Maybe they were having an off day? Perhaps the worst cappuccino I've had in years. It was burnt so maybe just unlucky. The namesake "602" breakfast sandwich leaves a lot to be desired. Best described as soggy and tricky to eat. First they wrap it entirely in aluminum which means you have to peel wrapper just to take a bite. The bagel is smaller than average and nothing of special quality. I enjoy fried egg but somehow this one is overdone. The diced bacon also does absolutely nothing for this sandwich. I assumed when I ordered it the cheese would hold it together. They don't layer the cheese next to the bacon so the bacon crumbles just fall out everywhere. Unfortunate. People must come here for something else because I swung and missed. read more

This place is adorable! It is right across from the beach and the pier so plenty to walk around and do and there's also cute tables to sit at and work or have a conversation or a bite to eat. The coffee's, chai and bagel sandwiches I can attest are all yummy. And the staff is always super friendly. read more

So the last time I visited 602 Coffee House, it wasn't a very pleasant or memorable experience due to the quality of the açaí bowls. However, the owner of the business read about my experience and wanted to make it right. It was very nice to hear from the owner, shows he takes pride of his business and cares about his customers. I decided to give 602 coffee house another try this past Sunday 04.06.25. We went there to grab our favorite bowls, the protein bowls. The bowls were perfect this time around. The açaí base was nice and frozen, the consistency I remembered it to be. The fruits were fresh and the portions were generous. Staff were both very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Ambiance is great, pay for your bowls, they make it, you grab it and enjoy the treat at one of the outside table. read more

Bagels and acai bowls were good. I liked how they added sriracha sauce in the bagels. Acai bowls were still cold and a little icy. The girls were nice, but it seems like they're pretty tired. I went to the store twice and they got my orders wrong both times. That square prison-looking building they built in front is a horrible sight and blocks 602 where it was a pleasure just to sit there and watch the Pier, Ocean and People... I have talked to many of the locals who go frequently to 602 and they all agree... what they did to 602 and Sancho's was a travesty and not a PLUS for Huntington Beach. Lattes, cold brew, nitro cold brew have all been incredible. Love all the different flavor syrups they have. Great coffee, delicious food, and friendly service! My first time here was exceptional. It was a busy Sunday morning. The line moves fast for ordering and food and coffee were ready quickly. We tried their California bagel, iced mocha, and nitro cold brew with cold foam. We asked to try a sample of the banana fosters cold brew and the girl working gave us a small sample. We decided it wasn't for us, but we're glad we tried a sip. The iced mocha was chocolatey just like a mocha should be. The nitro cold brew had a strong smooth cold brew flavor. The cold foam wasn't as thick as some other coffee shops. The California bagel was excellent. We ordered ours on an everything bagel. The bagel was lightly toasted. It was fresh and soft. The sandwich had eggs, cheese, a lot of avocado, and some sriracha. We would come back for this breakfast sandwich. 602 coffee house has a variety of açaí bowls, breakfast sandwiches, toasts, and pastries to choose from. Changed my initial rating to 4-star. Had issues with my order that was delivered through doordash/toast but Danny was able to resolve right away in one day. The overall food and drinks were good for my staff who ordered the thiccc bagels and the avocado toast. We were able to share some of the food because the proportions were pretty big for some of us-- which was not a bad problem to have. read more

I got the coco loco cold brew and its acutally nasty. The chocolate tastes really fake and honestly this was undrinkable.
