Crab Rangoon

Tried the crab rangoons, lo mein, and crispy beef this time around! The beef was good but I wouldn't order the crab Rangoon again because it was mostly cream cheese and not enough crab. The lo mein was just okay but a little salty for my liking!

Fuse Box is one of our regular restaurants when we want Asian food. They offer a mix of Asian cuisines (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc). There's great food and service here. Here are some of dishes we have tried here: Soups - pro tip: their soup for two is enough for four. We always have leftover. Love their crabmeat asparagus soup and their chicken corn soup. Appetizers: long list of appetizers. We've tried a few of them and recommend their Kung Pao Chicken Tacos, Crab Rangoon. Entrees: again a decent list. We love their Jalapeño Chicken, and Thai Ball Beef. Their Crispy Beef can be ordered as a salad or as an entree with carrot & scallion (hint cheaper as a salad). They have great food and service and we regularly get food here.

This little hole in the wall is a gem. The restaurant is small with plenty of staff so the service is very quick and friendly. The menu has a great mix of traditional Asian cuisine as well as some fusion dishes to try if you want to venture out. The food is prepared fantastic. I especially loved their steamed pork dumplings. I tried this on a whim with my wife and was extremely impressed.

I meant to post yesterday I called in and picked up my order but I did forget to take pictures But I will next time because I will most definitely be back I ordered dumplings Spring rolls Scallion pancakes General tso chicken and vegetable fried rice A little pricier than I was excepting but This served 3 people and still had some left over for lunch for my son the next day so it was worth it Very good flavors

If you are ever in the Lorton area PLEASE stop by the fusebox. This place is a treasure and I promise you... everything is delicious. The owners are so sweet and are working every time I visit. Their entire staff is attentive and the ambiance is very low key and perfect for an intimate bite to eat or a relaxing solo meal. I just got off work at the European wax center next door and needed a quick bite to eat. Today I just ordered solace partly cloudy ipa, teriyaki chicken bites, and the veggie spring rolls. They have so many delicious beers on draft and $2 off draft on Thursdays from 4-7. This was my first time ordering the spring rolls and I'm so happy I did. They were perfect. Other menu items I have tried on separate occasions that were also yummy: calamari steamed pork buns lo mein pad Thai miso ramen noddle

The food was great but be careful of their business practices. We asked for burbon and they gave us top shelf. The one drink cost more than the entire lunch. Bad form.

Always a pleasure. This is a great fusion spot worth visiting. It's in an out-of-the-way place for me but worth the 30 minute drive. There's free parking, friendly staff, a comfortable atmosphere, and a pretty wide selection of food. And best of all is the food is very good. This last trip my wife and I started with fried scallion pancakes, which had great flavor. For my meal I was feeling curry so I went with the Singapore curry rice noodles and left a happy man. My wife had the tuna poke stack, which she enjoyed.

I came here with my mother to try out a new spot for lunch. She loves Asian food. Ambiance - Cute. The bar is the first thing that grabs your attention when you walk in. The floors were nice. The light fixtures were pretty. Food - Fantastic! We got the fried cauliflower, the crab Rangoon, the general Tso's chicken, and the Penang curry with fried tofu. Service - Since there was only one hard-working man there running everything , the service was slow. He was doing his best though, but you could tell he needed help. Overall, I would go back. Just have ample time to relax and enjoy a tasty meal!

This my third time here and my first time doing takeout. I love this place. It's a cute little Asian eatery tucked away in Lorton. The food is always good and they can throw down on some egg fried rice! Best I've ever had. Also, the owners are the sweetest and so is their staff. My to-go order tasted just like I ordered at the restaurant. If you're in Lorton, I highly recommend this spot!

Fuse Box is a neighborhood gem. It has a great menu to choose from and a cool vibe to watch a game or sit at the bar with friends. It is on our rotation of restaurants to Dine out and it is always fresh food...dishes are consistent. Some of my favorites are the jalepeno chicken, miso or kimchi soup for two, pan fried dumplings, tempera vegetables. Oh and don't forget that smoked old fashion to hit the spot. Service is on point.

