrance at first and had to drive all the way down to Desert Inn and go all the way around to get back. Make sure that you don't make the same mistake. The service was pretty good. I was able to order my food and be on my way in about 5 minutes, with several cars in front of me ordering when I got there. I felt the price I paid, was a bit higher than I had expected. Other comparable chicken places are a bit less expensive. As far as the chicken, I ordered the spicy. It was okay. Nothing that I would go out of my way for. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The biscuit was amazing! Probably the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The Cole slaw was okay too! All in all it was a good experience. Great all around experience at this location! My old stomping ground, and I don't remember it being that good? I ordered a 3 piece Combo, crinkle Fries, an orange Fanta & 2 Apple pies. These Apple pies are exceptional, btw? I mostly order just the Pies when I visit them. Sometimes they have a special price on getting 3 Pies? But this time the chicken was outstanding! I could only eat the one thigh & the drumstick, so I took 1/2 the fries, a drumstick and a Pie! The Dining area was clean, and fast service in the inside Dining! The 2 girls working up front, were very warm & curteous. I just heated the 3 items at home for Lunch. And very surprisingly didn't notice any ratchet tasting oil smells, (I've re-heated fast food before at home) but the taste of their oils just comes out so nasty smelling?) But not this one...It tasted just as fresh as when I bought it! Another thing, I had to ask for a plastic bag to take the food home, and one of the girls insisted on wrapping it up for me? Unless it was another childhood fever dream, I have hazy memories of going to Church's Chicken in SF. While in Vegas, our friend suggested hitting up Church's for a quick lunch & I was all for it. The Spicy Texas 2-Piece Feast was an absolute deal for $3.99. BF & I both ordered it with two tenders rather than the leg & thigh option & they were moist on the inside & crunchy on the outside. Perfect vehicles for sauce: honey BBQ & creamy jalapeño were good, the unique Purple Pepper was a mildly-spiced jelly. Our meal included a random jalapeño pepper but my favorite part was the buttery & flavorsome Cheddapeño Biscuit (that name tho lol.) Stay away from this place that fleeces customers with requests that are typically on the house - they charge for sauce and water. Mcd closes an eye usually and kfc doesn't charge. I have not had Chruch's Chicken in years (40+) since it left Hawaii. My co-workers mentioned about this place and I decided to visit. Went through the drive thru whoever took my order was a bit rude. However, when I got my order (if that was the same person) was nice at the window. Food: Ordered the 2 piece meal. I asked If I could have all dark meat and she said no it comes with 1 dark and 1 white. That was fine so i'm assuming you may not make any changes. I like that it came with a thigh and wing. The honey biscuit was delicious. Although the chicken was good, it seems as if they do not remove all of that slimy fat on the chicken. I had to peel it off. It was just too much. Sometimes we take a while to figure out what we want at the speaker and every time this happens, we don't feel rushed by the workers to figure it out. My experience as delivery driver has made me NEVER want to try Church's anywhere, and there's plenty of options. Your team's refusal to give a driver a paper bag to safely carry your drinks was unacceptable. That customer will get their food late because you refused to provide a PAPER bag. Would you tell me this as a customer? If that customers food is cold, it will be a refund - it's on the restaurant not the driver. The restaurant is responsible for packaging the order for delivery, including satisfactory cup holders which this store does not have for the large size drinks. A complaint has been filed with Uber and your general manager will be notified. I'd be happy to chat with the GM myself after today's experience showed a lack of courtesy from your incompetent shift leads. Terrible Customer service and food Dear Customer Service and Management Wednesday, April 28th, I visited your restaurant which is located at 601 N. Rancho Blvd, Las Vegas Nv for dinner where I ordered a "TWO CAN DINE - 2 Chicken Sandwich" Special from a coupon I received in the mail two days earlier. I was accompanied by my neighbor, who also ordered a "Six Piece Texas Tender Special with Honey-Q Sauce" from a coupon he received. We order from the drive thru as your inside dining is closed to the public. After waiting in a slow line for approximately 17 minutes, I placed the order at the window. The employee said, "I can't find that special in my computer, so you need to order something else". I was brought to your restaurant because of the ad, to try the new Sandwich with the new sauce. I told hie I had received the coupon two days earlier and wanted to order what was on the coupon. He said he couldn't take the order as he had no way to charge me and wanted me to make another choice or move out of the line. After investing 17 minutes in line, I was in "no mood" to leave or order different items. He kept insisting, as the line behind me kept growing down Rancho Blvd as people were lined up in the street. I suggested, they come out, or let me come in, or have me move to the window so they could see the coupon. Finally, they agreed to have me come to the drive-up window. After handing them both coupons, Samantha continued to insist they could not honor the order and wanted me to make another choice. I maintained, "I want what is on the coupon". Finally, the three employees huddled, and put together the order as shown on the coupons. She overcharged me as she rang up the sides separately. When your employee finally handed me the order (All this with 16 cars behind me) It was missing the biscuits. After another couple of minutes, the biscuits appeared and the assured me the order was complete. I quickly looked again and didn't see anything. But when I came home that is exactly 1.2 miles from your restaurant, the food was COLD, and no SMOKY HONEY-Q SAUCE was missing the order. That was the whole purpose of trying something new, was to try the sauce. So the net results was spending over 40 minutes, driving too and from the restaurant, arguing with your staff, then getting cold food and missing items in return. I also noticed as I was returning home, there is another chicken restaurant directly across the street that was open, full of customers and had the drive-in going full tilt. I would calculate they were doing 5 to 10 times more business because of your slow lines and incompetent employees. By the way, that little place across the street is named "POPYEES CHICKEN." I'm an old guy of 72, but I was the first area supervisor for Carl's Jr. restaurant in California, when they only had 16 units. I used to play softball with Carl and Don Karcher who founded the chain. From being in the business, I know things can go wrong and only customers with problems are the ones who bitch, but the employees handled this very poorly and your losing customers. You're spending thousands of dollars on advertising, and the employees have "NO IDEA" of what may be coming their way. Maybe part of the fault is corporate, if they didn't have these items on their computer, but they should be trained to at least know how to enter an order by hand and make price adjustments. read more

I came here to take me and my friend out for some food to eat. The drive thru is spacious here. but the parking lots is still bad. Chicken was good and all,. Its just they messed up my friends order. For fast food fried chicken this place rocks. I haven't been to a Church's in decades and I didn't know they were in southern Nevada. The chicken was moist fresh hot and crunchy. This is the best fried chicken in the area. I love the spicy seasoning it's not too hot but just enough kick for the taste buds. The sides were typical of what you would find at any fast food restaurant instant potato's etc. the biscuits were good fluffy but not flour tasting. Service was a little slow at the drive though but that's typical everywhere during the pandemic and a few of the sides were unavailable due to shortages.
