What stands out to me most, though, is the heart behind this business. Their love for Jesus isn't something they simply talk about--it's reflected in the way they treat people. There's a spirit of kindness, generosity, encouragement, and hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. Whether you're making a purchase or simply there for the Photo Booth, you feel welcomed and valued. I've become especially impressed by the owner, Bailey. She is truly a shining light. Every interaction I've had with her has left me encouraged. She carries herself with so much grace, humility, and genuine kindness. You can tell she cares deeply--not only about her business but about the people who walk through her doors. She has created the kind of environment that reflects who she is, and that says so much about her leadership. As someone who owns a business myself, I know how much work, sacrifice, and faith it takes to build something from the ground up. Because of that, I don't take places like Bondi for granted. Businesses like this deserve to be celebrated because they're creating something bigger than a transaction--they're building community. It's rare to find a business where the food is delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the people leave an even bigger impression than what you purchased. So expensive, only get 3 toppings, base is watery, workers treat you like worthless crap. The worker was unresponsive while I was trying to order & barely made eye contract with me lmao. She was rude. We got our bowls & sat inside to eat them. She immediately comes to tell us they are closing in 20 min. I said "okay sorry we are just finishing up real quick." Literally two seconds later she comes to say "actually I want to lock the doors on time sooo" & we were like um ok????????? So we left. Rude staff aside, the bowl is so mid. They were out of açaí (ironic) so i got a pitaya bowl. I was only allowed to choose 3 measly toppings. I chose bee pollen, banana, & agave.... ANY OTHER AÇAÍ SPOT will have your bowl filled to the brim with whatever you want. So ridiculous for $16 dollars. Bye. Even LA prices are cheaper for quality food & service. I was really disappointed with my experience at Bondi Bowls. The acai base tasted both sour and bland at the same time, with very little flavor. The biggest issue, though, was the granola. It tasted extremely stale, almost like it had been sitting out for a long time, and it completely ruined the bowl. Since granola is such a major part of an acai bowl, it was impossible to overlook. I only took a few bites before I couldn't finish it. It honestly felt like a waste of money. The only positive part of my visit was that the employees were friendly and polite. Came across this spot during a walk on Main. I'm always down for a smoothie so I decided to give it a try! The interior is so cute and pink!! The location is super convenient too because it's right on the beach. I ordered the Harbor Island, and the girl taking my order informed me that they were out of the coconut cream and that they would use some substitute instead (I forgot exactly). I still went ahead with the order and I appreciate that she informed me. I enjoyed the smoothie but it was more icy than creamy. Loved this acai spot in Huntington Beach! They just celebrated their 1st year anniversary of opening and the owner was great to talk to. I appreciated how their menu clearly marked what was not vegan and included dairy. I ordered the Brent Bowl with acai, pitaya, and peach base, with granola, banana, blueberry, and almond butter toppings. The peach is an August flavor of the month, so be sure to try it while it's available! A perfect meal to take to the beach. Since I got the largest size, I wish my bowl came with a larger quantity of toppings. The granola was placed on top and in the middle, but next time I will ask for the bananas and blueberries to be added the same way! After laying out at the beach all morning, I was craving a smoothie. Bondi bowls is conveniently located on pch just across the street from the pier, sand, and ocean. I walked across the street, grabbed two smoothies, and walked right back. The harbor island smoothies were recommended to me by the staff member who took my order. My friend and I loved and devoured our smoothies. My only regret was not upsizing this delicious, sweet and tropical drink. Bondi Bowls finally made the list and I'm sure it'll be a repeat addition to the weekend lineup. I ordered their Maui Smoothie. This smoothie was packed with mango, pineapple, banana, and apple juice. It's so refreshing and perfect cold treat for a hot day.
