Found this place on yelp and have been going her for two years. The women in here know how to hem pants with the original hem well and are extremely nice and professional. They listened to me when I told them that I wanted my pants to be long because I wear heals with them. When I got my pants home they were a few dollars more than I had been expecting to pay but the length was perfect, therefore worth it. read more

I was looking to get a suit altered on short notice (10 days) since my usual tailor ended up going out of town. I used the "get a quote" feature on yelp to contact several tailors in my area and received quick responses from most. While most tailors said that they couldn't do it, Bruce responded fairly quickly saying that he would take a look. After looking, the only thing that needed to be done was getting the pants hemmed and he was able to take care of it in within the next few days. Overall a great experience. read more

I have an od brown coat which is very warm, and great in cold weather. But its zipper was broken, and the coat itself really needed cleaning. I looked up their ratings on Yelp.com and found many favorable reviews of them. I don't live far from there, so I took my coat and went there to have them clean it and put in a new zipper. They did a superb job on both. They replaced the old, bronze-colored zipper with a stronger black one that should survive much longer than the old one did, and did a beautiful job of cleaning the coat. The coat was heavily stained when I took it in, but they got rid of all the dirt and most of the stains. I am very pleased with their service, not to mention their price, which was very reasonable, considering. That's where I'll take my dry-cleaning and things that need alteration or mending from now on. read more

The seamstress here was so accommodating. I got a skirt last minute for a holiday party that was to take place the next day and after calling to make sure they could do same day alterations, I had to postpone my appointment to take care of something that came up. I ended up being able to come in less than an hour before the seamstress was leaving and she finished my hem in just a half hour! I went to Bon Ton to have a gown steamed one week and a day before a special event. She (the owner?) said it would be no problem, quoted a very affordable and reasonable price, and told me the dress would be ready in exactly one week. When she found out my event was one week and one day away she was very kind and said she would make sure it was done early because I would be too busy the day before my event to pick-up the dress. I brought in a heavy coat made from upholstery material and a vintage organdy dress from the 1950s. They called twice about worn spots on the vintage piece before cleaning it, just to make sure I knew those spots might be weak enough to tear. Anyway, I'm impressed with how easy and cheap this place does that for me. Without taking my word for the measurement, they have me model the jeans, pin them just right, and when they're done it looks like that's how they were made.
