It was once deep-friend and crispy, until it took a teriyaki-soak and gave up all its moisture in the form of condensation. R.I.P.

Bon Teriyaki used to be one of my childhood favorites. They've been 'round a bit. Imagine my excitement when they finally got on board with Grubhub. Trash. Trash service. Trash food.

Came here on a whim while waiting for my car to get service at the Gresham Toyota Dealership. I was very pleased with the customer service and daily specials. Food for take out took about 5-10 minutes at 11:30am on a Friday morning. One other person came in to order to go as I was waiting for my food. Yakisoba noodles had a great bite to them and the chicken was nicely charred. Definitely recommend this spot!

Chicken and Beef What was under the very little food you got. What a rip.

Really disappointed with this place. Ordered chicken and beef. As I waited I seen a whole bunch of chicken on the grill with an empty restaurant. Was like damnit. Premise food. You come to these places to get freshly made food. Beef was not quite mushy but zero chew. No grill marks from an open flame. Chicken was dry. Go figure. Bottom of tray was layered with at least inch of rice. To make it appear you were getting your moneys worth. Sauces just weren't that good. Got teriyaki sauce and spicy sauce for chicken. Blah. Hope I don't get sick. FACK. Was just coming to this area for little Caesar pizza for the kids and I was going to stop by Popeyes. Damn line was here to the freeway. It's chicken sandwich people. Anyways this was Popeyes fault I had to eat this shiz!

Gross egg rolls, dry katsu chicken, meh yakisoba, veggies and rice.

This place was a waste of time. It was beyond mediocre. We should have gone away when the worker was referring to food as OK and she really only eats the chicken and vegetables. But we still got a to-go order because we were hungry. We got the spring or egg rolls and it was literally what you buy in the freezer aisle at an exorbitant price. The yakisoba was very meh and the katsu chicken was dry and flavorless. We quit eating the rice after an unknown substance was seen. The veggies were really good, the girl was right about those! We will not be going back even though we live super close.

    Yummy!

A reliable and trusted favorite for many years. Friendly staff and great food. Quiet indoor dining area and quick to-go service.

The two vegetarians options were "tofu"- plain, uncooked tofu with nothing on it, and "vegetable bowl" a pile of steamed cabbage over rice.

Probably the best ramen I have ever had, and I have had a lot. Not too salty, full of flavor, and a nice portion. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and there were already some customers, but overall it was not busy. The staff greeted us right away and took us to our booth. The ladies were very accommodating with my friend's toddler by helping us get a child seat, a kid's drink, and a cute set of Peppa Pig training chopsticks. Needless to say, the kid loved it. One thing worth mentioning is their decoration. It's definitely meant to be maximally decorated with cuteness. On their feature wall, they had floor-to-ceiling shelves displaying Dragon Ball figurines. The rest of the restaurant was decorated with a lot of cute cat decorations. Also, there's no way you would miss the moving ramen advertising light box as it pulls the noodles up and down, grabbing your full attention. Seriously, I could stare at that machine for days. We ordered a black garlic ramen, miso ramen, and a chicken stir-fried noodle, and liked them all. The black garlic ramen has a layer of black garlic oil on top, making it look much darker and intimidating. To our surprise, the garlic flavor was subtle, so it was easy to eat. My miso ramen had a rich broth with two generous portions of chashu, with various toppings including corn, bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, and green onion. I had no problem finishing the entire bowl. We also got a bowl of stir-fried chicken noodles, and it was very generously portioned and tasted good. It was savory with a bit of sweetness. It was a big hit with my friend's toddler, as she kept asking for more. Overall, we liked this ramen shop. Not only does it have good food, it also has fun decorations to keep your eyes busy. If you are in the area and craving some ramen, we would recommend Muteki Ramen and Izakaya!

The ambiance is pretty quiet and private where you can enjoy your food. We got the spicy wontons, friend rice, and spicy miso soup. The rice was really good. The spicy wonton sauce was delicious. The miso soup had flavor but I do wish it had more toppings.

Thought I wouldn't like the slaw because I usually hate coleslaw but it was unlike any American slaw I've ever had. This location is also a bit small so not really suitable for big groups. We came on a Friday for lunch and there's only 1 kiosk so it takes a while for big groups to order and I don't think they have a person starting another order if it gets too busy. They were out of a couple of the drinks for the kids menu, which was okay because there were 2 other options. Not once did the staff interact with us or say hello to us. The wait time for the food was ok but the server basically ran and threw the food at our table without ever saying anything to us. I ordered a pork katsu sandwich and the pork was VERY dry. I also ordered it normal but when she threw it on the table, she mumbled something "it's not spicy" and but there was clearly some red powder on it and looked like my friend's sandwich that she ordered spicy. We went up to ask the girl and she said they accidentally put the powder on but it's not spicy and that was it. She didn't apologize or offer to exchange it. I think it's unacceptable behavior and I was in disbelief. They were also out of ketchup and we had a whole table of French fries with the kids meals... I have been to the other location a few times and the food and service was good as far as I can remember, but this location is horrible. I will never come back again and will tell all my friends and family about my experience. 2/9- I emailed the business owner like he requested but never got a reply. Don't need to tell me to reach out if you don't care to email back. Thanks.
