Fresh burgers and decent fries. Prices are a bit high but the burgers are filling. I feel like they use a higher quality meat than most fast food burger places. Our burgers were a bit salty but we dealt with it. The thing we didn't like was that the juice from the meat made our bun super soggy and kind of gross since the meat was still a bit pink. My husband complained and got his remade. The attendant was very friendly and nice about it. I just took the bun off of mine. My teenager ordered a protein style with comes with more lettuce and no bun. The burger is good but it's not the best. It wasn't something I'd come back to for craving a burger but the location does make it convenient with my commute. The crinkle fries were good. Same with the burger, not something I'd crave. I did order the cheese fries since it was $1 more than the fries. I didn't like the cheese. I drenched them in ketchup after removing the cheese I could. The sodas have free refills but you have to get it from the staff. There is no soda machine for you to fill up your own soda. I'm not crazy about that, especially in a burger joint. There was ample parking and the restaurant was very clean. Mostly what I didn't care for is personal preference so I gave 4 stars. We came here Saturday night after a Halloween event. We got the buy one get one double shack burger and that's always the burgers are leaner tastier and cooked to our liking. We didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive to our table noise level moderate. I noticed that there's a lot of People dressed up in their Halloween costumes. It's taken me forever to write this review, but I just wanna say how much I love this location because when my friend and I first ate here on Saint Patrick's Night, everyone was working hard and very kind! Ashton and his team were very nice. I felt bad for this one girl in particular because a delivery driver for one of the courier stuff (like DoorDash or UberEats) was being absolutely mean to her. I mean, double downing on being a bully! in front of customers and her coworkers. And of course, he had to bully the only young, female front of house worker right? That really pissed me off. The fact a grown man working a side hustle to live is treating a young, female like she's stupid. When he left, I asked them to block him from receiving orders from this restaurant, and they worked on whatever they can for it. i felt insulted as a customer having to witness that, and I hope Shake Shack continues to care for its employees. We were hungry coming off a 5 hour Off Wheeling trip and stopped by the Shake Shack. There's a lot of parking, seating and place is very clean. Restrooms were also clean. We ordered the Double Down Fries, Black Truffle burger, #2 burger, a coke and a strawberry lemonade (large drinks). The drinks were refillable and I'm not sure if it was due to the size being a large. Nonetheless, it came in handy. Now, the burgers...it's no surprise the burgers were delish. She set an incredible tone as we ordered at the cash register. Tya was extremely friendly and helpful - a model representative for Shake Shack! Then tasting the hamburgers, french fries, and shakes, sealed the deal. The Avocado Bacon Hamburger was flavorful. The avocado was vibrant green and the perfect texture. For a fries option, I would recommend not leaving Shake Shack without tasting the Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with plenty of parmesan cheese, and the truffle dipping sauce was decadent. Even if you're not hungry and are just craving a milkshake - you won't be disappointed at Shake Shack. The Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate milkshakes were rich in flavor, tasting of smooth ice cream in a cup. A nice surprise and added bonus was the engraving on the tables: Made in the USA Sustainability Sourced White Oak. Also the milkshake cups said: Commercially Compostable. Wooooooo shake shaaaaaack! Kinda rare to have one in the residential area. The drive through is awesome! I got myself the shack attack, which comes with the burger and fried portobello mushroom. The fried mushroom was a bit overcooked and flavoring the sauce on these buns were a bit weak. Certainly tasted a bit different from the usual shake shack. I got the DUBAI CHOCOLATE SHAKE and it was a solid 4/5 pretty good. If you love chocolate, you will enjoy. Service was fast. I'll be back to try my other go-to orders next time!! read more