Holy cow, the food here is amazing and exceeded my expectations!: 1. Shoshito pepper appetizer: Really tasty, slightly spicy depending on the pepper, delicious marinade, and fun to eat! I like that this came with an extra bowl to dispose of the pepper stems 2. Shredded crispy beef: Phenomenal from the first bite! There is something different/unique about the batter they use and it's surprisingly light. So much more elevated than the usual Chinese take-out versions of this dish 3. Panang curry: I got this with fried tofu and it was amaaaazing and everything I'd hoped for 4. Thai iced tea: Defibitely served on the sweeter, more sugary side! I can't wait to try more dishes from this place! The space itself is super cool: the front windows fold up, giving the entire restaurant an outdoor feel, there is a huge, modern-looking bar, and outdoor seating if you'd like. Service was nice as well!

Excellent service. Expansive menu. Full service bar. Great tasting food! Fresh crisp mixed vegetables! And the Duck rolls - outstanding! In a strip center off of Ox Road ... tucked in the corner! Had tables on sidewalk as an option, but too chilly to eat outside for me! Definitely recommend. Easy to make accommodations for adds/subtracts as cooked fresh to order!

Great food, awesome atmosphere, friendly staff. Playing oldies, rock, and country. Full bar! Best (only) spot in Lorton/Fairfax Station. A+

Would no longer recommend, simply because there are better options. Avoid ordering the chicken corn soup, it's not good.

Kanpai is in a prime place along Rockville Pike, but depending on when you go you may find easy parking. (If you're not bothered about where to park, ignore what I just said.) Out front there's something that looks like a tuk-tuk or rickshaw. Tbh, don't know if it's theirs or the business next door. The restaurant itself is clean and elegant. Also, not as loud as some Korean BBQs (thinking of KPOT off of Randolph Rd), which is important if you don't like being overwhelmed by everyone else's noise. That is one big '+' in Kanpai's favor. The waiter was cool and very helpful. Because of him I now know what the thin meat slices are meant for (which is for the soup), before then I had no clue. The food itself is good. Like, why wouldn't it be? I actually prefer the shabu-shabu (soup), makes me wish I knew how to do that myself so I wouldn't have to go out as much. Yes, the grill meats were great, as was the kimchi. These places are not cheap, but it was enjoyable while I was there. If you're not in a rush you can go a few doors down afterward to an import store selling everything from K-chips to puzzle-kits. So I would say...take your time. But don't warm your seats for more than 90 minutes, as Korean BBQs tend to kick people out (nicely, nicely) if one overstays. P.S. I'm sure they have some great drinks there, but even if I wanted to I couldn't loiter. That's what Bethesda is for. (Or at least how it used to be.)

Our server, Kelley, was great. She explained how everything works here. The buffet is pretty extensive and you can get full from that alone. They have an option to just do the buffet (during lunch hours). There is a good selection of meats. there's a robot here that brings stuff to the table - pretty cool. We were stuffed! It's a bit pricey but was worth it. I would visit again.

But upon walking in, our hostess/server immediately rolled his eyes and let us know the kitchen closed in 30 and we let him know that's ok. From the moment he sat us he was rude, cold, and unprofessional. He never gave us his name, Never brought us sauces (we had to ask) and everything he brought was slammed onto the table and walked away without a second thought. I'm used to being asked how everything is going, if we need anything, etc. None of that happened during our interactions with him. He barely checked on us, we had to keep calling him over. Then when we get the check once again no thank you for coming enjoy your evening anything. The lack of customer service made the experience unenjoyable to say the least. I understand we came in a bit towards closing but with still an hour I feel like we deserved better service and shouldn't have to charge that behavior to "we're about to close". Despite that, the food came out quick and was very good. The rice was a bit overcooked but I let it go. Overall, I would go back and eat there again, just maybe with a different server.
