I LOVE this restaurant - it's my new favorite take out place (at least once or twice a week)! Food is supremely delicious and very healthy and service is top notch. This is the only vietnamese pho shop I found near where we were staying. Customer service was okay. Service was slow. We did not get any bean sprout nor lime with our two pho. I had to ask for it. Pho broth was okay tasting. Ramen noodle was under cooked and broth was bland. Vietnamese cold noodle was very disappointing. The banhmi sandwich was bland. Sorry, I hate rating under three star but I have rate this place a two because most of the dishes we ordered were very disappointing and service could use some improvement. read more

Bone Broth Noodles has some really delicious Pho. I'm from Southern California, and let me tell you, this is the real deal. I love the CO3-chicken sip and dip, but the rare beef pho is to DIE for. We stumbled upon this place by accident, wow were we impressed! The Beef PHO was outstanding, the broth was so flavorful. Plenty of toppings. We shared a large bowl and filling. We also ordered a spring roll appetizer, small serving only 2 rolls, but waiter brought generous servings of dipping sauces. My favorite was the peanut sauce, delicious! Well I am not sure how to put this... Bluntly the Pho I was served today was inedible. One bite, didn't swallow, spit out and threw away. It tasted like the restaurant smelled, like bad mop water. I am so sad, I started going to this place years ago, and it was fantastic. I do not know what has happened to it. My suggestion would be is if when you walk in you do not like the smell walk out. This place is awesome. Ignore the snotty one and two star reviews. This little hole in the wall noodle joint is the best in the whole Valley. It's worth the 20 min jaunt from Bozeman if you want yummy soup. The wait might be because there are two people serving up delicious pho and noodles to a bunch of patrons. I am so unhappy with my order. I ordered Thia iced tea, yellow curry with extra chicken, rice and egg rolls. The egg rolls were very greasy and brown and over cooked and tasted stale, like bad grease. The rice was not completely cooked, crunchy and hard. The yellow curry came in a large container that was only 1/4 full, and I even measured it out less than a 1 cup measure serving; the curry was bland, little flavor. The Thai Iced tea was spilled in the bag and so nothing was left. I spent $40+ dollars on a meal through door dash and got nothing. I will NEVER order from this place again. It was a waste of money and time. It is not door dash fault on the drink- because there was not even a LID on the damn drink, and no lid in the bag it was placed in. I am so angry and frustrated. First time. Place is dirty. Messy. Tables and chairs are from the 70s. Sauce sitting on the table that says refrigerate after opening. This thing has never seen the inside of a refrigerator. Korean girl that is waiting on me is nice and attentive. The tops of the table have place mats that are kinda misleading toward the health benefits of bone broth. But neither one of us are doctors. Food. Over priced for lunch. The smell in this place is amazing. Everyone seems to be enjoying their food. Mostly middle aged overweight white people. My food takes a little longer to get to me then expected. The kitchen staff is afraid to come out I think. My food was ok. Beef was a cheap over cooked cut of meat. The broth and noodles were fine. They met the standards of most pho I've had before. However, that was all that was in it. It comes with a plate of bean sprouts, a lime and three slices of jalapeño. At other Pho joints around, there is usually a lot of stuff that accompanies the soup: carrots, onions, daikon radish, veggies, herbs, etc. We also ordered an appetizer to start - fried pork buns. But they never came - even after asking about them three times. Then they brought the check out , still no buns, and I asked again, then finally asked them to be removed and we left. As we were paying, the girl took my card and yelled back to the kitchen "never mind on the buns." Pretty tacky all in all. Could've overlooked the buns and service if the pho was good... Won't be going back - which is sad since there is nowhere around to get decent noodles in Bozeman. Back to making my own. No idea how they got a mention in Bon Apètit. read more

