Noel and I shared a large #18, pho + 2 protein choices for $11.95. We went with beef brisket and beef meatballs. They were very generous with the meat! And it was a perfect amount of noodles too. The broth was my favorite part. It was so flavorful that I didn't even need to add hoisin sauce. That's how you know it's good. I slurped it all up. Service was good. When I saw that this place serve bone broth, I knew I gotta try their pho.. a delicious bowl of pho is when the broth is made with lots of large beef bones & tendons. The pho is also cooked in a way where it is chewy but not too soft. Honestly, I only like my mama's pho. I never get sick of it and would crave it often. I can eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner lol Eating pho at the restaurant never really hit the spot. The flavor can be lacking or the pho is too mushy or not well cooked. Often, the meat quality is bad too. The worse part is they can't even make the broth right. It can be too sweet, bland or too salty. I am glad I decided to give this place a try. It been quite long since I had a good bowl of pho. Right when the waiter brought my bowl out I can tell that it would be good. Of course, gotta slurp some soup first. Yup, it was packed with flavor. Not super authentic but close enough! The meat was fresh and soft. Good amount of meat. It had a variety of meats with beef balls. Wait time wasn't too bad around 7ish on a Friday night which was nice! Usually when we've tried to come out before the wait time has gotten really long- the servers were super kind & checked in often. Food was good, I would rate my pho (the filet mignon) a 7/10 - lots of noodles and a good amount of meat! The meat was super soft, which I enjoyed. The decor in the place was also very modern and super aesthetic! Service was so quick as well. What surprised me the most was the fried tofu- it was amazing!! So here's the thing. I really tried to not like this place. The signage looks all fancy, much too fancy for Ontario. And there always seems to be a wait. And it's far from my home. But I had to at least try it once with all the hype. And ... they're good. The broth is rich and flavorful. Service is pretty fast. It's too far for me to go here on a regular basis, but whenever I'm at the Mills or VG, this will definitely be high on the list. read more

I've been here multiple times. I've placed to-go orders and I've eaten here with my kids. My EXTREMELY picky 9 year old LOVES the grilled beef and rice and my daughter who is also very picky loves their chicken pho. I've tried multiple dishes, but I must say my fave is the filet mignon and rice (formerly shaken beef). Extremely tender, great flavor, always piping hot. Customer service is top notch. Came for lunch on a weekday and it was super busy but we still got seated within 15 minutes. Got the green Thai tea, egg rolls, vermicelli boat with pork, and a pho. The green thai tea was not too sweet and extremely fragrant, creamy, and delicious. The egg rolls had a great crunch and I loved that the fish sauce was light yet flavorful. The best part was the service! I waited 20 min when my party already got their Pho. I asked them to check and they realized the kitchen messed up the order. They apologized and got my order out within 5 minutes. Of course, it sucked having to eat while my whole party is done but the manager came and apologized again and took my order off the bill. I hear that this is the best Vietnamese place in the area (Fontana). Based on what I was able to eat, I can agree with that. We took our food to-go on a Sunday and it was surprisingly busy, so unfortunately the service took a hit. Food: I ordered the seafood with egg noodles and can only rate the food on this order. I received generous portions for a to-go order, the broth was flavorful and still hot even after a 20 minute drive. I really appreciate both of these things. The food came with a small pack of bean sprouts and your usual herbs. I thought that they were generous on the seafood portion as well. I was full afterwards, worth it. Taro smoothie was good and also flavorful. Service: my family was supposed to have egg rolls come with their order and unfortunately, it did not. They didn't say anything when we picked up the order either. We also ordered drinks, one the taro smoothies was missing the boba that we ordered. Because we had components missing from our orders, I had to take off one star. I would be willing to give it another try though, I recommend it if you're in this area specifically. one of the best bowls of pho i've had! i love the pho in westminster and i think this place is just as good. the broth is full of flavor and not too oily. i had the pho with beef round and brisket. they do not skimp out on the meat! on a wednesday night, there wasn't a wait. the food came out pretty quickly too. the servers were nice and they kept the place really clean! overall, this is a great place to satisfy your pho cravings. read more
