I live up the street and stopped here while running errands in the area. Was excited at first to see a very clean area and enormous menu selection. My excitement was quickly dashed when my order took three times to get right. Cold veggie sub, toasted. Not too difficult, right? We went over it several times at the order counter: Cold veggies. Not grilled. Large sub roll, toasted. No cheese. Cost me $12.01... Arrived with hot grilled veggies. When I brought it back up to the window, she looked at me like I was crazy. "Well the red peppers and onions and mushrooms come grilled." -- I said, "Nothing grilled, please. All raw." Got the second version. Now there were mo mushrooms, and no onions. I went back to the counter again and was told, "Mushrooms don't come on this." OK, SO WHY WERE THEY ON THERE BEFORE?!? I didn't yell it, in fact I didn't even say it. I was too exasperated. She took the sub back a THIRD time and they threw some fresh mushrooms on top. Thank you. Still no onions. Come to discover, she keyed the order in ALL WRONG (see pic) -- entered as HOT SUB. No wonder he kept grilling the veggies! My lunch companion ordered a Steak Combo sub (steak & cheeses bomb), but the cheese was just melted on the bottom of the roll, not mixed with the steak like good steak n' cheese subs are made. 10 hours of he**. My 6 month old daughter me and my mom stopped in here after needing yo take my baby to her pediatrician (next door). Out of ease we saw this place was open, grabbed 4 slices of cheese 2 pepperoni. My mom and I ate the cheese and we brought the 2 home for my dad. Holy crap. At 3 pm my mom and I rushed upstairs and vomited/had loose bm all night. Neither of us had felt sick and the other person eating the pepperoni was fine. This place takes the cake as the worst pizza and pretty much everything else here, in this area. We aren't far away from this place as a workplace and they sometimes order from here for events, pizza, salads and sometimes sandwiches and anything I have tried from this place is terrible. The pizza is caked with nasty bleach white cheese and its baked on hard and the crust is gross. The service here is also a joke, since most of the staff are clueless and in all the place should be ashamed of itself for trying to service this area. Stay away. read more

The shrimp which I asked prior to order ... is it grilled .., yes I was told it is grilled. Wrong it had to have been boiled and they boiled the taste out of it. Got terrible service today at Hillers. I'm a local customer and a regular at Hillers usually. Trying to support them as a local business. But I was treated horribly by the owner herself today. The pizzas and subs are okay, mostly greasy and soggy but still tasty, but the customer service is not. Also, DO NOT ORDER GLUTEN FREE PIZZA HERE. They are not 100% gluten free and are not celiac friendly. My father has a gluten allergy and cannot eat it, and ordered a gluten free Buffalo chicken pizza, only to discover that it has breaded chicken on it therefore not making it gluten free (there is also a hair in it). When asked why they would put breaded chicken on a gluten free pizza, we were only told "that's how we make our food." Why offer something gluten free if it's not? They have done this twice in the past. Do not expect prompt delivery as well, as multiple times we have ordered delivery in the past it has been almost an hour late, once with the wrong order. Pepsi - Pepsi - Pepsi No Coke is the first thing that comes to mind at Hiller's Pizza. Food is standard Greek pizza joint with a high price and mediocre at best quality. Recently raising the prices by two bucks will do the place in. The counter staff are profoundly clueless and have serious difficulty understanding what I want. Simple... no onions which means to them extra onions. Tell them what you don't want might be better. 90 percent of the time my order is messed up. Hiller's really needs to wake up and fix the problems, they currently have a bad reputation. Start with loosing the Fox News on the huge TV polluting the minds of all. I didn't want to have to do this. I've given this place countless chances. The food simply put is BAD. The Italian sub blew me away. Somehow someway it was flavorless. This is not an easy task given the ingredients of an Italian sub. Their chicken "fingers" or "cutlets" are gross. They're giant chunks of chicken that are impossible to eat in a sub. So if you want a chicken based sub prepare for a mess. They're also a pain to cut up for a salad. The pizza is not good. Most of their pizza with toppings is completely covered in toppings. Completely overwhelming the whole pizza part of the pizza. Just a little too much for my taste. The cheese pizza flat out is not good. The subpar sauce on the decent crust with bad cheese just doesn't do it. A key theme with the food is tasteless. Beyond the food, the mobile app will nickel and dime you for every step of the way. Want sauce on a sub that doesn't come with it? Sure just pay more. It's completely ridiculous. This is just one of countless examples of stuff costing extra that I have never had to pay for elsewhere. Regarding delivery I've seen countless mistakes and customer service nightmares. But have had pleasant experiences picking up the food in person. All in all it's a tragedy that this is closest pizza place to a large office park. This restaurant has failed me every step of the way I didn't want to have to write this. But enough is enough. Avoid if you can. If you can't, get a salad. read more

