Went to this location with my sister and have always enjoyed it. This time, no. Our waiter's name was Dick. Took him a while to get to us and the place was not busy. Didn't get bread without asking for it, had to ask for refills, had to ask twice for lemons, and all the while he had a wise-ass comment about everything. My soup arrived with the meal and was cold. I sent it back. After I was almost finished with my meal, I had to ask for the soup again. When it came back, Dick said "next time you get cold soup put it between your legs to warm it up". My sister and I were stunned trying to figure out if we heard what we thought we did. I gave Dick an opportunity to make it right telling him he could get fired or slapped for such a comment. His response was "I won't say that to you again". No apology, no remorse, just a wise-ass. We left...I know, we should have gotten the manager right away but didn't. After stewing on it my sister called the manager to explain what happened and to give an opportunity to make it right. The manager said he would get back with her...never did. We never had a bad experience there before and it's a shame but we will not return to this location again. read more

Bonefish is by far my favorite chain restaurant. Food is always delicious. My go to is the bang bang shrimp, Lilly's chicken with the Jasmine rice, and I top it off with creme brulee. The creme brulee is a great bonus as I don't know anywhere else in the area that serves it. I would absolutely and irrevocably recommend that you check it out even though the more people that go, the longer the line will be, and then I'll have to wait longer for my Lilly's chicken...but I guess this recommendation is for the greater good, at least that's what I'm telling myself. We went for brunch last Sunday and it was delicious. Unfortunately, my omelette was made incorrectly (bacon included when I asked for no bacon) but these guys went above and beyond to make it right. It's always awkward when one persons meal comes out and the other has to wait but they were apologetic and worked so hard to correct it that it really wasn't an issue for me. It helped that we had also ordered a creme brûlée French toast to share and I had some while I waited. It's was absolutely to die for! It's made with thick slices of French bread! My omelette was also perfect when it came out the second time. Even with the mistake in my order I would go back any time. It seems like they have a good crew of people who care about what they do. Food was great but one of the female waitresses was totally rude. I said excuse me 4 times and she totally ignored me. I also tapped her on her shoulder. Another customer witnessed it and so did another server. I watched the other server tell the proprietor, he then in turn comes to my table to remove my dishes without acknowledging me. I said excuse me and asked if he was going to address my issues. He responds with I'm sorry you're having a bad day. How rude is that!!!! He rudely said I'll take care of your bill then made other negative comments. I'm a paying customer just like everyone else and they chose to be rude to me. I don't understand some people. read more

Bonefish Grill has changed a lot. It used to be a very high quality place, but for some reason it has declined in quality and service. I had dinner there today and my food left a lot to be desired. My family and I dine at Bonefish at least once a week, but from now on I will definitely reconsider. read more

I love this place and my kids love this place so it's perfect for our family nights out! The Bang bang shrimp is a family favorite but I love their Thai Shrimp appetizer. They have happy hour half off appetizers til 6:30 which is awesome cuz we eat early. The staff is awesome as well so its an all around winner! read more

Our experience Here was horrible. Our waiter forgot to bring our bread and drinks. We didn't have anything for like 23 mins. Them waiter comes by and asks if we are enjoying ourselves lol uhhhhh not without drinks and bread. Food came out cold and super greasy. Not going to this location ever again. read more

My wife and I went to the bfg for our 34 th wedding anniversary. The service was relatively decent but the food was horrible. the spinach had some kind of taste i cannot describe... There was a terrible bartender who was so freaking slow with everything...drinks,service,etc. Not because she was a bigger lady but I honestly think she just didn't like her job. Terrible would be a good word to describe our visit. We had a reservation at 11am, 15 people, for my girlfriends birthday brunch. It was then pushed back to 11:30 after we arrived due to overbooking. They said they were understaffed however we never had a manager visit the table to at least notify us the service will be slow. To start, our drink order wasn't taken for 10 minutes after being seated. Quite a few of us ordered bottomless mimosas and didnt get our second round for 20-30 minutes after our drinks were finished. A dish was missing from our party and the servers had to be notified twice before bringing it out. We all are in the service industry so we all know the difference between being very busy and giving bad service. I would highly suggest anyone take their large parties elsewhere. We asked for our checked and 10 minutes later the server came out with another round of drinks, without our checks. We will not be back. read more

This was my first visit to Bonefish after hearing great recommendations i expected more. I ordered a dish that was 17.50 and was told I could swap out the fish for another. When the bill came they had added a $10 upcharge for the swap. I also had the garlic mashed potatoes which were gritty, I'm sure they were instant. I ordered a raspberry martini that was pure syrup. I couldn't even drink it. All in all I would not go back. I don't understand what the hype was about. read more

