The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. I appreciated the respect, courtesy and lack of mansplaining. I also appreciate that they have a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee for their fixes.

Needed to drive home to Portland the next day to get a friend to the airport however my tire had a decent gash that wouldn't let us do that safely. So I wake up the next day and I'm putting my spare on to drive back..... when I snap off a lug in the spare. Needless to say I was pissed, it was a Sunday, and nothing was open. I made an appointment at a Les Schwab the next day and they turned me away along with one more Les Schwab!! Finally I make it to Kenmore Les Schwab and they say they can fix my tire however not the snapped off lug bolt in my spare. But they recommended me to this place and thank god they did. I call them they said they can have it out by 2:00/3:00! So I take the car there and they were super accommodating, obviously understanding I was in a stressful situation they went to work immediately. Not only that, on a lunch break, one of them went and picked up my fixed tire from Les Schwab so they could put it on themselves. They had the car out by 1:30 (earlier than expected). And we were on the road to Portland and made it to the airport in time. Whether in a pinch or not this place will provide quality and fast service, excellent prices, and hand downs honesty. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the Seattle area.

Luckily, Edgar and his team are just as reliable - very efficient and have excellent diagnostic skills. In addition to regular oil changes, I've had my spark plugs replaced here, and their pricing was even better than the dealership. They also identified a couple of maintenance issues that the dealer completely missed, though it turns out they're not urgent.
