Hubby's po'boy was overflowing with tasty fried shrimp. He loved the addition of tangy, spicy peppers. The french fries had a perfect crisp and were salted well. We also tried some of my brother-in-law's hushpuppies which were yummy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. It was a successful lunch for our group!

My biggest frustration is the service at the fish counter. It often feels like customers are standing there waiting without anyone acknowledging them. On more than one visit, I've waited 15 minutes or longer before someone seemed to notice I was there. I've found that the best way to get helped is to go to the register first and tell the cashier what you'd like. If the customer service and organization at the counter improved, this would easily be one of the best seafood markets in Wilmington. Great seafood, but the wait and lack of acknowledgment can make the experience hit-or-miss.