Planned to go to 110 Grill but they don't allow dogs on the patio. We wandered across the lot to Hiller's. I have celiac and was pleased to see they had gluten free crust. They did warn that some of the toppings might not be gluten free. Fair enough. I got the Hiller's Special on a gluten free crust and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was so good that I actually made a point of asking where they got it, as good gluten free crust is hard to come by. They literally made no effort to answer my question, the cashier even went into the kitchen, came out and told me he couldn't find out. Um, really?? Lousy customer service, good food, but I'm more concerned about the customer service. The food is always delicious but unfortunately they can't get it together with delivery. The drivers are friendly but spread much too thin. It took nearly 2 hours for them to deliver about a mile down the road. Yeah I could have gone to pick it up, but it's Saturday and I had a couple drinks! The food was cold. They need to hire more delivery drivers. In the past (3-4 months), I've had drivers here who haven't called when delivering. I keep ordering this pizza hoping for the best. The staff is truly wonderful. And I really want it to be good. But this pizza is barely mediocre. The sauce might as well be paint--except paint has more flavor. And the crust must have powdered cardboard in it. The rest is just fine. Perfectly cooked! The crust would be so much better if they added just a bit of salt and maybe a rise so it has more flavor? Or olive oil? And the sauce definitely need actual seasonings. BEST SANDWICH EVER !!! seriously, everything was fresh, the bread was not your oversized typical sub roll where you get more bread than meat. I'm newer to Hopkinton so wasn't' around for Dino's, therefore i had no previous association with it. We've gotten Hillers probably 50 times or so since we've Moved to Hopkinton, and with the exception of the rare not great order (took forever for delivery, a bit shortchanged on the topings or sub filling), it's been very very solid. Their pizza's are really good greek style pizza that has a very consistent quality to it. Simliar amount of cheese and sauce and dough are always very consistent. Their breaded fried chicken is very good and has everything telling me they cut and bread it themselves. Everything else has been decent as well. Their prices are a touch on the high side, but are in range with the others in town. We'll keep being regulars here until proven otherwise. read more

Best chicken tenders ever! Buffalo chicken too. We order from here all the time. Online ordering is easy. Subs are great, pizza too love their sauce. Owners are always friendly. Not a complaint just an observation- Lots of young kids work the counter, good for them to learn responsibly- but teenagers are not always the most outgoing customer service agents. Been going here for a while due to lack of options, not because the food is good. Will never go back. Bought a gift card from them and was given the card and receipt. When I went to use the card, it was not activated and the # did not match the card on the receipt. Instead of questioning the staff about what could have happened, the lady (owner?) was implying I was trying to pull a fast one on them. She repeatedly told me the card was not activated and said the receipt was for a different card. I understand that but this is the card we were handed when we purchased the $40. This place has been going down hill. It is close and online ordering so I continued to order despite. Today, I ordered the same sub I always do. It was delivered wrong. No problem, it happens to all of us at some point. I called to let them know. I was told that *I* was wrong and that how they delivered is how the sub is made. Funny, online ordering I selected EXACTLY what I wanted on the sub, the tag on the outside of the sub shows exactly what should have been on the sub. Inside? If every delivery could be like the one I just received. I ordered the Gyro Platter with curly fries and onion rings online. The internet service is user friendly and I prefer it that way as our reception is horrible for phone service. The food arrived Hot & Fresh just like when you go in to pick it up. ;) They were fast and beat the estimated time. The food looked like it was ready for one of my food shoots. Everything was placed perfectly and the fries and onion rings were not overcooked. *The key to getting a similar experience is to order when they first open. The food is decent but massively overpriced. All of the small sandwiches are a minimum of $9 and they don't put enough meat on them.
