I've been working at Bonefish grill for a little while now and I must express how amazing it is working here. I have never felt so accepted, and supported at a job then I have here. I love working here and have so much fun while I'm working because of how amazing our staff is. Managers: JD: The store manager is exceptional. She treats our staff like her children and ensures our shifts are enjoyable while also making sure all tasks are completed and customers are satisfied. She goes above and beyond her managing duties, especially when we are short-staffed in the kitchen. She efficiently helps with cooking, sending out food, making drinks, and anything else needed. She stands up for the staff when needed, recognizing our hard work. In challenging situations, she protects and supports the staff without hesitation. Emily: Emily is truly the life of the party. Not only is she a hard worker, but she is also one of the kindest and most compassionate individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her presence never fails to bring a smile to someone's face, as she always has a contagious and uplifting energy that surrounds her. Whenever she is working, she consistently goes out of her way to ensure that everyone around her is happy and in good spirits. She keeps a smile on her face trying to make everyone feel good even if she is suffering herself. Although I'm not super close to her I witness her dedication to creating a warm environment for all every shift. Grace: As a bartender, server, and manager, Grace goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Her contribution is invaluable, and Bonefish relies heavily on her. She willingly helps everyone, regardless of the task. There are numerous occasions where she transitions between roles during the day to lend a hand. Additionally, her dedication to managing social media and promoting the business is remarkable. Dave: Our new manager may not have been here for long, but his efforts do not go unnoticed. He is a kind individual who goes above and beyond to assist, even when injured. Despite still being in training, he consistently ensures that customers are satisfied and enjoying their meal. Nick: The manager who hired me, Nick, has been a cornerstone of dedication at our location. Although it's been a while since I last saw him, his influence is unmistakable in the way he meticulously guided me in running our operations. Nick is genuinely one of the kindest people you could ever meet. He would end each day by diligently ensuring that every tiny spot on the glasses was cleaned and everything was in perfect order. He also made a point of effectively communicating with our Spanish-speaking staff, among many other tasks, to keep our location running smoothly. I'm eagerly looking forward to his return. Tyler: Tyler, one of our managers, tries hard to be attentive in his approach to customer service. He's constantly on the move, checking in on customers, delivering drinks and bread promptly, and efficiently clearing tables. His dedication to going above and beyond for our patrons is evident in every action he takes. Tyler's work ethic is truly remarkable; he's always striving to lend a hand wherever it's needed, ensuring that everyone feels supported. Moreover, he always tires his best to lighten the environment with jokes and humor. Servers/Bar: Liz: Liz is my favorite server and has helped me immensely since day one. Work would not be the same without her. Sometimes she like the fun older sister I never had. She is an amazing server, who was first to show me the ropes and made sure I knew what I was doing, all while keeping things fun. Honestly, my favorite shifts are when I get to work with her because she just makes everything better. Liz's service is top-notch, and her energy is awesome. I'm super grateful to have her as a coworker. And one of my three absolute favorite co-workers. Thank you for everything Liz I am so happy to be able to work with you. Andi: Andi impresses in every way knowledge, skill, and efficiency. She's not just a bartender; she's a master at handling challenging situations with composure. Andi is also incredibly kind-hearted and always goes the extra mile to care for her guests. Connor B: Connor exemplifies excellence in server support and training. His expertise in guiding and mentoring others is unmatched, consistently delivering remarkable results. Connor's dedication to helping those he trains shines through in his unwavering patience and support throughout the entire learning process. No matter how many times someone fails he is always there to help, Connor is patient with everyone he meets and does his best to help and explain things. His commitment to fostering growth and development is truly commendable, making him an invaluable asset to our team. My server Cortney L. was not as inviting as you servers usually are when I visit. She mocked us when we choose not to order form the specials menu, she said "you want the plain old stuff". We ordered drinks, after they came we ordered appetizers. We declined to order any entrees at this time but had her leave one menu, our normal routine here, but this seemed to frustrate her. We both ordered bang shrimp and the crab/corn soup, my wife asked for more bread when she ordered the soup, but it never arrived. We had planned to get another round or two of drinks, but she did not return. We had finished all of our food and drinks and had been sitting there wondering when she would check on us. When she finally came we decided not to order the entrees we had picked out, and did not order more drinks. I always order the donuts and usually take home an order of the crab soup. I did neither. We paid and left. It's hard to find time and money to eat out sometimes. When we do this is not the experience we want. Babysitter, time, and money wasted. But the food was good. read more

Our most recent experience here was for father's Day lunch. Allison provided us excellent service. The food was prepared fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Special shout out to Frank the managing partner who stopped by our table to say hello. For appetizers we had the edamame and tuna sashimi which we shared among four people. Entrees included the sea bass, the surf and turf, and chimichurri steak. As mentioned before everything was delicious and looked good. We capped off our meal with the flourless brownies and the blueberry creme brulee. All in all excellent experience. read more

Went there yesterday for the first time. Everything was fantastic, the waiter was awesome, the food just perfect ,nice and not and the desert out of this world. The food and service were fantastic! I'm not usually big on seafood but this place creates exceptions. I had the pan asian tilapia with jasmine rice and it was fantastic. Presentation and flavor were out of this world! My boyfriend had the crab crusted cod and also loved it. We will be back soon read more

Best social hour ever with Andi. With a cozy atmosphere and Andi's excellent service, I had an awesome blueberry lemon drop with some delicious dishes of bangin' chicken bites, crispy cauliflower, and a side house salad. This was a perfect way to end a day of shopping. read more
