They fixed my order when I walked through the door, but at first, I ordered through the drive-through and the lady was so patient with me because I didn't see that I had to buy something with my coupon. I had a welcome coupon for a free, three-piece tender, but it only happens when you buy something so I got like a little nasty Spicy sauce which I didn't like and then they didn't give me my ranch sauce and they gave me a another order, which was nice because my chicken was cold anyways.... it was packed in there ...some people ...clearly like churches chicken ...anyways I'll be back one day.

In all fairness to the business I can only speak about the Drive Through experience. I can't speak on the ambiance inside. I missed the entrance at first and had to drive all the way down to Desert Inn and go all the way around to get back. Make sure that you don't make the same mistake. The service was pretty good. I was able to order my food and be on my way in about 5 minutes, with several cars in front of me ordering when I got there. I felt the price I paid, was a bit higher than I had expected. Other comparable chicken places are a bit less expensive. As far as the chicken, I ordered the spicy. It was okay. Nothing that I would go out of my way for. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The biscuit was amazing! Probably the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The Cole slaw was okay too! All in all it was a good experience. I'd be willing to give them another chance.

Great all around experience at this location! My old stomping ground, and I don't remember it being that good? I ordered a 3 piece Combo, crinkle Fries, an orange Fanta & 2 Apple pies. These Apple pies are exceptional, btw? I mostly order just the Pies when I visit them. Sometimes they have a special price on getting 3 Pies? But this time the chicken was outstanding! I could only eat the one thigh & the drumstick, so I took 1/2 the fries, a drumstick and a Pie! The Dining area was clean, and fast service in the inside Dining! The 2 girls working up front, were very warm & curteous. I just heated the 3 items at home for Lunch. And very surprisingly didn't notice any ratchet tasting oil smells, (I've re-heated fast food before at home) but the taste of their oils just comes out so nasty smelling?) But not this one...It tasted just as fresh as when I bought it! Another thing, I had to ask for a plastic bag to take the food home, and one of the girls insisted on wrapping it up for me? That was nice I'd say, I'm back to getting chicken more often from them! Keep it up, Church's You're on the ball...

We always get the family meal from Church's Chicken. We go after lunch to avoid the rush, and it's always worth it. The chicken is hot, crispy, and packed with flavor every time. Great portions, great value, and never any issues. Church's chicken keeps us coming back for more!

Sooo hard could not even eat....

Lame A cashier Fatima B.. next time try and accommodate without the attitude.. ( because you never know who was sent in there to order food could be a CEO for all you know ) the food packers handed the meal to the cashier and she handed the food to me. I seen them put non-spicy chicken in my meal. So I asked the cashier I didn't want regular nor did she ask for a choice because everything went so fast.. without even looking at me, which tells me they don't give a F, it only comes original... gurl , im not 5 years old and never been here before. Stop .. you just didn't wanna redo it over. Cant stand these immature young cashiers.. and yes, when it rains it pours, the food was disgusting.. very very, very cold down to the dry burnt french fries.. I AM SO CONVINCED THAT WE GET THE TERRIBLE FOOD THEY SET ASIDE FOR THE SALES... maybe stop rushing and do a little better. You're only getting two stars because I like churches some other restaurants.

Unless it was another childhood fever dream, I have hazy memories of going to Church's Chicken in SF. While in Vegas, our friend suggested hitting up Church's for a quick lunch & I was all for it. The Spicy Texas 2-Piece Feast was an absolute deal for $3.99. BF & I both ordered it with two tenders rather than the leg & thigh option & they were moist on the inside & crunchy on the outside. Perfect vehicles for sauce: honey BBQ & creamy jalapeño were good, the unique Purple Pepper was a mildly-spiced jelly. Our meal included a random jalapeño pepper but my favorite part was the buttery & flavorsome Cheddapeño Biscuit (that name tho lol.) A filling, comfort meal for those of us who'd been imbibing the night before. Pleasantly surprised with Church's. My waistline is glad I don't have easy access to it where I live.

Hot sauce in my penthouse's centerpiece on the dining table lol

When room service is over an hour... you leave your penthouse and pray that Church's is open late! I made the short drive down Spring Mountain through China Town to get me some greasy, tasty fried chicken! No sides - just piping hot chicken and a handful of hot sauce... so good it will make you want to slap your momma lol. I forgot to get a sweet tea. Damn. Quick service provided with a smile to boot. I'll be back for sure! Vegas Baby!

I had a disappointing experience with Ricardo, the cashier at the Church's. The disrespect of his customer service is concerning.

