I went here after work and grabbed a drink at the bar. I chose a glass of red wine, and it was delicious. I was able to savor it while I relaxed at the bar. I also ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, because, hello-it's Bonefish Grill! They came out promptly and were so good! They were lightly fried and tossed with the amazing sauce that comes with it! Came early to miss the rush and also get out of the Icky Cold & Rainy Evening... Started out with a Specialty Drink: White Cranberry Cosmopolitan: Crispy and Zingy - but not 'too much'- I do prefer drinks which aren't too terribly sweet, so if that is your preference, this probably isn't the drink you'd enjoy. Started out with the Bang Bang Shrimp (5.5 )! It was fantastic (we order it pretty often....sometimes it's not cooked the best, but today it was spot on)! The shrimp were cooked perfectly, with a little bite, but not undercooked. The sauce is a little spicy, so if spice isn't your thing...best to try something a little less bold. :) Then I had the Crab and corn Chowder (with Red Peppers). It was pretty good. I am not the biggest fan of Red Peppers ... they weren't overpowering. The crab was a small amount. Flavor was pretty good, just was pretty salty...couldn't finish it all. It's a little different than the last time we had this..however, it was at a different location and State (GA). Regardless...it was maybe 2.2 Salmon was cooked perfectly (5)! The sides we chose, were the Au Gratin potatoes (3 - flavor was good, but they were cold), and spinach (4 - upgrades to 5 because the butter sauce is THAT great!! ). The slightest bit over Mid-rare...the smokiness from the grill....and a little charred with grill marks. The flavor was wonderful...fish was flaky ...just Really, really good. I like the Butter and Lime Tomato Sauce the best....the Pan Asian is good also, just a little salty for me today....perhaps because of the soup. IDK... We got the Macadamia Nut Flourless Brownie (6 !!) for dessert. It was decadent the last time I had it, but this seemed even BETTER! The combination of the dense chocolaty brownie, the crunchiness of the macadamia nuts (I LOVE macadamia nuts....they're AH-mazing- yes please add some extra for me next time!! ) with the zing of the raspberry sauce.....the creaminess of the vanilla bean ice cream, and freshness of the mint (my Grandaddy always said it's good to eat mint to aid in digestion)- I don't know where they got fresh mint in November- but it was awesome...presentation-wise, etc. Saved the best for last: Service: It was OUTstanding!! We were lucky enough it was a slow night, and sat in the bar booths....it's a little bit more laid back and I, personally, like to see 'what's going on in the kitchen,' and am a big fan of 'open kitchen' concepts (i.e. Gordon Ramsey - that's on the bucket list- to visit one of his London properties)! We were first greeted by Jon (C.) - who was quite jovial and greeted us very quickly. He was always pleasant/smiling and made our evening better each time he came by to speak with us. He went the extra mile by speaking with me regarding a similar injury (which I'm recovering from, and he had gone through as well- gave me some positivity that the worst is behind me! - WHEW!). We were also helped by Amy - she was a little quiet at first but was cracking jokes by the end of the night...:). She is lovely and helped us celebrate a recent win for a competition. Then, she even helped us get signed up for the 'Rewards Program', and counted tonight as our first visit- so only 2 more before we get a percentage discount off our 4th visit! Yay! Had to have mussels remade was served a burnt thickened sauce. Waitress Amber k was not straight out rude but there was a significant difference in treatment in comparison to people around me and my family. Tone of voice and facial expressions Stopping at the table next to us but not checking on us. My family is mixed not sure if that was the issue or something else. Also my margarita had to go back it was very bitter no mix of salty sour sweet just bitter bitter instant heartburn. When I got replacement drink/food they were great. Wish I could've really replaced the server with someone that treats all diners equally. read more

