Not happy with this experience at all, this was my second time eating with this company and my first experience was beyond outstanding. After my first visit I was hooked on bonefish, but after tonight I'm not sure. Let me say that my first experience was at Bonefish Grill at a Mississippi location and it was better than I expected. My server tonight was awful at this Cobb County location, she barely paid attention to our table and she concentrated more on other tables. I guess she assumed that because we were black that we wouldn't tip well so why bother. My wife and I are very well off and we appreciate great or even good customer service. We tip beyond what is expected in a tip especially with excellent service. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order, then our entree order and that was the last time I saw her until she laid the check down and she quickly returned to pick it up. I felt like she was rude and annoyed. And now the food, our portions were much smaller than what we had at the Mississippi location. My fish was over cooked and the extra special topping that was suppose to be added to my fish was not what I ordered. Customer Service: 4 stars: came 1-1-2020 after 9pm. Our waitress was a fair skin african american with box braids, she was very polite and accommodating. I requested my steak medium well and it was damn near rare. She apologized and had them cook it medium well. Most wait staff will argue with you with a claim ohhh no you said medium, which is why i record my orders, and will play back on their ass. Im sick of people and their lack of customer service but opt to work in customer service oriented fields. Food: 2.5 stars: had an issue with my steak, that was corrected. The brussel sprouts were too greasy/oily and had some tangy ass sauce on it i didnt care for and im currently suffering acid reflux due to it. The creme brulee for the season is chocolate, so imagine chocolate pudding with a brulee crust. I thought it was good but i also like chocolate pudding lol The complimentary bread and oil are my least favorite. The bread is always baked too hard and the oil and herbs are tasteless. The firecracker/bang bang shrimp are decent, their menu is kinda drab so selecting appetizers is hard for me. I was pleasantly suprised by the crab cake that was actually a crab cake and not loaded with bread crumbs. They didn't skimp on the crab. Restaurant: 4 stars: the ambiance is always nice, but they fall short on attention to detail. Our hostess sat us at a table with crumbs in my seat and did nothing about it. The menu is boring to me but you are bound to find something to eat if that makes sense unless you are a hard to please picky eater. When i say boring i mean what i ordered you can pretty much get anywhere in atlanta. If you drink they offer some pretty funky cocktails for $12-$15 i dont drink but the drink menu is always interesting. The offer one drink with gold flakes on top of it. Price point: 3.5 stars: i think the prices are fair for some items and other items not so much. It is what it is. Overall: its a decent spot. I will eventually come back. I have always enjoyed this spot. Great food and it's affordable. I usually frequent Bonefish on Wednesday when the band bang shrimp is on sale. This time, I got the tacos and the blueberry lemon drop. I loved the drink... it's an all day happy hour special price of $6. I've never had a bad drink when I've gone here. The tacos were delicious as always. I'm a taco fanatic. They currently have a special for $55 for two people to dine. I have been to Bonefish many times and have noticed an older/mature caucasian woman walk around to various tables and speak to the customers while they're dining and I thought that was nice. She never stopped at my table to speak but it was ok until one day my husband went with me for dinner and needless to say he appears to be Caucasian, but he's not. She was extremely nice came by spoke to him not me but spoke to him and I thought OK that was interesting. I've gone back a couple of times since and once again she never speaks to me or anybody else of my skin color now I get the picture. I will not patronize bonefish again. The food is OK but this service can be sorry as well. Depends on who your waitress is. Summer has been my waitress for a few times and she's always explain why my food is always burnt interesting again. Wow oh Wow!! I had been wanting to try bonefish grill for quite sometime but never got around to it. My experience this past Saturday was nothing short of amazing. I was seated immediately and the waitress came to our table immediately. Our waitress Cayla was very informative and very polite and offered multiple suggestions on the menu. I started out with a New England clam chowder which was delicious and their house sangria which was also tasty. I joked a lot because I felt like I was at an expensive steakhouse but paying cheap prices. Everything that I got off the menu was very delightful and I even placed a to go order. While I was there I discovered that there is a room available to rent in the event that you have a party or a get together and you wanted to be secluded which I thought was really cool in addition they had a chef come out and serve the room. I can't wait to go back to bonefish Grill and try all of