Amazing service and hospitality. In town from L.A. and decided to have a spa day with my fiance. We were greeted and serviced by Kim & Mia and they're so nice and courteous. We arrived at noon but they had a 12p that arrived late so they offered us water bottles and advised they'll be able to help us in a few minutes. Wasn't a hassle at all because of the free WiFi and amazing spa massage chairs. Due to the short wait they offered us the $30 hot oil spa pedicures that included a massage, hot oil treatment, nail glossing and all. We all had a great time discussing business and their remodeling plans and from the spoilers they gave us, I will make another trip to Vegas soon to see it. The job Kim done on my feet was superb! I called to see if they could schedule me in for a deluxe spa pedicure with gel. I was able to get an appointment that was within 15minutes of making the call. When I got there, I checked in and washed my hands. Nancy did my service. Man, was I blown away. Nancy is amazing. She gave me the best pedicure experience I've ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and checked to see if I was ok throughout the service. She did not rush through the service. The massage was my absolute favorite part. Let me start by saying the salon made me and my friend feel so welcome. They were extremely all friendly, and thorough the entire time. They made sure that we were satisfied. The place is extremely clean. Everything was Covid safe. There was plexiglass to ensure we felt comfortable. The way they did my nails was amazing. The mail polish lasted for so long. I typically have my gel off in three days but not here. It stayed on for over 2 weeks I was impressed ( I work in a pharmacy for me that's long because I'm always having to use alcohol and washing my hands ). During my trip to Vegas, I made sure I came here. Based off of the reviews and photos from here on Yelp, I was so excited to get my nails done here. Something I don't even do in Seattle! When we first walked in, we were greeted right away by Tina who told us it'd be a few minutes but to sign in. This is something I appreciate! I can't even begin to tell you how many time I've went to a nail shop where I was told to "wait 5 minutes" and ended up waiting for a half hour and watching people who came after me get in for their service before me. Right away, my friend was taken back to get her mani/pedi and I was able to set down and get my full set of glitter gel nails. Tina was really nice and made a good amount of conversation during my service. As far as the actual job she did on my nails, I give her a 3.5 rating out of 5. My biggest annoyance and pet peeve when getting my nails done (which isn't often) is making sure my nails are all put on straight and that if I'm getting any sort of coloring, that no spot is missed or is colored on one side more than the other. Tina missed a few areas that aren't noticeable if someone was to look quickly, but I notice the areas which is an annoyance to me and something I wish I was able to look past, but can't! Other than that, I really liked this place and would probably go back if I was ever in Vegas and wanted cool nails. It is a bit pricey though. I wanted to add jewels and charms, but everything is an additional $5-10 more *per nail* and I already paid $60 for my nails, along with $12 for a tip. Didn't seem worth it to have some jewels put on for $20 when I can go to a drug store and glue some on myself. Tina was also really kind and offered me a drink multiple times. She gave me a coke! Whaaaat? Something other than water and tea? I like it! Haha. I received multiple compliments on my nails while in Vegas. Glitter nails seem to be popular down there, especially for the cocktail waitresses. But gee, ya don't say?! lol read more

I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I got there on time and they took me right away to the chair for the pedicure. The nail technician used a Dremmel tool for the rough areas on my feet like the heel and side of my foot (and no, my feet are not Shrek-like to need machinery lol). That was the first time I ever had a machine used on my feet. At one point, I felt a slight burn on my feet and I jumped at the pain. I was fine but I asked her not to use the tool any more. The nail techinician seemed very unsure of herself and that lack of confidence made me leave. I left without getting a manicure. I would not go back. I don't know if they normally use a Dremmel but between that and the techinician, I didn't have a good experience. read more

