Don't go. Kidding! Lily and T are amazing! I get my biweekly mani usually with Lily, but have had T a few times work in my scary feet, as has Lily. Super friendly, attentive, o time, and accommodating always! Everyone there is so sweet!

I wish I could give five stars because I had high hopes. Making a reservation was so easy and I didn't have to wait a single minute to get in. It's in a decent location which makes it easy to stop by if you're running errands. It's a pretty big place compared to most nail salons and very inviting. My gel manicure was a little disappointing. She did the exact design I asked for which I was so grateful for but it didn't last more than two days and it wasn't very clean looking. The lines along my skin were bumpy. I was really happy with the colors and design though and the manicurist was kind. Prices were about the same as others in town. They have plexiglass dividers and of course everyone was wearing a mask.

The red marks on my feet were from the nail tech. My second toe is swollen and irritated.

Update: I spoke with one of the female managers about my experience. She informed me that the specific nail technician had some issues going on at home and apologized for her behavior. She explained that she couldn't give me a refund, but asked me to come back for another service to make up for my bad experience. So I booked another pedicure after I got back from my race, and was super excited to give them another shot. While I do not expect much from anyone, I had expected that if the manager was inviting me back, that this would be a complimentary service. I was wrong. It was not. So at the end of the pedicure I thank my nail technician and hand him a cash tip and begin to walk out. And then he informs me that I still need to pay for the service. I guess it shouldn't be surprised. I will say that he is amazing, I believe his name is T. But, had I known this was not a complimentary service, I wouldn't have booked it. I feel a bit duped, and now out $50 I wasn't planning on spending.

My actual nail is still showing with a fresh full set just up on and the paint does not go all the way to the edge of the acrylic.

I came to see KAT to do my nails all the way from Orange County. There's a big buzz about her. She is so sweet and patient. I've always seen amazing work done by her and now I get the chance to try it out. She let me pick out which crystals and charms I wanted. She really took her time to do each nail perfectly to my liking. She made it to where my hair doesn't get stuck. I wasn't too sure if my picks would match but she is so creative that she turned my picks into amazing nail art! I've been getting compliments and Wow's everywhere I go! read more

My first and only trip to this place was about 2 months ago, but I am just getting around to making a review. I was in the mood for some flashy nails which I can't really get at my normal nail salon, so I figured I'd give this place a shot... 1) The staff was nice 2) It is a bit pricey..but hey, it's Vegas. 3) My nails looked good, BUT I gave the technician a photo before he began and my finished nails looked NOTHING like what I asked for...which is why they didn't get a higher rating from me. I'm all for second chances, and would possibly try them again when in the mood for some dramatic nail art... other than that I may stick with my usual. read more

Peter did such an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure! He was very patient with me while I was deciding on colors and details. There are so many colors to choose from for regular nail polish The salon is very clean and all the utensils are sterilized and opened in front of you. If you forget to bring your flip flops don't let that stop you because they have flip flops for purchase in store. The massage chairs for pedicure are comfortable. Peter had very good attention to detail and was able to do my manicure exactly how I wanted it by showing him a picture. I have been to different salons and have had my share of not so good gel manicures/pedicures, but I am very happy to say this is a place I would happily come back to (^_^). Perhaps bring some headphones or something to read :). read more

I've been looking around for about two months to find a high quality nail salon to come to that doesn't charge outlandish prices for their services, and I'm so stoked to have found it. Super close to my boyfriend's house in Henderson, so I can easily make a trip over for a mani or pedi when I'm on this side of the valley. The spa itself is huge, very clean, and has very modern spa equipment. There's a very relaxing vibe here. Tina was the tech who helped me today and she did a fast, thorough, and fantastic job! Super nice & friendly. Very attentive. Janelle did my toes and she was the best. It's like she knew what I liked, from the super hot water to the right massage all over my legs and feet. Most places are inconsistent from leg to leg, and do random shit, plus some odd pounding all over. Janelle was perfect. I wanted to tell her I'd like to divorce my husband and propose to her but I didn't want to scare her off. ;-) read more

I had a facial with Trisha & it was amazing! Her room is so calm and serene and she took the time to assess my skin. She walked me through each of the things we were going to be doing & made sure I was comfortable. I was a walk in and they got me in within in 5 minutes. Really liked the vibe of the place, however the guy who did my nails didn't know how to properly put the acrylic on and it was so messy he spent a lot of time filing them down. He ended up causing me to bleed. It's been about two days now and it still looks like this and hurts. Everyone is really friendly here tho. read more

Cute little place. Very clean. However, it is NOT FAST. Came with a friend and they started on my pedicure right away. She waited in the spa chair next to me the whole time I got mine done. Then they started on her pedicure. Then they did her nails. We have spent about 2 hours here and her nails still aren't done. Cute but feels like a LONG time for nails when we have places to be - like the pool and casino! read more

I came in around 4:30pm and was greeted right away. A nice lady was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job on my Gel French Manicure. Didn't get her name but I will next time! She took her time and really made sure my nails were spiffy! That made me content as all I ask for at a nail salon is someone who actually cares about giving me a great manicure. It was refreshing to experience and is a stark contrast to the rushed and indifferent nail techs I've been to before. Bonus Points: - Tools are sanitized and washed after every use (witnessed myself) - Have great quality polishes. - Nice and friendly staff that is attentive - Reasonably priced for the work they do. I will definitely be making this my go-to nail salon and I'll be sure to get my nail tech's name the next time! She is awesome! read more

Precautions are amazing! Only wish they had more time to clean up their area in between clients. I don't want to sit somewhere someone else's nail clippings, left overs, etc. it's usually not bad, but it's noticeable. Customer service is great, Raven is an amazing nail tech. read more

She is super sweet and friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable during your service. They use hard wax only, which is a strip free wax that is much gentler on the skin. You feel waaaay less discomfort with hard wax because it does not pull on your skin like the strips do. I usually see Lucy, I've seen Nikki quite a few times, and I recently had Kiki do my Brazilian. They all work at a perfect pace which allows them to efficiently wax you while also making it a quick process -- I always want to be done as quick as possible lol!! You can tell how much Lucy enjoys her business and her clients. She always goes over aftercare and what to expect after your service, even if you've heard it already. They also send out reminder emails a couple days after your service to remind you to start exfoliating then! The booking is online through Vagaro, it's very easy to book and cancel or reschedule if needed. I've booked last minute appointments a few times and have always been able to find one on short notice. They've got a rewards program which basically equates to a free wax per year. The place is always clean and bright, with happy music playing. The only thing I wish they had were walls that go all the way up to the ceiling to make each room completely private. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

If you go in for any service before one pm,they give you a 20% discount .The chairs are comfortable ...the wall art was nice ...and the fountains created a relaxing vibe . the employees pay attention to there customers ..and don't text on there phones or ignore you. I've been to a few places where the people watch tv,text and don't pay attention to my nails and end up cutting me with the electronic filer . not fun... I've had a tradition for the last 12 years to celebrate my birthday with a sister's weekend, traveling someplace new every year. Traditionally, we always get pedicures! This is by far the best place I've gone to in twelve years. The staff was super friendly, interactive, and happy! When they found out it was my birthday, they secretly went to the French bakery next door, got me a slice of cake, put a candle in it, and sang to me. I felt very special. This nail salon is clean, uncluttered, and surprisingly large. Service was great. They are very friendly and kind people. I came in at around 6:15, had to wait a bit due to short staff, but they still took care of my full set and pedicure even though they close at 7pm. Most nail salons would send you the other way.
