This is the dipping bread for the soup looks good
    Nicole S.

The soup is great!! Broth not to hot noodles kept it warm as they were hot before lemon and sprouts broth had a strong cinnamon flavor after lemon and sprouts it was way better bread is packed with bbq meat and green onions it is a small bit spicy really good when dipped into soup. Bowl is large $17 dollars. Do not sit by the kitchen if you do not like loud repetitive music playing service is mediocre at best food was ok I feel it is a bit pricy the kitchen was clean if the phone rings they take forever to answer it I would not recommend this place for children or a romantic date but if you out and about alone and want some ok soup this would be the place.

I have tried more than 30 pho places in foodie California, but this place is the best!! Shrimp spring rolls were loaded with goodness, and beef pho was to die for. The broth is so good from bones just like the name of the restaurant.. Older charming lady is cooking and serving, I wish she opens one in LA.

Came to this place twice on our ski trip to big sky (once after landing and another time before going back to the airport). I've had the spring rolls, beef pho, sausage vermicelli, and chicken curry and everything was pretty tasty. The price is on the high side but portions are big. Service was good as well.

Chicken and Chicken Shrimp Spring Roll (2 pc)

I've travelled all over Asia and this is right up there with the best pho I've ever had. Food is consistently great and the owner is extremely friendly. The chicken and shrimp spring rolls is one of my favorite dishes I've ever had in my life. We always get those and the rare beef pho. For people leaving reviews about the smell, the restaurant smells like fish sauce and broth that's been cooking for hours and hours which means it's high quality. Smells like every pho place I've been to in Asia. Highly recommend. Great food and high quality ingredients. Also massive portions and lots of meat given in the pho.

I did not like this at all. The spring rolls were good, but the soup was awful and the smell was worse. Guess its not my thing.

The place is clean and nicely decorated. I had a beef pho and the soup did not have enough flavor. The summer roll was really good.

This is a fabulous little joint tucked behind Albertsons. Good pho and noodle dishes at super cheap prices and they do take-out.

My wife and I both switched to pork dishes, only to learn from the server that they had stopped buying pork because it doesn't sell well and the new menus hadn't been printed yet. All of this probably primed us for the disappointment that followed. My wife ordered jjajang, which should have been a treat. Although jjajang is popular in Korea, it doesn't appear on many Korean restaurant menus in the U.S. because Koreans think of it as a Chinese dish, even though the Chinese analogue, zha jiang mian, is actually quite different. Jjajang is a noodle dish with a variety of ingredients, but what makes it distinctive is the musky flavor and black color of the fermented beans that form the base of the sauce. The jjajang at I‑Ho certainly looked right, but it lacked the deep umami flavor, turning what should have been a memorable dish into an ordinary one. I ordered the Dak‑Go‑Gi‑Bob and asked for a spice level of 4. The problem was that they apparently spiced the dish with chili powder. That seems logical enough, but the chili powder, while amping up the heat, also changed the flavor profile in an unpleasant way. A more authentic and better approach would have been to adjust the heat with more gochujang. I was also surprised to see banchan on the appetizer menu for $8. When I lived in Korea, I never once had to pay extra for banchan. I understand the business logic - if I‑Ho doesn't include banchan with the entrées, they can charge less for the main dishes - but it still felt very un‑Korean to me. I'm giving the restaurant three stars partly out of kindness and partly because I don't want to rate it lower based on a single visit. That said, our experience was below the American average for Korean restaurants, and the food did not deliver the bold, delicious flavors I enjoyed in Korea.

Mediocre food. We…read moreall know Bozeman ain't known for their culinary scene and this is a great example of it. I-ho is not very special. The food looks like Korean food, but it does not taste very real or strong. Many dishes feel plain and not very exciting. One thing that stands out is the banchan, which are small side dishes. At most Korean restaurants, these come free with your meal. Here, you have to pay for them as a "flight." This feels strange and not like a true Korean dining experience. The soups are also disappointing. They look good, but the broth does not have much flavor. It tastes weak and a little bland. The tofu in the soup is not very good either. It does not have the soft texture that Korean tofu usually has. The service is fine, and the restaurant is clean and nice enough. But the food is just average. It is not bad, but it is not great either. The other Korean place in town isn't great either but still better.

We sat at the kitchen bar (there are two bar areas) and noticed how chill the kitchen staff were moving around and working for such a packed house. Quality ingredients, but as mentioned a tad salty and heavy on the mala numbing spice. Parking was easy in the shared lot, and we were able to get bar seating at opening. Best dish of the night and I would come back for it Tres leches cake- pretty good way to end the night Service- 4.5 stars Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. Only hiccup was that the waiter forgot to put in one of our orders which caused a long delay Bottom Line Excellent Asian restaurant especially if you're craving Asian flavors. We drive by Pho Sai Gon and I told my husband to turn around and go back. Pho Sai Gon is in a building among other businesses and is bigger on the inside than it appears to be (sort of like the tardis...). There was a short line at the host stand, which I didn't mind until the hostess forgot to come back for us as she had promised after she sat the couple in front of us. Twenty minutes later and we were in the front of a line that surpassed the door. The hostess finally came back and apologized, admitting that she forgot about us...and the line that grew after us. The decor is simple and there were pantry items in the middle of the restaurant that I'm assuming were either for sale or perhaps the kitchen is tiny (?). The hostess ended up also being our server. It was the middle of a work week and an odd meal time (2pm), so the restaurant wasn't that busy. For my entree, I ordered the chicken pho. It was good/pretty standard pho. My husband ordered the broken rice with chicken and beef. He thought it was subpar as his beef was room temperature. All in all, a solid 3-star experience that served the purpose of warming me up.
