Bartender very nice and was put in a difficult spot as his coworkers and franchise partner had a meeting online with their phones on speaker behind us at the bar. One of the coworkers begged the franchise partner to talk work and he announced that he had to pee. The coworker continued to beg to talk. Soup came out cool, salad portion was small for the shrimp dinner salad. The bar lights are so bright where the bottles are displayed. Overall annoying unfulfilling experience. read more

Overpriced. You can get as good or better fish dishes at any steak restaurant. And better portions. Also, be sure to check your receipt before paying or leaving the restaurant. Early on a Friday evening, my husband and I sat at at the bar for Social Hour. Andi and Evan took care of us the entire time. The food and beverages were amazing! Absolutely love this restaurant and everything they offer, food is unique and delicious, the servers are just dope humans and the management is doing a TREMENDOUS job. Bonefish Grill in North Wales is one of our frequent dining options. The food is consistently very good and the drinks are great! But one of the main reasons we keep going back is because of the exceptional service! From the person at the front desk to the servers and bar tenders. My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff is very cognizant of this and always seat us accordingly. The ambiance is nice as well. A special shoutout to Andy who makes the best espresso martini! We just went to Bonefish Grill and it was really good. Food tastes really good and the drinks were on point. We sat by the bar and our bartender, Andy , was really awesome. Food came out fast the same as drinks. It was a little bit busy but still we got really good service. The ambiance was nice, quiet by tables but dynamic by the bar and that's how it's supposed to be. I haven't been to a Bonefish Grill in over 20 years & only remembered that I loved their Crab & Corn Soup. Unfortunately, I'm now allergic to crab, so that wasn't an option. I went to a 6:30 dinner for 13 on a recent Friday night. I had trouble getting s parking space, & when I was shown to the table, they had a chair squeezed onto the corner edge of the table, with no room for a bread plate, glass & dinner plate & I said it was unacceptable. The reservation had been made a week prior & confirmed the day before AND two hours prior. It took the push of one of our other diners to finally pull over a chair at the other end of the table. It took 15 minutes to get water. I ordered the cedar plank salmon which came with 2 sides. I opted for the $3.50 upcharge for the Bacon Mac & Cheese & coleslaw. The salmon was delicious. Perfectly cooked with a nice bourbon maple glaze. The coleslaw was forgettable. The big disappointment was the Mac & Cheese. It was s generous portion of macaroni with a creamy white sauce & a few bacon crumbles on top. There was no taste of cheese - no delicious gooey, stretchy cheese or any depth of flavors. It could have also benefitted from some seasoning & perhaps being baked in the oven before serving. The servers kind of disappeared after bringing our entrees & didn't return to refill the water. Bonefish Grill does have an excellent value with their 3-course meal for $15.50. The first course is a large house salad & the desert is a brownie with raspberry sauce & vanilla ice cream. There are a few choices for the entree, one of which was their Bang Bang Shrimp Taco, which my friend really enjoyed. Maybe I would have liked it more if my dinner wasn't $37.00 with the tip. read more

11-17-23 and we had the dinner for two special that included two salads and one dessert. The garlic mashed potatoes unfortunately ruined the meal for us. They were terrible, worse then powder mashed potatoes, it was very disappointing. They were dry , sticky and tasteless.I really wish we would have asked for fries or another side but the server was very slow and not around.I dipped the mashed in my lemon caper sauce which made it edible. The trout was very good as was the broccoli. I also loved the Caesar salad. The bread with pesto and oil was also fabulous, super fresh and warm.The Lily's chicken was just ok , severely lacked the lemon basil sauce. Wife said she wouldn't order it again. We had an order of bang bang shrimp, always great ! The brownie was phenomenal! Warm and delicious, definitely recommend this dessert! Except for the horrendous garlic mashed potatoes it was a very good meal! I was wishing that the meal would make us want to return soon but my wish didn't come true unfortunately.... read more

We came here 6 months ago and had such a good experience, had one of our friends come based on our good experience, he is 70 years old and said it was the worst experience he ever had. I took my Granddaughter out for her 16th Birthday last night. She wanted to go to Bonefish Grill. I must say the food and the service was exceptional! Jeremiah was our server and he was cordial, efficient, and wonderful to us. We started out with 2 appetizers, the calamari and the Seafood Imperial dip with chips. Both were outstanding. Loved the sauce for the fried calamari. Then my Granddaughter had Bang Bang Shrimp tacos and I had blackened salmon for our main dishes. Nice sized portion of Salmon and the blackening was terrific. She loved the taco dish as well. I had brought in a cake and Jeremiah brought it out for her and sang with us for her birthday. The night was perfect and I give this Bonefish Grill in Montgomeryville PA a 5 star rating. They were accommodating, and our experience could not have been better!! A party of six was here for dinner and we had reservations, so were immediately seated upon arrival. The problem is that this restaurant isn't overly big and they had crammed in too many tables in the space. It was all we could do to get to our table. I had to suck my gut in to squeeze around a person sitting in a chair and it was all we could do to squeeze into our seats. Our waitress was friendly and generally attentive, but It took longer than it should have to obtain water, our drink order, and refills. Food was good and of typical Bonefish quality. We were here celebrating a birthday so it was nice that they brought out my Dad's dessert with candles. read more

Nope -- the service was horrible, the busboy and the server barely came over to our table. My empty cup sat there for 25 minutes, no refill or check-in. I don't need constant hand holding, but if my water is empty and placed on the side of the table closest to where you are passing by, please fill it. Evan was effing awesome! He had an infectious smile and knew the menu items very well. He was super friendly, and provided just the right mix of attentiveness without being annoying. As the meal went on, we were chatting and he informed us that he had just started and this was his first week serving alone. I don't know who is training your servers, but they are doing a hell of a job and need to teach other restaurants what good service looks like. I let him know that he definitely didn't seem like he was new because his service was amazing. On to the food. Yum yum yum. The drinks were also awesome. I had the Beef Potstickers (I haven't met many dumplings I didn't like) and the Cod imperial. The cod imperial was yummy deliciousness and made my inner fat girl very happy.