We got boned at bonefish in Wesley Chapel, FL. The BangBang Shrimp was almost as good as mine, but the entree we chose was the scallops, there were 6 served on a bed of risotto, which had good taste but was over cooked and mushy. The first 3 scallops were very good, the last three were almost completely raw. They explained to us that "their scallops are sushi quality and prepared medium rare". These would not make the rare level. I explained that we order scallops often and in higher level establishments than chain restaurants, and know what we ordered. BAD! read more

This review got 3 stars based on service alone, if it were on the food I would have rated lower. The service was attentive and friendly, about what I had come to expect from an OSI ran company. I RARELY eat chain seafood but was running in for a late dinner and didn't have much of a choice. The ahi app was delicious and hit all the right notes, while my ahi dinner fell flat and set the mood for the rest of the meal. The green beans were barely blanched so eating them required help from joey chestnut. The broccoli wasn't much better, cold and hard like they hard forgotten to actually cook the veggies. I've learned my lesson. Again, nothing horribly wrong but if you do chains then expect chains through and through. Could have been a hit or miss night but it missed with me and my family that night. read more

I enjoy the atmosphere of Bonefish and the food has always been well prepared when I visit this location. One downfall is that the parking is pretty bad. This is not their fault but on the weekends park farther away to avoid wasting time looking for a closer spot! read more

Not sure what happened to this place but it has seriously gone downhill. Waitstaff was great but the food quality is nothing like it was. Used to be a regular years ago and thought we would try again but keeps reminding us why we don't return. Hate to give a bad review but when you have to return food for just being inedible it is very frustrating especially when you can gat a better meal for half the price elsewhere. I guess we just got lucky in the past because we ate at this Bonefish Grill last night and it became clear why I shouldn't have been "surprised to see a few negative reviews" as mentioned in my old review. We made a reservation (for a reason), but still had to wait for a table. It's one thing if a restaurant doesn't accept reservations, but if you accept reservations, then honor them ... it's that simple! The reservation issue wouldn't have been a big deal if the rest of the service had been at least decent, but it only got worse. After having to wait for a "reserved" table, we still got stuck with what anyone who's ever dined in real restaurants knows is the worst table in the house (the one right in front of the front door, since this place doesn't have a table right in front of the kitchen door). Even so, we were still determined to have an enjoyable time, but things only got worse from there. After having to wait for the worst table in the house, it certainly didn't help to see several other tables that were seated after us AND without reservations have their drink/food orders taken and served well before us (note we both ordered seafood, not steaks, let alone well-done steaks). Our server, Ian, was clearly disinterested in anything we said to him or in providing anything that resembled service. While taking our drink orders, he so graciously offered to bring us some bread, then eventually came back to offer us "more bread" without even recalling/noticing that he never brought us any bread in the first place. That wasn't an isolated oversight ... it was indicative of the "service" overall. For example, despite stopping by our table a few times while we were eating (after first stopping to pick up checks, etc. at vacated tables nearby, of course), he never bothered to notice that our glasses were empty the whole time we were eating or ask if we would like more drinks. When I finally remembered to ask for drinks during one of those fly-by stops, it took so long that we both finished our meals and I finally had to chase him down to tell him to forget the second round of drinks ... then he came back 5 minutes later to assure us that our drinks would be right out. Huh!? There were several other examples of the stellar service, but I'm tired of thinking about it. Frankly, I've gotten better service in fast food restaurants. I've said enough, so I'll close on a relatively positive note by saying that the food was decent (though, to be honest, it's not really up to par for the casual fine-dining that Bonefish Grill pretends to be and charges for). We're relatively new to Pasco so we haven't tried all the local restaurants yet, but we'll definitely keep looking for ones worth frequenting. read more

On Wednesday night my wife and I decided to go out to dinner. Bonefish is not my first choice because of its menu. If you don't like fish, your choices are limited and expensive. It is however appealing because of its ambiance and attention to service. Ar 5:30p.m the restaurant was already crowded but we were seated promptly. When I looked over the menu, I got annoyed at the charge of $2.90 for a dinner salad to accompany my wifes " large " $17.80 order of Salmon. The fish was designated as either small or large in the Menu. I ordered the Scallops and Shrimp with no designation as to size for $17.30 along with a salad for $2.90. Both the salads and the bread were quickly served and both were excellent and suprisingly large portioned. Our dinners arrived and as the waitress placed our orders down in front of us you could see that the portions were small. My wife looked at me as I pulled apart from the shredded carrot the Shrimp and Scallops on my plate. There were four tiny Shrimp with tails on and four very small Scallops. There was also a quarter cup of cous-cous and a small cup of Jasmine Rice. I could have eaten the meal on my fork as an hors d'oeuvre in just a few bites but nursed my dinner along while my wife ate her dinner. I had the same meal several months ago but dealt with it then because my wife enjoys Salmon and doesnt cook it at home but this time I felt it important to say that ambiance isn't the most important element to a good meal. read more