We decided to celebrate Valentine's Day one day after so that the restaurant wouldn't be packed. Our waiter was so nice and very attentive. I got the salmon with Asian sauce, asparagus, and potatoes au gratin. It was sooo good. My fiancé got the pork chop with Mac and cheese and said it was killer. We have frequented this location since we moved to town and have always had excellent food and service. Tonight we had extra special attention from Marquie ( the manager ) and Jarett ( our server). My mom and I went for a quick drink, dessert and coffee. The restaurant was very busy with many large gatherings. We were treated in the kindest manner and service. What made this most exceptional is my mom is in memory care. With COVID restrictions , I wait all week to see her for just an hour. She left her unit sporting only her pajamas , her good purse and sunglasses. From minute one, Marquie and Jarrett didn't judge her or our circumstances. Great server, good drinks The bang bang shrimp was awesome! Definitely would get that again. Wagyu potstickers were also good Salad was OK, the ceviche was about half raw sweet potato. I picked out the shrimp, scallops and fish and those were good but the raw sweet potato cubes were definitely at least half of the serving. Also the red onion was a little thick for ceviche, and the cilantro was full cilantro leaves instead of diced up. And the jalapeño slices were huge... after I ate one I couldn't taste much else. Started off with the Imperial Dip a cheesy heavenly dish with crab, shrimp and scallops, they might as well name it crack dip. For the main I went with the Shrimp Pad Thai and the wife had the seared Ahi with au gratin potatoes and the seasonal veggie. The tuna was cooked perfectly damn near melted in your mouth. The pad thai had the perfect amount of heat for me but was a little too much for my wife. She's a wimp though. Went here on a date and I was nervous about prices as soon as I walked in. I mean it was very nice looking and well put together. But I was pleasantly surprised to find all the food was reasonably priced and for a beer, appetizer and two fish dishes it was under $50! Could have dropped the meals on the floor (she didn't), I'd still give her five stars. I'm picky with beer selection, not a snob with it, but just don't like the very popular IPA's. Out of the decently long list, I found the one, made the order along with my wife's drink. As luck usually has it, the one i wanted was out. Jennifer didn't just come to the table with the sad news, but she brought a sample of a similar beer for me to try as a replacement. I'll guess the bartender was involved, and I appreciate it. We tried out the rumored-to-be-awesome Bang Bang shrimp, and they were delectably spicy and done really well. I'm a huge fan of panko breading - but if you have an aversion to the taste of sweet n sour, this might not be for you. Bonefish is a chain, which I typically like to steer clear of, but its one that is good across the board in my experience. They do a great job of replicating their dishes, even the complex ones, in each of their restaurants. The service was fantastic; we asked for recommendations on everything from drinks to the main course, and were very pleased with the outcome. Went there on Mon. For my husbands birthday !! It was early so the place was almost empty. Our waitress was so, so She lacked hospitality attitude, but anyway. We started with an appetizer and drinks. The both if us ordered the filet mignon with crab cake dinner my son ordered the Mac and cheese. When the order came out my husbands steak was great!! Cooked and seasoned perfect, but when i started cutting into mine!!! I think I sprained my wrist!!! It was horribly over cooked and very tough. Very poor quality meat and cooking methods . My husband called the manager and YES! He brought me another steak.... But still not good!! Same tough and chewy!! I think because we were 10 and the automatically add 18% gratuity on 8 persons or more, with that...why actually work. We had to beg for bread, flag her down for appetizers, ask other staff for drinks, then chase her down to take the dinner order. She never informed us of the specials until she took the orders and only then shoved a list in front of us and said Oh we don't have these 2 items and no 11 oz steaks that 3 of us ordered. The kind of place that's just OK but that doesn't really stand out, sadly. Most of the dishes offered taste pretty much similar (same seasoning?) and turn out boring very quickly. The biggest disappointment is that they no longer have anchovies in their Ceasar Salad Dressing. Had dinner here tonight and probably had the worst service that I have ever had in a restaurant. Refills were never offered and the server had to be chased down to get one. Instead of asking how we wanted to be billed, the server (Caleb) brought the bill and had an attitude when I told him that mine was supposed to be separate. I would have said something to a manager but none appeared to be around. I always tip even with bad service so I did and left. I may eat at this chain again but it won't be this location. Can't go wrong with some bang bang shrimp. The food is your basic