I was really excited to see that a pho place had opened up near my home, but after visiting, I just hope that someone else comes along soon to offer some competition. It is NOT impossible to have outstanding pho at a more reasonable price in a small Montana town. Try Pho Ly in Evergreen, MT if you don't believe me. It hurts to do this, but I can't give Bone Broth more than 2 stars. Small portions, high prices, and the complete lack of pho staples on the menu (tendon, tripe, meatballs, etc) leave very much to be desired. The first thing that struck me as odd was the fact that tendon, my favorite pho ingredient, was missing from the menu. I couldn't believe it. I've had pho in a lot of different cities around the world, from Nha Trang, Vietnam to Casper, Wyoming and lot of places in between, and I have NEVER seen a pho menu that didn't include beef tendon and tripe. I assumed that I could get tendon by asking for it, but the waiter informed me that it simply wasn't available. Ok, then I'll add some tripe to my pho. Sorry, they don't do that either. My wife ordered a medium bowl, and I ordered a large bowl of pho. I was astounded by how small the bowls were when they came out. The large bowl (a nearly outrageous $10) was the size of a medium bowl at any other pho restaurant in the country, and the medium bowl ($8.50) was the smallest bowl of pho I had ever seen. The amount of noodles in the bowls were also lacking - about 2/3 the amount you would receive elsewhere. Oh, this is not good. The broth was tasty enough, but it seemed a little watered down. If a pho broth is really excellent, I won't add any hoisin or plum sauce, and only use a dab of sriracha for a little heat. In this case, I added the hoisin and sriracha with gusto. It all tasted fine in the end, but I was still very unsatisfied when I finished - both because of the small portions and the fact that I wasn't able to have my favorite ingredients. I know this is the only pho game in town right now, but I just can't recommend this restaurant. I know this is Montana, but like I said before, there are excellent pho places elsewhere in the state. The prices here are too high (higher than in downtown San Francisco), the options are too few, and the portion sizes are too small. I agree with another reviewer that this place has potential, but as of right now I don't think I will be back any time soon. In the time being, I'll just have to satisfy my pho cravings when I travel. read more

The Bozeman area finally has a Pho restaurant! The restaurant is hidden behind the Albertsons in Belgrade next to the Pizza Hut. They don't even have a sign yet, still said 'Space Available' above the restaurant. I've been twice so far. The Pho is very good, both times i've gotten the 'Sip and Dip' combo which includes soup and a small sandwich portion. The broth was less salty than I'm used to at other restaurants, but still very clean and could be dressed up quite a bit with some hoisin and sriracha. The chef came out on my second visit, explained the benefits of 'bone broth' and that most of the meat is sourced locally. My only 'complaint' is regarding some of the service, not the family that actually owns it. The first time I was in, a man strolled in through the front door, spoke to some customers, walked up to the register, and walked back out the front...(a few times) This happened with two wait staff the second visit. Neither appeared very professional and it made me slightly uncomfortable. I hope they're just working out the kinks of opening a new restaurant! read more

Bone Broth noodles has always been good in the past when ordering. We have ordered from here so many times. Last night was the worst experience we've had. We ordered our food around 6:30pm and waited and waited and not until about 8:45pm is when our food finally showed up. We called the restaurant a few times in between because they quoted us at least 45 minutes. With two adults and 4 hungry kids, we were pretty agitated. We ordered two beef Pho's and one chicken Pho', chicken vermicelli, egg rolls and fresh spring rolls. They only thing that was decent were the spring rolls considering they are cold anyways. The Pho' was cold and we had to reheat it to the right temperature and the chicken vermicelli looked as though it was dying in the window for the two hours we were without food. Such a disappointment. Not only that, they don't do Doordash or UberEats anymore. Pretty sure I won't be ordering from there anymore. It was a good run while it lasted. read more

Driving through and decided to try this Vietnamese restaurant. The staff was attentive and efficient. My spring rolls were freshly made and the pork in the roll had just been grilled. After searching for restaurants in the Belgrade-Bozeman area, two friends and I decided to stop at bone broth. We had just come from a long ski day and long drives and we had hope this restaurant would satisfy our hunger. Our excitement was soon spoiled. I do not want anyone to think I am exaggerating about a one star review but this food was bad. The chicken ramen was disgusting. The broth tasted old and the noodles were, no joke, worse than instant ramen. The chicken was maybe the best part of the meal but still tasted like cardboard.
