$1 wings on Monday and Tuesday up to $15. This location plays loud hip-hop, which I love. Plenty of parking and new bacon-kimchi collab bowls. The Halloween drinks were good. We tried the Poison Spider martini and vampires blood for $12.

Awesome! Never disappoints Chicken is always moist and crunchy! I am from Folsom CA and the BonChon in Elk Grove rocks too! I recommend the Seoul Sampler and Korean donuts

My family and I love bonchon's food. I used to live in Woodbridge and used to go to the one there. They closed it permanently a couple of years a go during the pandemic. We were sooo heartbroken. We are still heartbroken about it. We used to order almost every Saturday night after church and eat together as a family. We love the spiciness of the chicken and the fried rice was the best. Ever since then I have been on a hunt for another bonchon. I have tried Richmond one and this one but have realized the food taste different at all these places. My mom and I decided to come here after hanging out at the Springfield mall. The place is nice and clean. We sat down right away, it was just us and two other people so it wasn't that busy. Our server got our order wrong, so we had to wait about 20 mins for our chicken. My mom was more excited about the house chicken fried rice, she was thinking it would be just like the one she's had before at the closed location but it was different. She gave it 1/5. Chicken though was good. I will return to try other things on the menu. Our server was nice and attentive, he apologized so many times for getting our order wrong.

I had been meaning to try Bonchon for the longest time and was so happy I did! There is something about this chicken that is absoutely addicting and leaves me craving more each time. My friend and I split the the boneless chicken with half spicy and half soy garlic flavoring. All chicken was phenomenal - the twice fried chicken packed such a great crunch! Not to mention, the sauces on the chicken are coated perfectly. They have got their recipe down! We also got the Parmesan fries which paired well with the chicken. The only downside to these menu items is that they are on the pricey side. However, I think it is well worth the splurge once in awhile. The service was great and the ambiance is nice and clean. Appreciate the kind staff! Excited to come back and try their other menu items and more delicious chicken :)

Food: Great. Service take - out: Great. Food was very delicious and taste-ful. Mixed flavor varieties for the chicken was extremely delicious.

Came here to get a 1/2 & 1/2 Fried chicken and Tteok-bokki, was not disappointed! The chicken was crispy and delicious, and there was a good balance between the spicy and the soy garlic flavors. The chicken alone is worth coming back for, but another thing I really liked was that they offer cheesy Tteok-bokki, which is a whole other level of flavor compared to regular style. If you are planning on having company or just a fun family night in, I would recommend going here for some take away. Far and away the best fried chicken in the neighborhood! [sorry popeyes :( ] I would also add that the service here was very friendly. excellent experience.

The food was very good. It was tasty and fresh, and the wait wasn't long for us. The ambience was very pretty, and well lit with lots of tv's. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Horrible service. Had to wait 55min for take out. They had 1 full table and still managed to mess up my order. No manager on-site.

The wings are nothing like the original Bonchon. Profit is more important then customer service concerns.

Had a great lunch sitting at the counter. The small chicken strips is enough for two. Very friendly service from Bailey and Rocky. .

Some of our favorite menu items include the sukiyaki shabu shabu, lobster roll, wagyu foie spoons, A5 Japanese Wagyu sandwich, Wagyu fried rice, toro sashimi and the matcha crepe cheesecake. What we really enjoyed about this place was the quality and speed of service. You could see the marbling in the buttery toro and fatty A5. We had an extra side tray to put all of our empty dishes. Highly recommend keeping an eye out on the tablet timer so you can constantly reorder once the queue clears. I'll definitely be back to try some of their à la carte menu items. The premium menu was plenty, but we did see diners order from the other menu.

Many commenters have complained that it's hard to eat a lot of food but my tip is just to order the max right away and get the food slowly. Do not get the sushi tacos Pro tip- wrap some sashimi around the wasabi fries.

I requested tomatoes, since it was on display as the other regular rice bowl toppings, but she said it's for tacos only? I didn't think I wasn't allowed to add certain toppings since it's a freestyle bowl. I didn't complain because I was just over her demeanor. She also didn't offer kimchi, which is included in the order. When my friend ordered after me, she forgot to give him his drink. We ordered shrimp sushi, chicken udon noodles, and chicken basil rice. We skipped ordering extra curry at first because we weren't sure about the portion sizes--and honestly, good call. The portions were huge. Definitely more than one person's meal. We couldn't even finish two of the items and had to pack them up to take home. Ordering curry on top of that would've been total overkill. Food-wise, everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. Not overly salty, which I really appreciated. The flavors were enjoyable without being heavy. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated--calm, clean, and inviting. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Good food, generous portions, and a nice ambiance. Definitely a place I'd like to visit again.

We were doing some other shopping in the plaza so we decided to come here for dinner. I had a craving as well for sushhi specifically. My friend ordered the beef and broccoli platter which was tempting for me too. His platter had a considerably larger portion than my sushi dish. They had several specialties that I had not heard of so I got what I knew would sit well with me- the California Roll platter. This sushi was literally bursting with flavor and I could tell the chef made this for me the second after I ordered it. The restaurant itself was comfortable and it was not crowded at all while we were there. The service was also very fast and friendly.

We laughed about the item I wanted to order not being available. They were attentive to the older ladies I was with. No complaints. The server is why this is two stars instead of one. Sadly, the food. Sigh. I know all these fusion places are disappointing, but mom wanted to come here. I asked if I could get the salad I wanted without the beef it comes with, but the answer was no. After reading the way too big menu twice, I ordered what I knew would be an incredibly sad drunken noodle. I'm not sure the restaurant knows what drunken noodle is. Does Fuse Box exist in an alternate pocket dimension where drunken noodle, with no listed fusion on the menu other than a strange "contains peanuts" warning, is drenched in a sweet peanut sauce even though it's listed as spicy with two peppers next to it on the menu? Where the noodles are just weird soggy mush? Where the spiciness rating scale might actually be a sweet sugar scale instead? Yes. Yes it does. Don't eat here. Just don't. I refused to eat my food. And not even mom suggesting it again in the distant future when she thinks I've forgotten, or she's forgotten my reaction to the food, will get me to return.
