Had a wonderful lunch today with a colleague. Tasteful decor, warm ambience, and friendly service (thanks Lori!), who could ask for anything more? We chose to split a lunch of Swordfish Oscar topped with lump crab, side of Mexican street corn, asparagus, and steamed rice. (9/20/25) I have to service this restaurant later this evening. I'm the on call guy tonight. It's a much livelier restaurant than the Bonefish near my house. The interior is well appointed with fish related art work. It's nice to see the staff focused on cleaning up the dining room. There are still a few guests enjoying dinner. I've ordered the corn chowder with shrimp to start and black pepper udon noodles with shrimp. My server brought me a nice crusty Ciabatta roll with some olive oil & pesto to start. The corn chowder had crab and shrimp in it. It arrived hot, which is a definite plus. It was the perfect comfort food for me. The black pepper udon noodles were delicious too. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp expecting a little heat or kick, but there was no "bang" at all ...no spice, not even a sizzle. My husband had the fish and chips, which were bland and lacked flavor (definitely needed more than just the salt on the table). I ordered the crab cakes, and while they had a good amount of crab, they were overly greasy and still missing seasoning. I have one serious question for the owners of this establishment. Does it really need to be so dark??? I mean likeeee I can't even see what I'm about to eat!! Literally put my cellphone light on just to read the menu and look at the quality of my meal. I get the whole ambiance thing, but it's not working well, at least not for me. Did you know that every month Bonefish has a 4 to 5 course dinner with matching cocktails. The dinners range from $65-$75. Its a great way to try a variety of food. Last night I attended their Merry Martini dinner which was 5 course and had everything fron Lobster bisque to shaved brussel salad to steak with lobster to lovely desserts. Our host Debbie does an amazing job at engagement and accompanying any dietary restrictions. The ambiance is always nice but it's especially nice at these events with the decorations. Bonefish grill located by concord mills, this was my first time coming to this location. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it looked on the inside, it was giving nice date night vibes! I popped in for lunch with my friend, we ordered off the lunch menu and they had a cocktail hour which was nice! I ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos which came with either soup or salad and another side. For my sides I chose corn chowder soup and fries. The food was just okay, my friend got the salmon with artichoke and goat cheese and really enjoyed it. For the cocktails (which were $7 for cocktail hour) I ordered the blueberry lemon drop and the mango Bourbon sour! They both just about took me out in a good way and packed a punch. Very fruity and fresh tasting. Our server was nice, but took very long to tend to us. Luckily the other servers were willing to accommodate us. I should have stuck with my regular dish, but I wanted something lite and not to heavy. Overall, this location was clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff was kind. Food was a bit slow to come out even though they weren't busy at all, food was just okay, but could have just been what I ordered. I'll def be back to try something new! read more

The food and drinks were great and the staff was friendly, but there were several misses with the service. I'm not sure if this restaurant is always busy due to its location in a major shopping center, but we were not seated until 25 minutes after our reservation time. The manager was very kind and apologetic, even offering a complimentary appetizer and dessert. He mentioned that our waitstaff had been informed that we had been waiting with a child for over 20 minutes, who was well beyond hungry at that point. Unfortunately, our waitstaff seemed to have missed the memo. She brought out warm bread and pesto, but no plates. When our drinks arrived, we asked the staff member who delivered them if we could have plates. She said she would bring them right over, but never returned. We then had to wait another 5-7 minutes and flag her down again just to get plates. Once our food order was placed, I will say the appetizers and main courses were prepared and delivered in a timely manner. However, the appetizer plates were left on the table when our main courses arrived. They were never cleared, so we ended up eating our main dishes with empty plates still on the table and very limited space. Toward the end of the meal, we waited quite some time for our server to return. When she finally did, she simply said, "I'll bring your check right over," without asking if we needed anything else, such as dessert, which we had been told would be on the house. When we received the check, nothing had been comped and no dessert was offered. While we were not looking for freebies and chose not to mention it, the overall experience was disappointing. The brunch menu was limited, the Eggs Benedict wasn't very flavorful as I expected from the fork cut of the poached egg to the amount of hollandaise sauce on each egg. Ham was used instead of Canadian bacon which was disappointing. The coffee was strong and savory, and bread came complimentary before rhe arrival of the meals.
