Came here for an acrylic nail removal. I called prior to confirm the price and they said it was $10. It was pretty packed when I arrived but when I called in they said they could take me. They offered water while I was sitting. The nail tech initially was taking her time but she began to rush when she saw someone come in. There was a lot of glue left on my nails when she was done. She then told the person infront to charged me $15 The person in the front was very sweet, she remembered speaking to me so she only charged me $10 read more

Let me start by saying that this was my first time trying out their services. Came in with a 9:30am appointment that I had arranged 24hrs prior. Arrived around 9:20 had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the mail tech to arrive. No big deal, finally she arrived and frantically started to work on me and another client that had the same appointment. Another understaffed business understandable. Again, not a huge deal to me. The nail tech was very nice a respectful wasn't very chatty (my type) and over all did a great job on my pedicure. The issues lay with my gel x set. I get that I'm paying for a premium service however I didn't get a premium product. My nails are a bit uneven and both glue and nail color were left on my skin. The service it self is relatively underpriced for the current market. But in the end you get what u pay for. Theses woman are very inconsistent and they do not pay attention to detail. Came in for a pedicure. I got their golden pedicure which included a 10 min massage. First, the chair was broken, so no massage. Then the lady kept rushing through it. I got a gel pedicure and by the end she grabbed the cuticle cutters to cut probably some of the gel on the sides and she cut me twice. I didn't say anything because I felt bad and I still tipped $6. I was in the hopes of getting some medium almond nails instead I got some short oval looking nails. Some are a bit uneven and what upset me the most was that for 47 dollars I got charged to not fully get the nails painted all the way down to my nail bed. I tried this place 3x before writing this review. First time: dip manicure (1 color, 0 design) that lasted less than 10 days. At other spots, a dip mani usually lasts me 2-3 weeks. 2nd time: acrylic full set (1 color, 0 design), ok, lasted 2 weeks. 3rd time (and most likely my last time): for a gel pedicure and acrylic full set (1 color, 0 design). This entire experience took nearly 2.5 hours of my day, instead of the usual 1.5 hours. Gel pedicure started off incredibly awkward. I selected to get the deluxe pedicure with the 20 min massage which was in the $40-50 range. The pedicure lady proceeded to tell me that she can't do the full 20 minutes, just 5 minutes but still wanted to charge me the full price. Ummmm no thanks, I'll just go with the regular priced pedicure with the 5 massage. Instead of starting off with the pedicure part (soak feet, scrub feet, cut cuticles, paint...) she FIRST starts lathering up my legs with lotion to start the massage. I've literally have never had that. Incredibly awkward, not comfortable, but at the end, at least my toes were painted ok. The acrylic full set. 1st, the lady starts off by dumping a towel of nail dust all over me (I was wearing a brand new black velour joggers and it looked very awkward to be covered in nail dust. I could not wait to get home to go shower.) I asked for short coffin shaped nails. I got dysfunctional shaped somethings. My left hand nails are about 1/3 inch longer than my nails on the right hand. Some nails are coffin shaped, some are square. Some are square round. At 1 point, I was tired of asking her to fix the nails bc she kept telling me that I needed to come back and get the dip manicure instead. She was also rushing me to get to her next appointment. Ummmmmm so my pre-scheduled appointment means nothing? We finally get to the nail painting part and oh boy, not only did she get nail polish all in my cuticles, she also did massive globs of layers that were incredibly uneven. I told her that it didn't look right, that it looked very ugly. After 3 massive uneven layers of gel polish and 1 layer of top coat, she decides to shape and file my nails. Yes, I repeat shape and file the 4+ massive layers of polish with a drill and file. Holy cow. I did not think it could look any worst, but it did. After she reshaped and refiled the nails, she added on MORE layers of gel polish and top coat. Needless to say, my nails looked terrible and I've already wasted 2 hours at this place for an awkward af pedicure and bad manicure. I was upset and told the nail tech once again how much I hated my nails. The owner, Tiffany, offered to fix it. I let her, Tiffany repainted my nails and the paint job looks ok. A pretty paint job over something ugly isn't going to help. My nails are still horrible misshapen, left hand nails are 1/3 inch longer than my right hand, some nails are coffin shaped, some are square round, and some are square. But at this point, I needed to be somewhere else and could not waste anymore time at this nail salon. Plus, I needed to get home asap to wash all the nail dust that was dropped on me. After 2.5 hours of this terrible experience, I still had to pay full price. Shame on me for still leaving a over 20% tip bc I don't know how to not tip, even when I had the worst experience. read more

I get gel on my natural nails, so those are the services I'm writing about for context. The prices are really cheap!...But I don't think they compromise on the services for the price. The only thing unusual is basic manicure doesn't include a massage. Is it the fanciest nail salon on the block? No. Every time I have been they have used a new clean pack of tools. Even some of the fanciest salons don't do that! I have been happy with my manicures and pedicures from here. :-) read more

I wanted to do a Valentine color so I asked if I can get a heart design and the lady brought out stickers (ended up looking really tacky and the sticker was sticking out) other than that the work on it was okay, however I ended up removing it on my own. I am pretty disappointed that they don't guarantee their work for at least a week and they have now lost my repeated business. My daughters and I went in for gel manicures and Powder dip. It been a little less than a week. Here's the current status: Gel client #1: no longer intact, all gel has come off. Gel manicure #2: let me check will update post. Powder dip: Lasted 5 days before a chip. They charge $4 to fix it. At day 3 I started noticing "cracking? " I'm unsure if that's what it is but there's lines on the polish. (I'll post pictures). This is my first time getting dip so I'm unsure if it's the dip or the place but they say dip is suppose to last longer then gel. I'll try another place out to know for sure.
