Easy to find location and plenty of seating. A clear and extensive menu and variety of options for making your own meal to your liking. The staff i encountered were friendly enough and the restaurant was clean. It was a bit pricey, my meal with a drink cost $18 so that was a little deterring but you get a good helping and it's all fresh ingredients.

The food was great! I compare it to like a so fresh or a fresh kitchen but in all honesty I liked this more! The service was amazing while they were talking me through ingredients since I have allergies and it was my first time there. But what I didn't like was the people in the restaurant loud there was like a friend of employees talking over the glass and people on speaker phones if not this would be a 5/5.

This was the best meal that I've had from Bolay. It was so good that Bolay will be my number 1 healthy eating place in Brandon. It's in the top 5 of the places I've eaten at in the Tampa Bay Area.

I love going to Bolay in the central FL area and tried this location for the first time. It is the cutest one I've been to! I ordered ahead and my bowl was ready when I got there. They have lots of seating options and the staff were great. I also appreciate how cautious/careful they are of a no gluten kitchen and heard them talking about this during an interview that was being conducted. Thanks Bolay for being the best:)

At first, upon entering the cafe, the food smelled so so delish! Of course I was starving and I wanted something fast and full of protein. Other than eating mexican food everyday...my thinking was.... how about Bolay as a change of pace ?? Its good and you get your moneys worth...however.... I think that the chunk of beef could be more tender and seasoned better. I'm enthusiastic about this place but it certainly won't be my first choice.

With everyone doing the fresh healthy bowl casual dining, I figured Bolay would be similar to others I have tried before. To my surprise, I tried this location in Brandon and it definitely rivaled its counterparts Fresh Kitchen. My toddler had the pesto noodles and devoured it! I didn't even need to feed her. I had their rainbow bowl and the two chicken thighs were large, juicy and flavorful. My husband had the teriyaki bowl and the chicken was the delicious and personally their sweet potato noodles were better than others. Did I mention their bowls were 100% gluten free? They allowed me to sample one of the items I wasn't sure I would like and I appreciated that.

Large bowl with teriyaki chicken and steak. Delicious!

Jut as good as Fresh Kitchen and other farm to table concept restaurants that populate the Tampa and St Pete area. I like that they have a few extra items to choose from than the others. Got a bean mixture for one of my sides that was mighty tasty! Also really enjoyed their teriyaki chicken. Service was prompt. Will be back.

Food was great! Loved it. It may look like a mess when put in one bowl but as my mother used to say "It's all going to the same place". Ample parking space which is always a plus! Service was meh but idc lol Place a clean and inviting.

The dish I ordered was very much like or would say better than the photo online. Veggies & black rice & tofu were fresh, gorgeous, cooked to perfection. The uber driver delivered to the hotel on time - great exchange. One TIP: put a few extra napkins with a fork & knife in the bags to be delivered.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was surprised how quickly I received my food. It was so delicious and filling! I ended up splitting it up between two meals because it was so filling. I always appreciate a healthy and good tasting meal. I will be back Bolay!

This bowl was amazing! The workers did not skimp on any of the proteins or toppings. Bolay is such a great healthy option and is very convenient. I got my bowl to go, but the inside of the restaurant was very clean! I will definitely be coming back.

Oh mm, no! Ordered two bowls Jasmine rice , citrus chicken , sweet potatoes and avocado Second bowl ginger broccoli, pesto noodles , tomatoes and citrus chicken All of it was extremely bland , no flavor what so ever. The pesto noodle were fridge cold, the broccoli wasn't cooked, and had 0 ginger to it. The only decent thing was the sweet potatoes Noodle bowl was tossed, and half of the other bowl Pass on this place save your $ I'll stick to fresh kitchen.

I believe it's pesto noodles nasty sticky Jazmin rice salmon w avocado

We visited on Friday, June 19th, arriving around 2:40 PM and leaving around 7:00 PM as a party of 9+. We came specifically to watch the World Cup games, enjoy food and drinks, and spend time together. We are regular customers and have generally had positive experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Our original server was great, but things changed when a new server took over our table, Miley. Communication became abrupt and unwelcoming, and we felt rushed without being given the opportunity to continue ordering. Shortly after, our checks were closed without us being asked if we wanted anything else, and our group was informed that alcohol service would no longer be provided to the entire table due to an issue involving one guest briefly stepping outside with a drink. However we heard Miley ask the original server before she took our table over if we were cut off. The original server let her know we had 2-3 drinks each. When we asked for clarification, management explained it was based on past situations where groups allegedly shared drinks after someone was cut off. We understand responsible alcohol service and fully support staff doing their job correctly, but the decision to stop serving the entire table felt inconsistent and unfair given the situation. Several guests had only one drink or very few. The situation escalated into a lengthy discussion with management, which caused us to miss a large portion of the game we came to watch. We ultimately left early and went elsewhere without issue. Overall, we were very disappointed and hope management improves consistency and communication moving forward.
