I first discovered Bonefish Grill when I lived in Miami, and it was terrific then... Today a friend and I ate at the location in North Wales, PA. Our server, John, was a fantastic added to our excellent experience! We both ordered grilled trout with "Imperial topping. DELICIOUS!! Enhanced sides... The service at this location was top notch. The owner/manager (Frank) promptly meet me when I walked in and he was genuinely happy to provide service. As he was training someone he introduced them and explained why she would be present during the interaction. I am gluten free and they have a special gluten free menu. When Frank delivered my order he assured me the food was cooked away from other items to ensure it remained gluten free which is important if you are gluten free for medical reasons. I ordered to-go and he advised where to park my car so he could bring my order to me. He did offer water and the option to wait inside. I do plan on visiting again if ever in the area and will look forward to dining in. If all his staff are at the level of customer service he displayed- they are very well trained. read more

Will never be returning to this place. I must of had the worst dining experience I have ever had. Waited an hour and 5 minutes for our caesar salad appetizers while everyone else was getting served around us. Then after the caesar salad, it took another 30 minutes for our main course to come out. My salmon was over cooked and broccoli was RAW. The risotto was covered in paprika and tasted like parmesan oatmeal. My meal was complimentary after complaining and almost throwing up at the table. It was so much food that we took some home. Most of the cocktails were full servings! I would have been happy with smaller servings.
