I've been to the Brandon, FL location several times and I've always received great service! The food is always fresh!

I loveee this place, great service and the food is amazing. My favorite are the noddles and the chimichurri sauce. The lemonades they offer are also recommended. It doesn't take long at all to order and receive your food. I don't feel nasty full after so there's also that. read more

Having lunch at Bolay was a great experience ! I took my mom here for something fresh and healthy and we were not disappointed. The staff greeted us at the door and offered assistance with the menu. I was also offered two samples of the food items when deciding what I wanted to have. When checking out, the server noticed my mom's military ID card and granted us a discount. The food was delicious and flavorful! We felt refreshed once we finished our meals. Our drinks were a nice compliment to the food as well. The atmosphere was busy, but nice to see so many people enjoying their lunch along side us. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a healthy tasty meal. We will absolutely be back! read more

This place hit the spot! It is hard to meet all of my vegan needs, but this place did it! I ordered my own bowl with kale yeah salad, power beans, Mizo glazed tofu, and tuscan zucchini. I can't even begin to describe the flavors other than it was simply delicious! The staff was very accommodating and let me try some items as it was my first time. The toppings and sauces were robust! Food: I got the vegan miso tofu bowl. You can get custom bowls or chef inspired bowls. The portion sizes are very large for the large bowls. I think it is a reasonable price point. Really enjoyed the flavor of the kale and they made tofu tasty. Service: assembly line like chipotle or fresh kitchen. Very friendly servers. Atmosphere: they have indoor dining. I love this Bolay location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've gotten Bolay 3 times in the past month and each time I was glad I did. Portion size is very generous. Loved the freshness/taste of the food they have and flavors they offer. They have great vegan options! I got the sweet potato noodles with the miso tofu which was served hot, fresh and so so good! But I want to go back to try the cilantro noodles which are served cold. It's chipotle style dining where they make bowls right in front of you and you can add in toppings as you pass long the line. Their pesto sauce and garlic sauce comes in small side containers and was also amazing. You can go back and ask fore more sauce if needed. They also have very interesting flavors of drinks! Service was great! Easy parking in a large plaza with tons of other shops. I went here while visiting Tampa. But plan to check out the other locations. I love that this place is a chain and I hope the one in south Florida/ft Lauderdale is just as good! read more

Bolay! Where have you been all of my life? This quick/casual, "build your own bowl" spot has a bit of an Asian flair. A change of pace from those sandwich or chain burrito spots. Go for the Lemon Chicken or the Mojo pork as your proteins! I just had the Jasmine rice for my base but my husband and daughter raved and raved about the chipotle noodles. The veggie options are amazing - GET THE GINGER BROCCOLI; you won't be disappointed! Chimichurri tomatoes?? Shut-up!! Fast and fresh! We had Bolay for dinner but I'm sure they'd make a terrific lunch. The ONLY reason this location got 4 stars and not 5 is the tables were a bit dirty and really could have used a good wipe down. read more

Best lunch I've had in Brandon! My coworker and I ordered the Thai shrimp and noodles. It comes with herb roasted potatoes and ginger broccoli. Please bring back the mojo pork bowl! My husband and I went here for the first time a couple months ago and I got the Moho pork bowl and I loved it so much. We made our own version at home for dinner and then we went to Bolay again a couple weeks ago and I heard that they were not doing the bowl anymore and that now it was barbecue chicken. It definitely was not the same and did not taste as good. I really hope you guys will reconsider and bring back the Mojo pork bowl. read more

Absolutely delicious!! Today and tomorrow is their soft opening. I'm kicking myself for devouring my bowl prior snapping a picture, but it was just THAT good. I got black rice, broccoli and half lemon chicken/ half teriyaki chicken. YUM!! I have celiac disease and Brandon needed a tasty, healthy and 100% gluten free restaurant. I have eaten here 3 times and I didn't know a place could wow me every time! I love flavorful food and not only is this food flavorful it pops in your mouth!! Baja Chicken dish amazing, Havana Pork dish (I cried a little it was so good), the Thai shrimp FIRE!!! The quality of the food is so good and nothing looks like it has been sitting. I order from the Brandon, FL location for lunch once a week on my lunch break. Recently, I reached out to them over an order snafu and they responded right away, refunded my order, and Cody, the manager, not only apologized but he acknowledged that he recognized me as a regular customer and told me he wanted to make it right. I was very impressed with the customer service and was more than satisfied with my refund and the apology I received. Today, I ordered from there again for the first time since they handled my order mishap, and attached to my lunch order was a $25 gift card. That is going above and beyond, folks!
