This was my first time at Acai Point and it was a great experience. The service was friendly, the ingredients tasted really fresh, and it's super convenient since it's close to home. Another plus is there's plenty of parking, which makes stopping in easy. One thing I really like is the unlimited toppings. It's nice being able to build your bowl exactly how you want without feeling like you're getting charged for every extra. I stopped in to pick up a bowl for my wife who was feeling under the weather and went with flax granola, blueberries, coconut, and a drizzle of agave nectar. What a great find just five minutes up from the Bolsa Chica wetlands. My wife and I had a great day at the Bolsa Chico wetlands and then I decided that I would love to have an açai bowl to top off our walk around this beautiful area. I forget the name of the woman woman that helped us, but she was fabulous! She told us about how the ordering goes. Gave us our slip to check off the items that we wanted, and then went to the back and made magic with our açai bowl. And the bowl was fantastic! We sat right out in front of the shop, and enjoyed on the bench in front of the window. There isn't a lot of space inside the shop so it's nice that they have a bench to sit outside in front of the shop. What a cute little Acai bar, the two young ladies who assisted us were super nice and friendly. It's a place where you choose as many bases, and toppings (except for the smaller size, 12oz, only one base). I ordered the Piraya base, added coconut flakes, fruits and honey, and it tasted really good. I also appreciated that they included the taxes in the price of the bowl, the price you see on the wall is the price you pay for the bowl.. The place was really clean but there was limited seatings and plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend this little acai bar for you. read more

This place was good. Everything was fresh. You fill out an order form, pay, and wait for your order. There was only one person working the day I visited. The wait time was ok, could be better with two working. There were three people in front of me when I got there. My wait time was maybe, 20-30 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry, so it was ok. I ordered two 16 oz. I had two bases, and my husband had one base. The order was incorrect when she came out. She put my topping on my husband's base and my husband's topping on my two bases. She offered to correct it, but then I would have waited longer. I just told her it was ok. My husband and I share food, it's not a big deal. The bowl tasted good. Everything was pretty fresh. My oh my! What a delightful little find! Hit a random craving for an Acai bowl while I was out and looked up places near me. This popped up as the closest so I headed over. Glad that I did! It's a cute little place and the lady working there was super nice. They offer bowls and smoothies. You fill out a card based on what you want and (at least what I know with the bowls) you are only charged by the size, not any addons. I've been in the mood for a bowl during my lunch break for the past couple of days. While I was headed to APHB today, I took a detour to their competitor AR , also on Warner. Not only did I drive out my way, I walked away without food, with a bad experience and lost 30 minutes of lunch period. I was 15 minutes late to work. Now for the good part! I was still determined to get a bowl although I knew I would be late for work. When I arrived to ACPH, I thought it was cute and had a nice vibe! The gentleman who assisted me was extremely friendly! After I conveniently placed my order, a friendly repeat customer asked me if I had their bowls before. I told her it was my first visit and about my experience today at AR. She said I'll love my APHB bowl and is willing to pay double for their bowls for they are the best!!! When I got my regular sized bowl, it was smaller than I expected and looked average; however, it was larger and less expensive than AR's regular bowl. Since I was late for work, I didn't have time to eat it. OMGOSH, when I finally got the opportunity to eat it, IT WAS UBER DELICIOUS!!! I understood exactly what the repeat customer meant! The quality of the sorbet was OMGOSH FANTASTIC and the fruit and toppings were icing on the cake!!! I'm a fan!!! I can't wait to return!! read more