MAR Y TIERRA BURRITO - It's still the lightest burrito that provides the most size. I can't say enough good things about the aioli that they use to add flavor profiles to the shredded vegetables used to add body to the burrito. The steak and shrimp used here were good as usual, and the cheese added in is always a welcome surprise. Pescado Taco - The grilled fish taco is one of their better tacos. It's a meaty fish bite, and you get the "signature" slaw + avocado slice. Baja Taco - Most of their tacos are given the sauce + slaw combo along with the protein. I feel that the baja improves in my taco ranking depending on how much fish I get per taco. The batter is amazing and it's really a question if you want to eat fried fish or not. Camaron Taco - Crunchy shrimp, and very good slaw. But I feel that the shrimp is best paired with the steak, thankfully, they have a mar y tierra taco, which I think is the better thing to order. Ambiance: It's one of their bigger branches, so finding a table isn't difficult. Everything else inside the store is stock standard to all the branches I've been to. Service: You order, pay, and they call your name to pick up your food. Straightforward.

Looking around for local places, we saw Polaris Street Café, near Spring Mountain Road and Polaris Avenue. Polaris Street Café was feature on Robert Irvine's Restaurant Impossible episode. The restaurant was redesigned as well as it's menu. Some of the options on the menu are features by Chef Irvine's episode, which is pretty cool! The restaurant services breakfast, lunch and is only a few minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. There is limited amount of parking spots available at the restaurant though. Inside there is table and booth seating with two different sections. My husband and I had a table towards the entrance of the restaurant. There was also outside seating available, but it was pretty warm outside, so everyone was mostly inside the restaurant! Some of the menu items include the following Biscuits and gravy Steak & Eggs Waffle Sandwich Omelettes Skillets Griddle options (Pancakes etc..) Breakfast Burritos and more. While looking over the menu, the team member did bring drinks (Soda and a water). We ended up ordering the following Mexican Burrito: Included scrambled eggs, chorizo, green bell peppers, cheese, avocado served with hash browns Country Fried Steak and Eggs: Fried beef steak, scrambled eggs, hash browns and I opted for sourdough toast instead of the biscuit/gravy combo. As we were waiting for our meal, I did look up online the history of the restaurant impossible episode about Polaris Street Café and how the owner started the business. Highly recommend checking it out online if you get a chance. The food was fantastic! My country fried steak and eggs was delicious. Interesting, the gravy had mushrooms in it which is something new for me! The flavor was scrumptious though! I added the scrambled eggs on my toast which was yummy! I had a bite of the Mexican Burrito and it was packed with flavor! Service was fantastic at Polaris Café. I had several team members come up and refill my Pepsi multiple times! The food was delicious, and the price for the meal was good. I'm not in this area too often, but I would come back to this restaurant again!

More please, indeed…read more Mas Por Favor Taqueria y Tequila is a taco shop and speakeasy in the massive and often cramped Center on Spring Mountain strip mall. It's closer to the Valley View end and can actually be easy to park at in the afternoon if you're going for happy hour as I did (available Monday all day, and 3-6pm on other days). I wasn't quite sure where to go so I asked an employee up front about doing happy hour drinks, and he showed me into a long hallway dressed up like a mining tunnel. At the far end was the door into the bar area, which was pretty empty mid-afternoon until some other parties joined me. I sat at the bar and looked over the menu a bit then placed my order. First out was my happy hour cocktail. I chose the Mas Dog 20/20 ($8.00 happy hour)), which sounded like a decent if very fruity gin cocktail and came out pretty sweet and very fruit-forward. Turns out it's inspired by something called MD 20/20, which sounds like malt liquor but for people who need it to be sweet. It was actually pretty decent to sip on but isn't the best match for what I ate, and I ended up squeezing limes into water. The food came out all at once. I really wanted to try the Elotes ($3.00 HH), a delicious creamed corn app topped with crushed Hot Cheetos. It's actually a really addictive dish and one of the most fun bites of the whole thing. I also tried one of each taco available on the current happy hour menu. The two Street Tacos ($3.00 HH) were both solid, with barbacoa serving as the more delicious beef option while the carnitas were actually not as dry as other versions I've had. The mild green salsa and somewhat more medium-ish smoky orange salsa were both great complements to both of these. I enjoyed these, and one of the other tacos, despite the stone cold tortillas they were served on. The two Signature Tacos ($4.00 HH) were a little more dichotomous. I loved the Muy Caliente with its al pastor, chipotle sauce, jack cheese, and Hot Cheetos crumbles. The Gringo, on the other hand, was as boring as or worse than the archetype of the white person taco, with no crispy shell or tomato to help with the monotony. Luckily, I had some lime and salsas to play with, so I wasn't bored to death. I enjoyed the speakeasy area. It wasn't too dim, especially at the bar, and the favorite weapon of the T's in Counter-Strike was on full display behind said bar. There was a mariachi-sounding song being played when I first got in, but they inexplicably moved on to what I later realized was a music video playlist from the top of the aughts, aka my formative years listening to top 40 / pop / hip hop. Quite the nostalgia trip, especially when I later found out that my bartender and the couple who also decided to sit at the bar were from my hometown. I would come back to Mas Por Favor for happy hour, maybe Taco Tuesday, and definitely some of the other interesting signature tacos on their regular menu. It may not be the most comprehensively awesome spot, but it's at least a pretty solid option for eats and drinks.
