Brooke has a great little shop here! I love the new colors scheme! I spent a bunch of time in here over the weekend with a friend visiting from out of town and had a blast. She has all kinds of great clothes at wonderful prices. The beauty of this place is you are going to get something no one else has and pay a great price for it. I usually stop here every time I'm in Downtown Campbell even if it's just to browse. Every time they have new selections and the latest styles, colors, etc. Everything from cocktail dresses to simple tees and everything in between. The shop is always neat and tidy although sometimes a bit warm (I don't think there is AC), there is never a wait for dressing rooms and all of the staff are extremely helpful without being pushy or annoying. Prices are reasonable for the area and the fact that it is a small business. What really made me write this review was my recent encounter with the owner, Brooke. I had seen an Instagram picture she posted of a dress that was really cute however I knew I wasn't going to be able to get down there so I emailed her (email address in her Instagram bio) asking all about it. She got back to me right away and unfortunately the dress had already sold out. A few days later I was able to make it down to the store and check out some other options she had suggested that were similar. I came away with a gorgeous backless maxi that was even better than the original one I saw as well as a cute tank top. For the trouble, she also sent me some perks which was really thoughtful. I can't believe I've not written a review for this place as I've been shopping at Bombshell since before it moved to the Courtyard shops. I've bought a bunch of stuff from here: jewelry, bags, tank tops, lingerie... both for me and as gifts for others. Brooke is very enthusiastic, helpful and fun! She truly believes in her merchandise and takes a lot of pleasure in helping you find the right piece. This is a tiny lil boutique in Campbell that always has something to make you look cute. The clothes are a tad on the slutty cute side.. But It 's a perfect place to find a top or a dress when you are in a pinch or a hurry. The prices are very affordable compared to the other uppity boutiques in downtown Campbell, so that is a huge plus. So so disappointed! Been shopping there almost every week. Wanted to return an item which I had not worn, tag still on. Because it was few days after their 10 day policy they were not willing to exchange. Was about to spend another couple of hundreds. Horrible policy. NEVER going back. Bad customer service. I think this store is great, everyone I have referred here loves it and keeps coming back. The owner works harder then anyone I know to keep her store stocked and current. Its rare that you have people come back to a store not only for the items in the store but for the actual person running the place. this day in age customer service goes a long long way, especially with the econimic downturn. people have been more careful where they spend their hard worked money. so when i walked into this store, like any other customer, i expected to be greeted. but that wasn't the case. i walked in, perused for at least 20 minutes and nothing. not even "hey". pretty lame. they have pretty cute stuff. but i guess they felt that i didn't meet their "bombshell" standards. which, at the end of the day, is fine with me. i'd rather shop at nordstrom anyway. screw you guys. read more

I really like this little boutique! I came here during Big Bands and BBQ on Saturday and saw a few things I fell in love with! The owner is really sweet and friendly.. A fellow yelper told me to check out this place because I've been shopping for dresses for my vegas trip. I was very excited because I love boutique, but was left dissapointed. The boutique is way too small, with a very small selection. The dresses weren't unique. The dresses that I can find at forever21 but with a more expensive price tag. I did find a really cute coat, but it was short sleeve =/, i know it wouldn't have been useful at all in the winter, and it would prob be too hot for summer haha. and the price didn't help either... it was around 80 bucks. so I had to pass. I came in to the store this afternoon. From the get go, the sales associate did not acknowledge me and a few other patrons. I went on my business and selected a few pieces to try on. The owner definitely has an eye for style and I love the clean and neat display. However, that's where the positives end. When I approached the sales associate about using a fitting room, both of the fitting rooms were full, and so she offered to hold on to my selection until a fitting room becomes available. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one finally became available. The Sales Associate approached me and openly asked another lady and I which one of us came first. I told her I wasn't sure, and said to the other patron that she could go first out of courtesy. The patron DID NOT thank me or at the very least acknowledge me for the gesture. Not that I expect anything from a stranger because I understand, not everyone were taught good mannerisms and etiquette, but I think what made it worse was that the Sales Associate did not say anything and I saw that the other patron did not even have her selections held up front for her while she waited. Frankly, I think the sales associate should have kept track of which patron came in first or at least who approached her first. If the owner is reading this feedback, please consider retraining your staff. read more

I live in Campbell, it so nice to have a variety of clothing to pick from and not have to hassle with the mall parking. The sales staff is always helpful and they are up to date on the latest trends. Often times boutiques can be overly pricey. This one however is very reasonable. While strolling around today I found a few tops that were really cute and interesting for around $30-40. There was also a sales rack outside with things marked an extra 30% off. The store is well organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely a place worth checking out.
