The menu here is HUGE, even the employees don't know the menu themselves. They don't have descriptions of their drinks so I asked an employee for the ingredients in two drinks and they had no idea! I love this place! The staff and atmosphere are amazing!!!Whenever I come in, everyone always treats my daughter and I like family. I used'to go to their first location, but since opening this one, I've been in here almost everyday because it's closer for me. You can tell they really care about their customers and product. Finally decided to stop in for the first time with my husband. Love that they're open late. They have so much selections, it was hard to decide what we wanted! I had the Thai Milk Tea with boba and my husband had the Taro Snow with boba. Both were bomb it didn't take long for them to hand us our goods, less than 5 minutes after we paid. Finally found a boba place I actually like in Arizona! First time trying this place today. Got the Thai Iced Tea with boba, Mango Slushy, and Lychee Black Tea with boba. The boba was on point. Atmosphere here is fun, the wait is a little long but thats okay, they are actually making your drink, and not pre-made. So I don't mind the wait at all. From my last experience at the old bomboba spot, I like this place better. Closer to my place, the worker here is welcoming, and they seem like they like their job! I visited Bomboba for the first time today and got 3 medium drinks and 1 large ($21.) There were tons of boba in each drink and I really enjoyed my Thai tea with boba, but I agree with many of the other reviews, the place is very dingy and needs better upkeep. Just like any other new businesses there will be challenges, obstacles, and hardship in the first time. People can be so harsh and expect everything to be so perfect. Gave bomboba a second chance and man its like night and day service was faster, quality of the drinks improved a lot.Their pudding drinks in my opinion tops yo&i house special. Bomboba version is perfect not too sweet just right. Everyone has different taste prefences some like it super sweet and some dont. I like the food they serve here the appetizers and even the entrees. The pad thai is pretty good and the fried rice. The owners and workers are friendly. Even Jorge knew i needed water without even asking him when i was eating the pad thai. Devon is very friendly and outgoing person. Hes going to get us fat lol! Were here practically every other day. Always bring my daughter and gf here as well as friends. Its a chill spot. The boba is always fresh and the smoothies are good. Gotta try green target and missile mango. Matcha green tea is so good and the potted brown sugar milk tea is also a creative looking drink and flavorful as well. Now the only complaint i have of this place is i wish thet can incorporate isis method of payments, take american express and i wish it was bigger to make room for couches and other chairs for people to sit in.
