Bill's is right on the edge of making my s**t list. The food is decent, but the service is less than appealing. I called in an order for a grilled chicken salad and the girl at the counter was so confused - she ended up putting in an order for a grilled chicken sub. When I walked in to pick it up, she handed me the sub, and then got angry when I said I'd asked for a salad. I had to explain to the girl what goes into a grilled chicken salad, and come back 20 minutes later. When I returned, the girl pointed me out to the manager who handed me my salad - apparently she didn't want to deal with me. If I were the manager, I probably would have offered something in return for the confusion. I called another time for delivery (the menu I have at home says "We deliver!" in big bold letters) and was quickly told "We don't do that." OK... On the other hand, they have been good about getting other orders filled on time. There's really not much else around, so I keep going back. Ordered from them a couple of times. Cheeseburger was OK but too much butter on the bun. Same with the hotdog buns too much butter. Also tried the Veal sub which was also ok but not very tasty. French fries are really good also. Seems as though the specialty is pizza and anything other than that is a dissapointment. read more

If you want to pass through and grab a pizza probably ok. The issue is the gyro platter and chicken tenders we ordered. Super soggy we are only 6 minutes away and generally wait for our pickup order. We order this probably once or twice a month but done at this point. For the last few months the fries in the gyro platter and tenders have been soggy and gross. Not sure what the deal is but anytime I email the management I am shut down. Hillers is good if you are in town. read more

We used to always go to Bill's but their quality has gone down while their prices have gone up. I like the new bar area but that's not enough to keep me going there. I want decent food. And Bill's isn't giving that to me anymore. The final straw was a salad I ordered to go yesterday. I got a Caesar salad with steak tips. There were a few scattered pieces of overdone and chewy steak tips over romaine lettuce, with some flavorless cheese shavings and stale tiny croutons. Part of what's so good about a Caesar salad is the flavorful parmesan cheese and big crunchy croutons. Oh, and if I order steak tips, I want a reasonable amount. Sorry Bill's Pizza. Bills is one is basically the only place to survive the center of Hopkinton, where the restaurants can never stay profitable for more than a few years before closing their doors. I've been going here for years, and it's average pizza. I have found it to be QUITE OVERPRICED lately, and thus have rolled back the number of times I will agree to go there. Like any local place, service depends on the work ethic of the local teen serving you, but overall I haven't found the guys who run the place to be too friendly, especially to the kids who throw money at them on early release days. read more

I just ordered the chicken parm dinner for takeout and to be honest I was extremely pleased (and a little surprised) at how good it was. Came with salad and breadsticks. The chicken was cut into bite size pieces and mixed into the pasta. It was delicious and I think there's enough to feel me for 2 more nights. I go to Bill's often for pizza but was pleasantly surprised at my first time ordering a dinner from them. $12.50 for this dinner and it's a lot of food. Good food. Thanks Bills! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would!!! Ordered curly fries and wings and waited patiently for 30 minutes. Went up to the counter and asked about our order and who I believe was the owner, was disrespectful and told us to stand somewhere else and wait for our food. Waited another 15 minutes and then asked one of the female workers about it and she went back and checked. Ends up our order was never put in! I totally understand it happens but I believe we could've been acknowledged prior and the man could've been more respectful... they gave us three slices of free pizza and a refund but still does not make up for how disrespected I felt and the fact that I was late for an appointment I had right after!!! Food's ok, not great, good in a pinch you might say and being there isn't much to choose from in Hopkinton for pizza. One word of caution, don't tip, especially on credit card. The owner keeps all the tips, nothing goes to the staff. read more

Better than your average neighborhood pizza place. The tomato basil pizza is very good as are the steak tips. The new interior is quite nice. They have a little bar area and a couple of tv's.
