Radish chunks and what looks like chewed up radish.

Ordered chicken from here and the chicken was ok, but the side radish dish was horrible. Looks like someone chewed it up and put it back in a container. I can't believe I paid $32 for chicken that comes with something so disgusting. This is a disgrace and I think almost worthy of complaining to the health department about.

After reaching out to Bonchon, they sent a very detailed message explaining how this situation was definitely an accident and not intentional. I truly believe this was the case and accept the apology. Accidents happen and I'm glad the issue has been resolved.

First time heading to Bonchon at Cornerstar: good spot - the wings were great. I do want to check-out some of the other menu items next visit. I saw some order come out & thought - I need to try that next time. Service was quick. Environment is typical fast-casual.

Good service! first time to be here. I'm from Vegas. I'm surprised to see Filipino server. Very polite young man.

I do like their Chicken wings but forgot how spicy they are. Luckily the radish helped with the fire in my mouth :) He likes chicken wings but prefers the other restaurant we go to. But he liked the chicken katsu and couldn't finish the large portion. Leftovers for lunch for me! I didn't realize they have onion rings and they were ok. More batter than onion which is fine with me. The potstickers were good. Again spicy! I'm a wimp. The servers were attentive and polite. The chair I sat on first was slightly sticky but the restaurant looked clean. Bright light from the windows. Parking in the shared lot.

This is our hands down favorite place. Great food, great people and it's a small intimate restaurant which we love.

From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! The price for the quantity of food makes it a dubious chance of returning, but A+ for the staff!

Rather than the light, crispy purses they used to be, they are now doughy, barely cooked Mexican-fusion and chewy triangles. And they charge $21.00 for them. Technically, the person who made this decision is called, internally, the head chef, but anyone who makes such awful food is a beginner line-cook.

The chicken soup dumplings, pork potstickers, and the ice cream was all very good! I wasn't such a huge fan of the tufu pork belly noodles. Lately it feels like a lot of restaurants are charging more while giving less, and it's getting harder to find places that actually care about the customer experience. Unfortunately, this was another one of those experiences. We ordered three side dishes and three drinks, and the bill came out to around $100. Two of the three sides were served cold, the dumplings at least came out hot, but they were pretty mediocre and nothing I'd order again and drinks were extremely over priced. The waitress was fine, no real issues there, but it did feel like the food may have been sitting in the kitchen too long before it hit the table even though the place was empty. At the end of the day, it's hard to justify paying that kind of money for cold, underwhelming food, then feeling awkward about the tip because the experience just wasn't good. I won't be back. If I had known this is what the experience was I would have definitely gone somewhere else. As an added bonus I felt like crap afterwords, I think it was because of poor quality ingredients. My aim in writing these reviews is to highlight the restaurants and businesses that truly take care of their customers, to give people a heads up about the ones that clearly do not prioritize quality or the customer experience, and to express myself in a world where it often feels like there is very little room to speak honestly about paying top dollar for mediocre experiences. Very disappointing.

The shumai and pork buns came out first and really heightened our expectations. Both were delicious. The sauce that came with the shu mai is one of my favorites that I have ever tried. The pork buns are served with a spicy sauce which my dad liked but I decided to pass on. After that, we continued to get more and more disappointed. The Kung Pao Shroom Trio was not our favorite. The sauce on top was lacking and this dish really needs some protein. We also did not enjoy the cheeseburger dumplings. They did not have any cheese in them and the spicy mustard on top did not go with what we felt like the theme of the dish should be. I will say that every dish has great presentation. When we went, it was late. However, none of the servers seemed extremely interested in helping and they would drop items and quickly leave before you could say anything. They do have an online order and pay system which is really nice and the food comes out quickly. They do keep your sodas filled. The ambiance is definitely more bar like (again, makes sense since it was late) since they have a bar upstairs. Not a place for kids. We would come again for some shu mai and pork buns, but that's all.

The person behind the bar was super attentive, we never wanted for anything. I am writing this review to help myself remember that I definitely want to come back here on future Denver airport visits. I was just looking for a snack and decided on the wok fried edamame. As a person with restrictive dietary needs, I eat a lot of edamame. Usually it is just something high in protein that fills me up and is kind of fun to eat. Here it was so delicious. I insisted my partner try some and he was in complete agreement. This is the best edamame I have ever had in my life. It had great sauce, a great citrus salt and was wok fried. I could have eaten 2 orders of this. I asked my partner if he thought he could recreate this at home, I asked the bartender about how they prepared it to make it so delicious. If you need a tasty snack do stop here for this, but this is also a great place to get a to go drink, which I guess is a thing at the Denver airport.