Nail time is thee best time lol... I've been going to CC Nails for about a year now. I love it's location. It's in the same plaza as BJ's and Twin Peaks; so it's great to grab a bite or a beer right after you get your nails done. I usually come here for pedis, and I love getting them done by Kim. She knows how to shape nails really well, and she treats my cuticles ever so gently. They're practices look pretty clean, however, I've never really asked; but I've seen them clean the bowls and tools after every usage, which is nice. Treatments are fairly priced. Came here because it was highly rated on yelp, but trying to figure out why. Maybe it's because most of the reviews on here are for acrylics, gel, fills and i just wanted a normal mani/pedi?? Idk. When sitting for my pedi, there was a menu for the list of spa pedicures and i wanted the aromatherapy one (i think it was $45?), but my nail tech never asked which one i wanted and i just automatically received the basic pedicure ($30). Oh well, they didnt want my extra $15, thats fine. No complaints there. I love that they have a couple of walls full of nail polish choices but some were too high to get unless you were more than 8 foot tall. The pedicure was just ok. The chair was comfy. It had a remote to get a massage, but the screen was broken so i couldnt see what i was choosing and ended up turning it off because i couldnt figure it out. I also liked how there was a tv to watch and loved that it was set on the food network channel! One thing that almost made me change my mind about getting a pedicure is that there were no basin liners where you soak your feet, which means if they don't clean it very well, thats when those nail salon infections occur, just saying. Nevertheless, i gave them the benefit of the doubt since ratings were high. I had an older asian man who took a while for the whole experience. I dont mind if people take their time as long as the work is great quality which it lacked. Unfortunately, he left nail polish on my skin (which i didnt notice until i was in my car and side note: he put my own slippers on first THEN applied the nail polish, which i've never experienced before... not saying its a bad thing, just kind of different?!) and the nail polish application isn't as great as other nail salons. My mani was just ok, too.i couldve used a bit more snippage on my cuticles and i also have nail polish on my skin. His arm/hand massage was great though! Nice and firm! It was quite relaxing! He was nice, just not the quality i expected from a highly rated yelp. Since the check-out girl asked how everything was, i did let her know i had nail polish on my skin (at the time i only noticed the polish on my fingertips and cuticles on both hands, not my toes). i appreciate the offer to get someone to take the nail polish off my skin, but i was running late to my next appointment, so i didnt have the time. I dont think i'll be back. Everyone was nice though. I just dont think $48 plus tip was worth it at all. read more

Peter did great!! Okay..... Now $65 for a ombré toe (big toe) with regular gel pedicure set.. I HATE IT.. I wish I would've gotten the ladies name that did it so that I can spare you the outrage... She left me with nubs as nails and didn't listen TWICE resulting in it having to be re-done.. I will definitely go back for Peter to do my hands but I will definitely go somewhere else for a pedi.. The price for their gel pedi is usual but the work is unexceptionable and could have had my 2 yr old daughter trim my nails to nothing and save $65.. Last but not least, I got a run down on what everything would cost prior to even touching the seat. Was told $120 And ended up paying $130.. I usually visit this store every 2-3 weeks. And, this by far, is my favorite nail salon. I rely on them to do an amazing job every time! Inside, it really doesn't smell like acrylic probably because the store is kept immaculately clean. And, I've noticed they air out the store every night. Upon picking a polish, they have a myriad of colors available in gel and acrylic. While other places stop accepting customers 30 minutes before they shut down, they take new customers until they close for the evening. Most of the workers are pretty quiet, but I'm totally fine with this. They all seem to be really dedicated to satisfying their customers. I finally found my nail salon! Tiffany did my nails the other day and she was so awesome. She was welcoming, nice and really mastered her craft. I selected a light pink polish. After a few coats she asked me if I liked it and I told her that I didn't like how sheer the pink was appearing so she selected another pink that was just one shade darker, tested it on my nails then after I said yes she put two more coats on my nails until I was happy. I've been to many salons before and the nail technicians never ask me if I'm happy with what they're doing. At other salons, I usually have to stop look at my nails mid process to evaluate what they are doing while they look at me annoyed. After doing some research, CC Nail Spa seems to have the best price/quality for gel manicures in Vegas. I called CCs on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get the 2 of us in for a gel manicure within 3 hours. The shop is clean and has 10+ seats for manicures and just as many seats for pedicures. The staff weren't the most talkative, but they were not unfriendly. No one seemed to have been offered any water, although they had a purifier in the back. My one color gel manicure was $30. They had a ton of colors and designs to choose from. I wasn't a big fan of any of the designs they had. You may want to do the research yourself. The lotion they used on my hands smelled weird to me.. Maybe bring your own? haha. I will update my review on how they hold up later. Hopefully they last a while :) read more

This salon was recommended by a friend, and I will never come back. I requested a simple dip, had no polish or anything on my nails when starting and my cuticles were destroyed by this woman. I have bleeding, scabbed cuticles on 7 of my 10 fingers. She also tried to tell me I was good to leave without a top coat.