I usually frequent the Downtown Summerlin location, but our family was in the area and we enjoyed our visit to this location. Compared to the Downtown Summerlin location, this Shake Shack is newer built, the food quality was fresh, and the facility was very clean. Most notably, the dog friendly outside patio was very clean and orderly, which is much appreciated. Definitely check out their website and/or download their app to get food deals and discounts. We came here recently and had a pleasant experience. Service was on point, food was expected Shake Shack fare, and the establishment was clean. Now as a disclaimer, my family and I are In N Out fans to the core. No burger chain can beat their prices and quality. All other burger places are way more overpriced for quality often not worth the price. There I said it. That said, this Shake Shack was good. While we still choose In N Out as a whole over Shake Shack, we know this Shake Shack was good for what it was. We ordered two double shack burgers, two fries, two chicken sandwiches, and a special seasonal apple cider shake. There was a special for a free chicken sandwich if you spend over $10, which was literally the reason why we came. The burgers were good but I wish there was more lettuce and tomato. The patties are thin. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good with nice and crispy juicy chicken. Crinkle fries were fresh and crispy. This just opened so I give them credit if they still take a little longer even when the line isn't as busy during the first few weeks of opening, and I'm always happy to see restaurants and new development in town, especially when it's in my area, an area that took nearly 15-20 years to see how much it has evolved. Anyways, I'm not sure what some others are complaining about.. It's a franchise and there are a few across the valley in most areas where tourists are located. I think it's nice to see a Shake Shack in a more residential side here. The establishment has a modern interior and carefully selected green accent walls also bringing natural sunlight and there is a small outdoor patio to dine out as well. I ordered the Black Truffle burger and enjoyed the rich sauce that was so tasty, however I concur with another review that their burgers are quite small. I enjoy their shakes and the seasonal flavors. Keep an eye out for promos as they offer a free chicken sandwich on Sundays and other offers. They had a boy one get one 50% on shakes too. Wait time: We went during their last hour of service (10pm) I know it's not the most ideal time to go but at least we didn't go around 10:30-Closing time. Only 1 person in line and took less than 8 mins for our food. 8/10 3. Quality: I genuinely believe there was a misunderstanding on their chicken shack prep/recipe training because the breading on mine (both visits) was soggy, spongy, extremely oily, and just falling apart as I attempted to eat it. 0/10, I usually don't mind the bun or veggies cuz the chicken was always the star that kept the whole sandwich together. This is a location built from the ground up, located next to Buffalo Wild Wings near the corner of Durango and Warm Springs. I showed up on the grand opening day with about 10 other people and got a keychain and some stickers. The inside very large, and is one of two locations in Vegas with a drive-thru. They have plenty of touchscreen ordering kiosks along with the in-person cashier. I ordered a double stack and it was great. Lots of flavor in the beef, and I love adding sliced onions and pickles for added texture. I'll still take In-N-Out overall in terms of quality AND value, but I don't mind the occasional Shake Shack when the burger cravings hit. read more

I was told if customers wanted a refill on their drink, they would have to come up and ask for it, just like at Chic Fillet. I was kind of disappointed when I learned that their other juices that they offer online haven't made it to their store menu yet. Anyway, this is what I ordered for my $26.00 lunch. You're better off going somewhere else if you have a big appetite or came hungry like me. 3/5 Crinkle Cut Fries tastes OK; it was crispy, but nothing fancy or to write more about. 2/5 Double Shack Burger with avocado and bacon. It tasted good but not worth $26.00 for lunch. People can go to Freddy's Burger, In & Out, or The Habit and get more bang for their hard-earned bucks. The burger itself was smaller compared to other competitions I mentioned. 3/5 Tea & Lemonade's I prefer having self-served fountain beverages, but I understand cheap people will get water cups, and sneakily, when workers are not looking, they help themselves to sodas or juice. If I were visiting Las Vegas, NV, again, and if I wanted a burger, Shake Shack would not be in my top 5 because the price point and portions do not meet value. The checkout girl was super nice. We had a short chat about the beauty of chicken sammiches , then I made my way home. When I got home, I opened the sammich wrapper and immediately knew that this chicky sammich was gonna be good. It was perfectly fried to a crispy golden brown and had all of the accoutrements including my favorite sammich topping - PICKLES! I bit into that juicy, crunchy clucker like my life depended on it (I was really hangry) and my stresses from the day melted away. Look, is this the best chicken sammich in all of Las Vegas? No. But it's better than any of the fast food chicken sammiches out there. (I think chick filet is overrated but that's another story for another day ). Is Shake Shack chicken Sammy is a good little chicken Sammy? Heck yes! Will I go back for another one? HECK YEAH! Next time I'm ordering two !