Bonefish fare (yummy seafood but a slightly uninspired menu) but the star of the night was really the service! Came at about 4PM on Mother's Day with reservations and was brought back to our seats immediately. Our server was very charming and had lots of great suggestions of what to order. In addition our waters were never close to empty and we were checked on several times through the evening! A+ for the great service! I ended up getting the ahi tuna bowl which was very good, it was a lot of food but I didn't feel terribly full afterwards. My family enjoyed their meals as well! For four people with appetizers and drinks I ended up paying about $96 which was steep (I always end up at the most expensive places when i'm treating for some reason lol) but worth it for a relaxing dinner on one of the busiest days of the year for eating out! Arrived at bonefish and unfortunately the bartender (Beth) was not working. This should of been a sign . My girlfriend ordered a salmon salad which came out with no complaints. I ordered a burger (medium) with fries. When I received my meal, I cut into my burger and it was so rare, it could of ran off the table. I told the bartender Giselle how much my dinner was under cooked. She brought my food to the back, thinking they would make me a new one, since the "cook" doesn't understand what medium is. I received my food for the second time, they literally took off my pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and onion off along with my sliced bun and slapped the burger back on , which was cooked passed medium now. I told the manger " did you just recook my burger instead of making a new one". He said that it's there policy. I think they need to have a policy about hiring cooks that know what "medium" is. My family and I had been anxious to check this place out, and finally got around to doing so. I loved the atmosphere, and look to everything. Our server Ray greeted us, asked us if we had ever been there, and we said that we hadn't. He then proceeded to go through the menu w/ us showing us all the wonderful things they had to offer. We could have read the menu's ourselves, but we all appreciated that he took the time to point things out, and make it easier for us. The menu isnt very big, but seems as if the things they have are all done PERFECTLY. We each ordered different things, and tried eachothers food. Well i came in for the Bang Bang Shrimp (witch were awesome) but had to try the Fontaine Mushroom Marcela Pork chop with the most amazing Au Gratin potatoes. "God almighty" Those words set the tone of the night. Upon entering a dimly lit-almost empty bonefish I notice a few staff members loading menus into the wooden shelf on the wall when I disheveled girl (probably in her 30's) turns and says In a very lack-luster manner"welcome to bonefish how many". After setting up our seating arrangements, the girl asks us to follow her until she abruptly turns and tells us to stay up front until they finish the tables. We make our way to the front of the restaurant but almost immediately have to relocate because according to the seating girl we were "blocking the walk way for the guests" After waiting about 15 minutes of awkwardly standing around the dead restaurant, we were finally seated in the middle amongst, i don't know, 87 empty (and already made up) tables. If you can believe it, that was just the beginning. It only took a few minutes for our waiter to arrive but it took 20 for our menus to. The place has a nice ambiance that can make you relax while eating your favorite food and sipping your favorite drink. It's just a stress relief place for me. One cause of stress are waiters that are rude, slow and impatient, but here in Bonefish Grill, the waiters are very friendly, prompt and patient with their customers. That's one thing that I'm always looking for when I'm eating on some restaurants. The place is well furnished, classy and very nice ambiance. A nice food to start with is their starters, I tried their Bang Bang Shrimp, it's a tender, crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. Just with the starter, you would already predict that your dinner will be such a blast! Then I tried their grilled specialties, the Fontina Chop. It's a boneless pork chop with Fontina cheese, garlic, prosciutto & mushroom marsala wine sauce. Now I know why it's called specialties. It's really a special meal that can make you feel special. I loved it! Of course, I didn't forget to try their wines. I tried their sparkling wine, it's called Caposaldo I think. I'm so in love with this restaurant. My experience is really a hard to beat experience. I can't forget how satisfied and full I was. This is the reason why I placed 5 stars!