the amazing options that they have what I had was delicious and I'm pretty sure that all of the options that they have to offer are just as good. I love this location. It's in the Akers Mill shopping center. It never seems to be overly crowded but that might be a matter of perception. I always sit in the bar area. I love the happy hour specials. Especially the $5 cocktails and the $6 cod fish sliders. Soooo yummy. I had the blueberry martini one day and I must say, it was one my favorites. My friend and I came to Bone fish grill on a Saturday around 8pm. The restaurant has it's own parking area but it is in a shopping center so if that overflows there is plenty of more parking. The Bartenders placed a little card in front of us with the names of all the bartenders working behind the bar that night which is awesome since my memory sucks I never can remember names and it's so rude to scream out ah!!!! across the bar. Fortunately the service was excellent. I ordered the Honey Crisp Apple Martini and it was one of the best tasting martinis I have ever had in my life, it was nothing like the classic Apple Martini on every Happy hour menu, it's a must try while it is still in season for the fall. We ordered the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and shared, it was delicious, flavorful and spicy... yum! We both also ordered the wild Snapper with shrimp. The snapper was grilled and covered with a red sauce and tomatoes which had an interesting taste, the shrimp were grilled to perfection and were delicious. To finish off an amazing dinner we ordered the Coconut Rum Cream Pie for dessert and shared it . I was full from all the food but when I took a taste of the pie I was in heaven, it wasn't too rich and just enough for two people to share. But we were served by an awesome waitress named Lauren and she made it all better. The bread with the olive oil is delicious, the pot stickers were ok and the grilled chicken and shrimp with side of creamed spinach and the garlic potatoes were very small. We went here for our 19th wedding anniversary as this chain is a favorite in our house. Making online reservations was a breeze too. We met the hostess and were immediately sat. The lighting was perfect as always and even with a packed house it felt almost intimate. Our server was so sweet. We ordered the seared ahi tuna sashimi appetizer and although the presentation was a little less impressive than usual the taste was on point. This is the best appetizer at any chain restaurant in my opinion. We both ordered a special and they were delicious. My pomegranate martinis were perfect and came out within 5 minutes. I'm only giving three stars because the first time I visited this place the sea bass was amazing and I had a great time with my dad. Today I brought my two best friends and was very unimpressed. I sat at the bar and the first drink I wanted to order was a pomegranate martini. However the bar tender ensured me that this was a horrible choice and that my martini would be syrupy as if she wasn't able to make the drink better with her expertise. I then suggested a wine knowing that it would be my safest bet. She then continued to give sub par service as she took forever to check on our party of three and we had to chase her down to make a good order. When the food arrived it looked delicious but it wasn't very pleasant. My mahi mahi was extremely dry and the Mac n cheese was not good at all. The best thing on my plate was the broccoli and shrimp. I haven't been to a Bonefish Grill location in years--though I'm always hearing my peeps talk about the Bang Bang Shrimp. So I was down for a visit when my friends suggested we check it out one Friday night. The restaurant was busy and we had to wait a bit, even though we had a reservation. But it was no big deal. Since I'm trying to get ready for the summer, I avoided the Bang Bang Shrimp and stuck to a more sensible meal of grilled rainbow trout and veggies. I did splurge on a cocktail. The Wild Orchid Hawaiian Martini sounded lovely, so I couldn't help but try it. It was sweet without being overpowering. And the flower garnish is edible, though I'm not sure how many Weight Watchers points a flower is (oops). Bonefish Grill does provide nutrition info for its other menu items, which my waistline appreciated. The rest of my crew enjoyed their meals. And we did say that we'd return since this particular location is in our 'hood. It is certainly a welcome addition, and I look forward to visiting more often! read more

I love Bonefish but this is the worst location I've ever experienced. The staff doesn't care about customer satisfaction. If you order curbside, they'll stare at your food until you come inside to pick it up. At this point, it's clear management doesn't care about quality customer service. But it's my fault for giving them grace. I blame myself. Look at the burnt bread they gave me with my to-go order. Someone saw this and said 'let's give it to a customer!' They don't care. My food was poorly packaged and cold. Whoever prepared my order hates working there. It's actually impressive how little they care about customers. My steak was a slab of strangely shaped meat that tasted like someone had already chewed it. Hopefully this review helps someone go to the Red Lobster down the street instead.
