A large piece of seaweed is layered with a thin layer of rice, your choice of fish, veggies and amazing sauces, and the they roll it into a tightly compact roll the size of a burrito. It's packaged in this super fun cardboard roll and it's cut in half already if you just want to eat part of it. It's pretty ingenious. Now I MUST return to try the other flavors.
