The cherry on top is the excellent customer service. I recently attended a black tie event and needed a dress appropriate for the occasion. One of the associates, Morgan in particular, was extremely supportive with this quest. From providing different options, making recommendations and helping me find the correct size, she was a gem! I've since attended the event and absolutely in love with the dress I chose. Huge thanks to Morgan as I couldn't have done this without her!

It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I stopped by this small business a couple weeks ago and everything was as expected, prices of items…read morewere pretty high and especially for San Jose but nothing unexpected. I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.

The gatekeeping self-importance was off the charts. With S: A bliss of ease, peace and joy. The tranquil smile on her face was gold. Polite, easygoing and relaxed. Not a word of mentioning final sale nor stamping on receipt. She simply doesn't GAF. Got my digital receipt too. It was swift and smooth. It's the norm that most stores don't accept return on final sales. The more you accentuate it, the more contemptible it becomes. Even if customer attempts to return, so what? If you don't like to deal with people, you shouldn't be in service industry. I prefer to interact with the friendly staff.

She helped me pick out plants for my fireplace and I bought four lovely 3" ceramic planters that were on sale for $4 each! Stephanie and I chatted for a bit while I was checking out. Lovely conversation and experience. She packed everything beautifully for me since I bought a lot and she knew plants were going to be in my car for a bit. I enjoyed my experience a lot and came back a couple weeks later. Her partner was there and it was still a great experience -- I bought a couple more things. So far, I've bought multiple plants, planters, rings, and stickers from here and all have been great quality. 10/10 recommend checking out.

Since I don't usually shop at Ross for clothes or eclectic merchandise I went to their perfume counter to see if I could find any decent Men's colognes but I didn't, I found a few overlooked gems but they didn't warrant spending money on, so I went to the food counter. I spotted a few chocolates at a great price so I bought them. I think it was money well spent and I'm glad I was able to find such buys at a great price here. One more thing... a Yelp reviewer who reviewed this Ross ( Steve M. ) mentioned racial discrimination by this Ross against " Mexican-American's "... I too am Latino and I felt like they were looking at me funny and were scrutinizing me as if to determine if I would cause a problem or not ( i.e., THEFT ) and the security guard wasn't blatant enough to follow me around ( I definitely would have said something if he did, I AM A PARALEGAL AND I KNOW MY RIGHTS AS A CITIZEN ) so this Ross ought to do a better job of TRYING to disguise their Loss Prevention team and practices, cos they could get in a lot of trouble if they were so bold as to accuse anybody of a crime which could be construed as a violation of one's civil liberties. I'm just sayin'... ;)

I grabbed a shopping cart and checked the place out. For such a large store they sure don't have much in it. Most of the shelves barely had anything on them. They did have clothes but nothing stood out to me. There was a small Valentine's Day section at the front of the store. There were a few cute things. I ended up leaving and waiting at the salon for my appointment. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. The prices didn't seem as good as Marshall's or Homegoods.
