I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. They said yes to bring her. I arrived and reminded them it was for acrylic. I told the nail technician the same thing. She told him the same thing, I hear as she was near my seat and I even went over to see what design she had showed him. Somehow the guy that did her nails did Gel X nails. We did not ask for Gel X as we have that at home and can do that ourselves. Not sure it's was a language barrier but they did Gel x!!! My daughter said she didn't want me to cause a scene in the salon. She is also quite and shy so it doesn't surprise me that she didn't mention. So what I called I was very upset as they charged me $70 for her nails. They ask me why didn't my daughter say anything which I replied, She shouldn't have and it doesn't matter because I paid for the service and I had explicitly told them three times what we wanted, my daughter did too. At the end they did offer to take them off and put acrylic which I said absolutely not because they are fresh but of nails and if we do that it will ruin her nail bed. I did ask for my money back they said the owner would call me back I was adamant to get a response and then there because they had supposedly already alert at the owner. At the end they hung up on me I called back I thought it was a mistake turns out that they are blocking me according to the message from the salon. I am upset and I am expecting a call from the owner as per our conversation before they hung up on me. Very bad customer service and very bad attitude from some of these people. I love my nail lady, she apologized to me on a separate text and I apologize to her because I am upset, but I am so very upset at the salon not her. She did an amazing job on my pedicure as always.

But if you're looking for nail art and precision for manicures, I'd say there are better options out there. Take a look at how my nails came out clumpy near the base and splotchy. Not to mention that I needed gel x for one of my nails and the guy angled the nail upwards so now it looks awkward compared to my other nails. I brought this up and he said it's because my nails are turned downwards? I'm not sure what he meant but I've gotten gel x plenty of times and never had any issues like this elsewhere. It's not the worst nail job I've had but it just missed the mark in terms of sloppiness for me. Don't think I'll be coming back unfortunately unless it's for a pedicure.
