Everything drinkwise is great from this place. Obviously they are a hit because no matter when you visit there is a line to the door. Great prices. The problem is the 45 minute wait to get a smoothie. Honestly pretty ridiculous. Visited roughly 10 times and never waited less than a half hour. I would visit far more often if the wait time was less. They need to purchase more mixers or hire more people. read more

I have two favorites.....the mango milk tea with boba and lychee jelly as well as the lavender milk tea with boba! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Bomboba is the BEST place for Thai tea, Jackfruit, and Honeydew drinks! Their boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy! I love this place. Yes, they take a bit longer to make the drinks because they are always busy. Doesn't that speak volumes as to the quality?! Busy means everyone loves it. It's worth the wait to me. Finally there is a boba place by our place! Super friendly staff and it's a cute little place too. This is a good place to go and just hang out and have a relaxing night with friends. Good Bubble tea, I would recommend the Blueberry Milk tea and Thai Milk tea. They offer board and card games which is a nice add on.

Great place with great people. A community group called Streetpass Arizona had a event there where we played handheld games all day together. And never once did an employee bat a bad eye or ask us to stop what we were doing. The food was good and I ordered two special drinks, on the second drink a employee recommended a drink to me and it was super delicious. This says the the employees are involved with their work and happy to assist tastes and other preferences. So again, it's a way cool atmosphere and a way cool experience. I highly recommend a visit. You won't be disappointed by their drinks or service. Though keep in mind the food is mostly appetizer stuff and they specialize in drinks rather than food. However my popcorn chicken was plenty and the house sauce they gave was killer! MMMmmm BOBA TEA! read more

Definitely not the best boba in the area. Ordered a Taro Milk Tea with boba. They are supposed to chill the boba before adding them to cold drinks but the boba was hot which made my tea lukewarm. It was better after I had it in the fridge for a few hours. My husband ordered a strawberry smoothie and it didn't taste like strawberries at all, more like raspberries or blackberries. I really love getting boba drinks here and most of the workers are friendly and smile but the place isn't very clean. The tables are usually dirty and have sticky rings on them and the floor doesn't look like it gets swept. The last time I went in, there were a few flies around and I had to keep moving cause they were bothering me. I wouldn't stay and hang out inside after getting my drink. read more

I'm not saying the drinks are bad, but the ratio of drink to ice is ridiculous. Would you like some tea with your ice? Is what thinking in my head when I first got to drink there. a friend told me to check this place out as a late night hang out. uhhhh service sucked. I'll just stick with getting my bobas elsewhere. on top of that, I would veer away from the fro yo! we got some calamari that were pretty tasty though ! there wasn't really anywhere to hang so I wouldn't say that this is an ideal place to bring a large group. the place is kind of small. read more

We go for the boba milk teas and almost always order the same drinks. Boba is always cooked perfectly, and drinks are pretty consistently good. Some other places I've tried around the valley don't have consistently good boba pearls (can be mushy, crumbly, and soft if not cooked well or not fresh) or have drinks that are too sweet or powdery tasting. I do note that Bomboba drinks sometimes seem to have too much ice and make you feel like there should be more liquid. I'd still call it one of the top 2 options for boba on the west side. I really like this place. I've lived in Phoenix my entire life so I can't sit here and complain that it's not as good as all these other places... but I think it's good. They have a really big menu, anywhere from milk teas, fruit teas, snow, slushes... The pineapple slush is really good and refreshing. The only thing I would complain about is it takes a long time to get your drink. I think I waited 10 minutes last time to just get 2 drinks, and they weren't THAT busy. But they do have plenty of things to do while you wait, watching tv, listening to the music, or using their free wifi. The last time I went, there was a new girl working... you could tell she was new because she wasn't really familiar with the menu. I asked for a Thai Tea Boba blended, and she told me they could only do it iced. Obviously not the case because a) I've had it like 4 times before, and b) IT'S ON THE MENU. LOVE this place! My sister moved right around the corner from them and we decided to check it out. The vibe is really fun... they play club music and have about a million different drink choices! This place would do if I was in the mood for a milk tea and didn't want to drive more than 30 minutes away. It's halfway decent, but not as good as the more Asian-y boba places in the area around Mesa. Also, the prices are slightly higher here. I ordered the ginger milk tea with less sugar and it had sufficient tea flavor. It was definitely sweet enough, so I would imagine it would probably be over sweetened if I had gone with the normal sweetness. It seems like it'd be a cool place to sit and chill if you were in the younger crowd. One thing I didn't like was the clientele that was hanging around when I was there. Sooooo......Boba smoothies.....yea....weird! This is my first time trying these slimy little Boba balls and I have to say, I don't get it!? On the plus side, at least they don't have much flavor to them they're just chewy little gummy balls. I will say though, the actual smoothie was amazing!!! I had the Orange Rocket smoothie with Boba and I was fighting my way around those little balls to enjoy the smoothie. It was so good. I will definitely go back for just a smoothie. I have been there tree time already and every time I went there, I ordered different. Mostly I ordered milk tea and it tasted just like water. The third time I ordered pistachios milk tea of course it tasted like water but worse than that I got diarrhea. On that early day, didn't have anything before that milk tea. And it is expensive too $6 something for large. Next time I just go get Starbucks instead. read more

Love this boba spot. The ambience is great and the people behind the counter are awesome. As huge boba fan, i still get indecisive when it comes to ordering that perfect flavor. They see it in my eyes and are more then willing to help a guy out. Huge selection to choose from of course and that also includes the perfect selection of solid food to munch on. Not that big of a coffee fan to hangout at Starbucks to read, but can see myself chilling hear for a read or getting work done. Cant Lie, I was pretty excited they had a punch card...I will definitely be getting my share of free boba. Cant stress how awesome they do that. Happy to of found this place for sure. read more

I dislike that their drinks are never consistent. I would order the same thing over and over again, but it's different every time. Or when I requested something out, they would forget. They do help us in correcting the order and give us another drink, which is cool and all, but they take quite a bit to do a couple of drinks. I understand that they can be busy, but one time, there were literally 5 people in the place and it took 30 minutes just to get the drinks. Everyone else only had 2 or 3. I really like this place because their boba is on point, but sometimes I just don't want to go because of all the mistakes. The best thing about this place is customer service. read more

The service and variety are great. I tried a raspberry boba drink for the first time and enjoyed it, but I wasn't blown away. I would like to see a bigger variety. It's good, but could be better. Especially of the actually teas. Will definitely return though to try some more flavors. read more

Service was great, but Bubble tea was not worth it. The boba black milk tea didn't even taste like tea. I only tasted milk .

This place is awesome! So far I've only tried the milk tea and Thai tea. And they make it very well. Not a big fan of the boba. Also tried their squid nuggets, FYI: these are not appetizer fried squid balls like the ones at boba tea house, these are actually a stir fry with squid balls, mushrooms, and bell peppers. They need rice to go with it. I still need to try their honeydew and avocado snow! If they do those right, then this place is perfect!! read more
